I love the comraderie. I like the structure of the program because without it, I am not motivated to exercise. All I have to do is get myself there and they do the rest. They provide the support, the caring and the positive energy to help me reach my goals. I matter to them and that makes a huge difference. And now I have a community of like minded fitness friends that I didnβt have prior to The Max. I have been looking for this and I finally found it!! I love The Max and the people who are apart of it.
