I’m so disappointed in this studio. I bought the 3/$50 promotion to attend a class on Mother’s Day. The class was cancelled. I haven’t been able to make it back there, and the studio counted that date as the date of purchase. I asked them to extend it, which they did, but not enough for me to get there. I never got to try it out. Writing bad reviews isn’t fun, but buyer beware!

I’ve been taking Ashely’s class on Saturday mornings the last couple of weeks and it gets better and better each week! You can tell she truly loves what she does and makes the classes so fun with amazing music! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend The Hot Yoga Sanctuary!

If you’re not going to yoga at THYS, you’re doing it wrong! I’ve been practicing with Ashley Griffin since 2015, and this studio is the perfect embodiment of her practice. Fun, vibrant music, infrared heat that feels like the sun ☀️, beautiful, clean space - you don’t want to miss practice here. By far, this is the most beautiful, tranquil studio I have ever practiced. Everything from the teachers, ambiance, the flows..simply amazing. The temperature is perfect to sweat it out and refresh your mind/body/soul. Here you are not just a member, you are family! You have to check out one of Ashley’s classes.
