The gym is amazing, the teachers are very professional and friendly. My children and I have had a great experience at the gym and it is definitely the best idea to celebrate their birthdays. I recommend it 100%.

This gym has been great for my daughter. She’s in the Twisters class and has really been improving. She’s excited about trying for the team and can’t wait for the Winter Games. Coach Amy is awesome, and Everett does a great job teaching and keeping the kids focused. The gym has a solid, positive atmosphere that’s perfect for kids who want to work hard and have fun.

I never wanted to deal with this business again, which is why I didn't post a review after my experience. I typically avoid writing reviews because I believe that mistakes can happen and situations can be rectified. However, this business left me with no choice. I find their practices questionable.

This is my experience and opinion. About a year ago, I withdrew my daughters from this place after reporting inappropriate behavior from an instructor toward a child. They did not take my concerns seriously and decided to keep the money that I had overpaid when I booked the class, stating that their only option was to offer a credit for another class. I completed the class paid for and did not sign up for another class. They kept what I overpaid as a “credit” Now, almost a year since, they still have my credit card information and are fraudulently charging me. I have reported this to my credit card company.

I urge anyone dealing with this business to be vigilant about their child's safety and to monitor their credit card accounts closely. As a parent of a child with a disability, I am always attentive and aware. It's disheartening to see many parents putting all their trust on a business to later be dismissed when you raise up a concern. Because I have a child with a disability, I always pay attention! I urge you to ALWAYS pay attention!

To reply to your response post… I have proof of your not doing anything about my report of the inappropriate behavior from your instructor. I also recorded my daughters every time I went. I WILL provide all communication to the appropriate authorities if required. It is your job not to dismiss concerns but to look into them for the safety of children! Or else don't work with them! I have the right to voice my experience and opinion publicly about a business that deals with the public and I will not be silenced by your threats and intimidation tactics! And for reference there is another review on here about a certain male coach!

We love this gym! Amy and Erika in the office are so kind and always helpful with scheduling makeup days. Coach Erika has been amazing with my daughter, she really takes the time to teach the kids and help them improve. My daughter is in the Little Jumpers class and has made so much progress in just a few months. I also see how great Coach Amy is with the team girls, she’s so dedicated and works hard to help them succeed. This is a great place for kids to learn and grow!

As a father of one of the girls on the pre-team, I am incredibly impressed with the coaching staff at this gym. Coach Amy, Coach Everett, and Coach Alexandria are exceptionally good at teaching the girls with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for the sport. They each bring their unique strengths and energy, creating a supportive and motivating environment for the team. These coaches not only motivate the girls to do their best but also instill confidence and a strong work ethic. Their dedication and ability to connect with the girls make a significant difference. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and passionate about working with children. Coach Amy is the best. She is energetic, a fantastic teacher, and truly connects with the kids. Many of the teachers don't speak English. So how can you effectively communicate with children? If there is a holiday on your day it's up to you to make up the class but as long as it's not more than 2 make up per month. Also if there is an class in the month you will be charged more for the month but again don't miss more than 2 classes because they don't refund and they don't do more than 2 make ups.

Instructors are nice and funny. They have free parking in the back of the building. Classes are 1 hour long and if you miss a class they give you lots of options for make up classes.

The owner and female staff are wonderful, but beware of the male teacher. He doesn't have the patience necessary for young kids. He will belittle and berate your kid if you are not paying attention. Also, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. I didn't realize how disadvantaged the facilities and equipment were until I visited other gyms in the area. Yes, this gym is a little cheaper but you get what you pay for.

MARVELOUS GYM!!!! My daughter, Britney trains two days a week. She always looks forward to her gymnastics classes. My daughter has learned so much. She has been coming here since she was two years old, she is now 10. The coaches are marvelous. I am very satisfied with the coaches especially with Coach Amy. I highly recommend her. The coaches are fun, active, strong, professional, strict, and most importantly patient. They teach the skills to the children properly in a way that they understand completely. They are also very experienced with the skills. A great and clean facility. The owners are very professional and kind. I love the owners. If I could rate it more stars with no hesitation I would most certainly do it. ❤️🤸💐🥰

Somewhat Ok to rent. Here are my problems:
-They told me to Arrive at 2:30. I was able to get in until 2:50 to start my decorations.
-The two young ladies are very extremely lazy and slow. They don’t really help. I was disappointed my husband & I rented this place out they tell us when to sing happy birthday, when to eat etc. Not all kids eat at the same time. Not sure why I could not sing Happy Birthday and let them play w.e!
So many parents there and did not like that said wouldnt host a party here. How complicated!

when I ask her for a lighter she told me she need to throw the pizza box out first! unbelievable! my husband was annoyed his telling all his cops friends do not celebrate your kids party here. The girls were so unprofessional.

Worst part when the ladies demand there tips! you do not demand your tip hun! You Earn it! but we tip them w.e
