I can not say enough good things about the max of mount holly! Ivona and her team have completed change my life. I couldn’t be happier, I feel amazing. I love that you have an individualized plan for everyone depending on what your limitations are. The Max Challenge of Mount Holly just turned 1 year old and it's the most up-dated and cared for Max Challenge I've been to in New Jersey.
The program, the instructors and the community are wonderful and supportive.
If anyone isn't familiar with the Max Challenge, their model thrives on an initial 10-week course that rolls into a legacy membership you can pick back up anytime. Every day of the week has a particular focus that's the same at every max challenge center, so members are able to get a similar workout at a different location every day of the week.
The only aspects as part of the Max you have to accept is that like many boutique fitness studios, there is no locker room or showers.

When I began having knee issues and surgeries about 4 years ago I found it difficult in finding a facility that would offer group training and modify the workouts according to your personal needs. I cannot thank Ivona and team enough for incorporating modificaitons into the workouts. The You Do You motto has been such a relief.

Such a great place for everyday workout sessions. Everyone is very friendly and motivates you to be the best version of yourself! You don’t have to worry about the hassle of figuring out what to do to get the results you want, the staff does this for you. I am very glad I joined :)

Support, encouragement, friendship..... these are abundant at THE MAX! I love the program, the workouts, the people & most of all, the way I feel! Week 6, Day 3 today, this is easy to stick with. If I had joined a regular gym, I would've quit by now. Clap it up!!
