I have been taking my twin boys here since they were 4 months old. Now closing in on 8 months old, my sons have really progressed developmentally. According to their PT doctors, what we have been doing here has given my sons tremendous strides forward. Their curriculum is based on making strong mind and bodies along with socializing with other kids.
The team here is very professional and the kids love coming here. 2 free lessons for the trial period which meant no risk to try and they sanitize their facility every day.

My son kaiden has been attending the little gym of Wayne since he was 10 month old, and he’s now 2.5. I can’t say enough how much we love this gym ! The coaches here are so amazing with the kids. Coach Brooke, and Coach Linda have helped kaiden hit so many new milestones, and skills! Kaiden just tried his first “sporty beast” class with Coach Murat, and he loved it as well! He will wake up in the morning asking to go to “beastie class.” He even has the goodbye song memorized. We are so incredibly lucky to have a little gym in our area that cares so much about the growth of our kids!

We’ve been bringing our 15-month-old daughter to the Little Gym’s Birdie class for the past three months, and we’ve been absolutely blown away by how much she’s learned and grown in such a short time! Every week, she becomes more confident with her movements, more engaged with the activities, and even tries to mimic what she learns at home it’s been amazing to watch.

We have been coming to The Little Gym since my son was about 11 months old. In the 8 months that we have been attending classes, I have watched my son blossom from a shy infant wary of new experiences into a confident toddler who actively seeks out new experiences and is full of curiosity. Once he realizes we are in the parking lot, he squeals in delight and rips his shoes and socks off (the classes are barefoot). Our Sunday late morning Bird class felt more like a little family rather than a gathering of strangers. We are looking forward to our graduation into Beasts and seeing our son continue to grow. What started as a free class to feel it out turned out to signing up and enjoying watching alex learn,grow, feel confident, strong and social.
Coach Olga is so awesome-shes so kind and personalable, knowledgeable on skills, patient with both the parents and birdies. She takes the time to help, and show the correct way to do the exercise.

Today was my first (actually my 2-year-old grand daughter’s) day at Little Gym of Wayne. The moment you walk in, you feel a sense of joy, excitement, and safety. The facility is wall to wall with bright colors, and tons of interesting things for the kids to play with. I was pleasantly surprised how engaging and informative the instructors are. This is NOT BABY SITTING. Kids (and parents) learn how to develop both physical & mental skills…all the while having lots of fun. My daughter has been a member of The Little Gym since she was 4 months old. She smiles and gets so excited each time we get out of the car and she realizes where we are. The staff are all very well trained and the lessons are well prepared and thought out for the developmental stage of the class. Coach Christian had everything running seamlessly—I’m super Type A and usually want to jump in to help, but as soon as I arrived, I realized he had it all under control. He truly is that amazing! Coach Jon was incredible as well—his energy was contagious, and he kept the kids engaged and having a blast while also reassuring me that everything was handled. I also loved how he incorporated our theme into the party games so naturally. Coach Nikki was so sweet and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly.

We’ve always loved The Little Gym, and every experience we’ve had has exceeded expectations, but this party was on another level. My daughter had the best time and was glowing with happiness the entire celebration. So many parents commented on how impressed they were with the organization, the flow of the party, and how much fun their kids had.

We have been going to Little Gym of Wayne NJ for about 2 years now. My daughter started in the mommy me classes and now is in the 4 to 6 year-old classes. We have had the best experiences at both the classes and the extra amazing activities included as a member. They always make each class exciting and packed with new skills and activities. They also put extra thought into a theme for the classes to get the littles excited and interested.

The coaches are outstanding. They are passionate, patient and kind. Coach Murat, Coach Brooke and Coach Autumn along with the other awesome coaches are excellent. It’s easy to see that they truly love their jobs as well as have a passion to make the kids be outstanding. I cannot recommend this little gym enough!

Coach Murat and Coach Linda are amazing! All the staff are actually. My granddaughter is in the Beasts/Super Beasts group (2 years old) which is parent participation. I love their philosophy of allowing the kids free range, that they'll participate with the group when they're ready. I admit initially I thought that's crazy, but each week my grand joins the group for more activities. She LOVES going to gymnastics, often waking up in the morning saying "gymnastics today?" I started her out in dance classes and not once did I hear her so excited to go to dance class. She cannot wait to get in to her gymnastics class. I see her confidence grow daily. She's an only child and is learning to share and wait her turn. And me, I'm getting weekly exercise going to class to. Win-Win! We LOVE the Little Gym of Wayne!

