I highly recommend the Jersey Trainer. The sessions are always perfectly tailored to your needs. There is even an option to add on stretching at the end (15 minutes), which for me was a game changer. I look forward to that 15 minutes every time I go. Those stretches aided in my recovery and just make me feel better all around. The Jersey Trainer is very knowledgeable and his workouts are strategically created to suit your level and grow and continually progress. Again, I highly recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic trainer! Over a year ago, my family wasn’t into physical fitness. We walked and were active once in a while, but not on a regular basis. Now, my wife and I train 2-3 times per week and our kids weekly.
Dimitry is great at guiding you, and adjusting the routine to suit your needs — not pushing too hard that you don’t want to train again. He was especially great at building rapport with my son who doesn't play sports and spends much of his time behind a computer.
I never thought I’d be motivated or excited to train, but Dimitry changed that. Beyond strength building, I’m more fit and he’s really helped me improve my balance. I also enjoy his stretch routine, something I greatly need as I age. :)

It’s hard to believe that I’ve been training with Dimitry for 3.5 years now! During COVID, I took it upon myself to start a health journey, however, I had never worked out before, so I wasn’t building muscle. I happened upon Dimitry online and I’m thrilled that I found him. He is kind, considerate and super intelligent. He builds personalized workouts based on your needs, and it’s never the same workout twice, which keeps me from getting bored. Dimitry places emphasis on proper warm-up and stretching so although I worked hard, I was never in pain after a workout. His attitude is relaxing and grounded – not the aggression you’ll see in a lot of gyms. After only a few months, I built visible muscle tone and was able to maintain and build proper form and confidence at the gym. I appreciate his nutrition advice, not to mention, fair and affordable pricing. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in the Marlboro area.

I’ve been training with Dimitry for the past 6 months now, I started at 221 lbs at 6 feet.
A few years back, I’d tried losing weight by myself, also starting from 221 lbs and reduced 11 lbs in 3 months, trying the hardest I could, in the best way I knew.
With Dimitry, I’ve gone from 221 lbs to 180 lbs in 3 months. My friends and family are amazed at the transformation and are inspired to lose weight themselves.
Now your mileage may vary, but in my personal experience, if you’re trying to lose weight, having an awesome trainer makes a huge difference. Dimitry is really good at understanding when you can push harder vs when you need to dial down. Dimitry’s advice on nutrition / eating habits were also crucial. Dimitry also mixes exercises really well, keeping things interesting. I’ve seen him train clients of all ages with all kinds of goals. A bonus feature are the challenges, competing against others to get your name up on the wall, and pushing your limits. I did a plank for 6 minutes straight as a part of one of those challenges. This is something I never thought possible and my friends still find it hard to believe.
My previous 3 month attempt by my self came to an end with a minor injury. I didn’t even work as hard as I have with Dimitry. But since a great trainer will focus on form more than anything else, you’re able to push your limits without getting injured.
Training effectively requires a lot of insight, as we’re all busy with our lives, it isn’t feasible for us to learn everything there’s to know about nutrition or training ourselves, that’s where a trainer can be a game changer.

Dimitry is an amazing trainer! He keeps your workouts interesting and fresh by suggesting new types of exercises to engage different muscle groups. He takes the time ensure you maintain a proper form when lifting weights and offer alternatives if something doesn't work for you. I'm really appreciative as I injured my back in the past and try to stay away from deadlifting and stuff but I do want to strengthen my back and Dimitry suggests options, all the while observing my posture and tweaking it as needed. Let me start off by saying that I hated to work out and never went to gym. I had no motivation and was easily bored/distracted working out (or more commonly exhausted after a few minutes). The few times I did work out I would give up only after a few sessions (or a few min).
Hiring Dimitry as my Personal Trainer is one of the best decisions I have ever made and now I actually look forward to my workouts and saw/felt results rather quickly (both mind & body).
Dimitry is very encouraging and motivating. He mixes things up and keeps each session challenging while also making them super fun and enjoyable (seriously!). His training technique (including communication) really works magic!

I chose Dimitry because I am extremely busy and don't have a consistent schedule. He is super accomadating and has an option for live Skype sessions. This helped me work around an erratic schedule and thanks to Dimitrys motivation, I can finally touch my nose with my toe!

I'm an events manager and I hired Dimitry to do a fitness session at my event space in Manasquan for a group of 50 people and I couldn't have asked for a better coach! And this crowd was tough - they weren't gym fanatics and weren't thrilled with the idea of doing exercise, but Dimitry came in with so much energy and personality that he had the guests up on their feet, stretching and moving. He really blew everyone away! After the event the guests were all coming up to me asking for his name and contact information for a personal training session. A few have hired him since and told me that he is outstanding in a one-on-one session as well!

Dimitry is a great person and trainer. He really loves what he does and shows it when he trains you. He makes you feel important and never rushes through any excerise. He modifies any excerise to your needs and comfort level. This is the first time I ever had a personal trainer. So glad I had the opportunity to meet him and work with him. Dimitry is very helpful. Always on time to your session and gets back to you via text or email right away! He listens to your concerns and doesn't push you too hard where you can't move the next day, but hard enough that you feel it! He starts every session with a warmup and ends with a stretch session to minimize soreness. I found him through groupon, which was a very reasonable price. But even after the groupon is finished, his prices are still reasonable! Highly recommend!

I have tried several trainers and several gyms in Monmouth and Ocean counties over the last 5 years. I have to say that Dimitry is definitely one of the best trainers I've worked with. He is available days, evenings and weekends which sets him apart from others. He takes an interest in your goals and works around your weaknesses. He is funny and smart as well. You can't go wrong.