This is the best program! The coaches are so passionate, professional, sweet, patient and supportive! During my daughter’s session, Coach Autumn and Coach John are always working very hard to guide and scaffold. They taught not only the specific gymnastic skills, but also the social skills, team work skills, and how to build confidence. The owner, Coach Murat, is the best gymnastic coach I have ever seen. I've been taking my son to The Little Gym in Wayne for 10 months now and cannot recommend it enough for parents with young children. My son dealt with stranger phobia since he was about 5 months old, and I had decided to join the gym when he was 18 months after it was recommended to me by some local moms. Group settings were difficult for him, and he cried for most of his first class. After only a couple classes he was no longer crying, but very shy. All the coaches were very understanding and accommodating. They are well trained and will come alongside a child to help ease them into an activity while remaining respectful and sensitive to a child's personal needs. As we continued to come weekly for classes my son began to warm up to the coaches and started going on the equipment. Now he is so excited to come to class each week, will socialize with the coaches and other kids, and uses all the equipment. It has been so wonderful to watch him grow, gain confidence in himself, and feel safe in a social setting. I see how the skills he's learned at the gym have helped him in every aspect of his life, and I am very thankful we began coming. I only wish we had started attending earlier!

literally still sitting in the parking lot after leaving our try us out session. this place is AWESOME. our oldest was having a visit day at a potential new placement school in the area and we were looking to see what is around while we were up here. i can promise you, if he attends the school here- both of our kids will be joining the little gym of wayne in the fall. this was such a great experience. i can say with confidence this is exactly the type of activity and environment both of my kids need! Coach Murat was amazing with all of the kids. i love the no pressure approach where the kids have the opportunity to learn the skills and also freely explore throughout the class. 10/10 recommend. i truly can’t see this not being a great fit for any child.

Our daughter Olivia absolutely loves it here. She’s there for the birds class with Coach Jay on Sundays and coach Kathy and Ron on Tuesdays. She’s there twice a month too on story time. They always have events and we have attended a birthday party there which have all been amazing.

I am a physical therapist and my wife is an occupational therapist, we value purposeful play and movement. Most importantly, all the staff there are so enthusiastic and encourage us parents to be more animated so our little ones get more out of the session.

There is a little gym closer to us in Franklin Lakes that we tried but the vibe and energy at Wayne is unmatched. We will drive farther because it’s just so worth it. Thank you Little Gym Wayne!

Our son has been attending the beasts class with Coach Murat since August. It’s a clean and safe environment for him to run and explore. I love watching his skills develop. TLG of Wayne has been serving our community for 18 years with high quality gymnastics instruction. As a former gymnast, I was seeking a welcoming and non-competitive program for my daughter. We've been bringing our daughter here for about 9 years now. I was so happy to find TLG because I observed how well-trained their coaches are. They use a science-based approach to develop their students not only as athletes, but also as "citizen kids". I really appreciate the skills summary that the coach provides to the parents at the end of each session. This is NOT like other gyms where you can't see your child during class, or where the coaches don't know the students' names. There is a family atmosphere at TLG, and in fact, the Wayne location is family-owned and operated. Coach Murat is especially warm and talented, and the kids just adore him! Your child will learn a lot and will have a great time here!

We have been coming to Little Gym of Wayne for well over a year now. It is consistently the highlight of our 2.5 year old son's week! He absolutely loves classes with Coach Murat and team. Kids have a great time. Most teachers let kids learn at their own pace without pressure or making them feel bad if they cant do something. One thing that really bothered me was that if you forget something, you need to go back the same day. If you wait until you next class to pick it up the owner throws it in the garbage!

To me it seems so wasteful to do that. I could understand if something is there for a long time, you need to get rid of it, but even then, the garbage? why not at least donate it so someone else can benefit?

However, we were rushed out of the class and told to leave in front of everyone due to my daughter coughing because she was tired from running around. Could not be happier, my daughter attends the Monday class 4pm every week with coach samantha and coach Christian (GREAT COACHES), my daughter has autism and struggles understanding verbal commands and most social communication so I was skeptical starting her in gymnastics, but I knew how much she loved to flip and jump around, she can be a little wild and a lot to handle at times but they amazed me how wonderful they were with her! They let me shadow her every week and assist her along of course with following directions in the class, I am so happy we went forward with trying this out for my girl, we joined the membership the same night we were so happy ! They were so welcoming and encouraged us to make sure she is with kids her age despite the delays. My daughter looks forward to going every week and is so happy in the class, she has made progress already with some of her moves and following some instructions. They have been patient, kind, and always make sure to include her in the class no matter what. We are so grateful we found this place! Thank you little gym! I want to start of by saying we love coach Brooke and coach Tiffany and honestly All the coaches BUT coach Brack. He does NOT know how to handle kids and i have held myself from complaining because we were leaving the little gym due to us moving away. I don’t know about other parents, but i get really annoyed and mad if my kid is handled physically by anyone else specially an adult. There was an incident where my Daughter didn’t want to participate at the time and was just laying which is fine, i mean she’s 3. The coach verbally told her to move but she didn’t because she is shy and takes time to do it. She wasn’t blocking anyone, she wasn’t in the way because u was watching. He then proceeded to pick her up without her Will and she screamed and said no no no and kicked her legs and started crying. That’s horrible to do to a child. You don’t TOUCH or pick up any kids unless they are in harms way or an emergency which it wasn’t. And this wasn’t the first time. He’s done it to kids before. I’ve seen it my girls know that’s their bodies. And if they don’t want to do something they don’t have to. I was very upset at this and unfortunately i won’t be recommending the little gym of Wayne to anyone.

We absolutely LOVE coming to The Little Gym. My daughter is currently 14 months and we’ve been coming for 4 months. When we first started she was so nervous and clingy. Now she runs around like she owns the place! 😂. Coach Murat goes so far above and beyond for our class. We even starting singing simple songs at home to encourage cleaning up. Being taught by a deeply insecure control freak, who makes up rules as he goes along
To be constantly spoken to in a very passive aggressive, condescending way
To be dealt with in a palpably FAKE manner
Definitely sign up for any class that Murat teaches.

I know other parents also felt the same way about him, as I had spoken to a few who expressed a similar frustration. Unfortunately, the timeslot that worked for us was the class that he taught.

This is not to say other instructors here are equally as bad, because we also took a class with Coach Brooke, and she was wonderful. She was pleasant and had a totally different approach.

In addition, Murat was not helpful and totally not empathetic to my recently changed financial situation. We had previously been enrolled in a weekly class, but I could no longer afford it. Through the website, I had signed my daughter up for several classes for no charge. The site allowed me to do this. Yet, before we could attend, I was told this was not allowed. I explained my situation, hoping he would allow her to attend these classes I had already booked, and already told her about. That was not the case. His solution was suggesting friends and family by me gift cards (???) which was not at all helpful.

My suggestion would be to fix that on the website so that people are not allowed to enroll and be sent a receipt that shows there is no charge, if that is actually not allowed.

I’ve been taking my 3 year old to the little gym in Wayne for about 2-3 months and I cannot say enough great things about it! Coach Murat and Coach Brooke are amazing with the kids and incredibly patient. My son was more of a laid back, shy child and after just a couple weeks of class, his confidence is majorly improved. He makes himself heard instead of standing back quietly, and is more comfortable trying new things in all aspects of life. We absolutely love the little gym of wayne! Coach Murat & Coach Brooke are amazing. The way Coach Murat speaks to the kids and treats them is awesome. This little Gym is actually a drive from my home town. There is another little gym near me. However, I stick with this LITTLE GYM OF WAYNE because of the coaches! They are awesome and very accommodating. I have kept my son who is now 19 months at home, I avoided going out and being around people due to the pandemic. Now, he is timid and I feel that he has social delays compared to his peers. I have brought my son to the little gym 3 times since then. Each week I have seen such an improvement! We love this Little Gym! It is family owned and operated so when you walk in you feel like you are part of the family. My daughter and I love attending Bugs class with Coach Kathy. She makes every time we are there extra special. The gym is clean, organized, and welcoming. Parking is also super easy! My wife and I have been bringing our son to the Little Gym of Wayne for the past 10 months and couldn't be happier! The staff is so pleasant and kind and you can tell they really love what they do. One of our favorite places around! Robert and Birdie look forward every time they go! We have used that to motivate them to do their chores, get up/go to bed, finish school work and behave to earn working privately with Coach Murat. To know our kids is to know they are “high energy”. It’s so great to watch them focus, absorb and execute all that Coach Murat teaches them. It’s a positive outlet to use their energy for good and not evil. This place is amazing! We recently enrolled our daughter in their karate class and she absolutely loves it! I was very nervous to sign her up at first due to covid but after seeing how well they sanitize and take precautions I felt that it was extremely safe. We have been going to The Little Gym for 3 years. Both of our children started at 18 months (they are now almost 4.5 and 2.5). We have been extremely pleased with the programs and coaches. In addition to having fun, each classes introduces the children to new academic, social and physical skills that are developmentally appropriate for their ages. The coaches always offer modifications for those that may be struggling or need a challenge. We love that our boys have a fun and safe place to explore and learn! I've said many times, in many contexts, you can't pay people to care. And, that's so critical in making a real difference. The Little Gym of Wayne is one of the establishments that seems to do an amazing job recruiting those who really do care. I am consistently impressed with how they engage parents as much as children - providing parents great and easy to follow direction on how to better spot their children's activities, help them take risks - and help them learn. The Little Gym of Wayne encourages learning both in the gym - and instructors provide tips for continuing the learning from each learning unit at home. (Even ideas for activities at home are easy to implement and afford - like using a pool noodle and balloon to practice baseball/softball skills.) They are also responsive to the needs of each child - more so than you would ever see in a school setting. This is so much more than just another franchised place for kids to play.
