Hands down the most well rounded dance studio in the Hopewell/Pennington area! Our family has thrived at TPS for 8+ years. Starting with a mommy and me option for our then 2 year old and now enjoying a well rounded CORE program for our 11 year old, including many genres of dance from ballet/pointe, to jazz, lyrical and contemporary. We also appreciate the variety of performance opportunities including The Nutcracker stage performance, Halloween Thriller music video, Trenton Thunder pre-game, and many local events including parades and festivals. My oldest has enjoyed the competition team, and I appreciate that it is not an overwhelming emphasis or commitment! TPS is more than just dance classes for our children, It’s also such a fun venue for birthday parties and even for Girl Scouts to earn their dance badge. Mom even gets in on the action from time to time with adult drop in classes in hip hop and contemporary. Highly recommend!

The Pennington Studio has been a wonderful and positive dance experience thus far! Our daughter participated in the Kinderdance program for the first time this year, and we plan to continue with other offerings as she grows older. Dawn, Sam, and the team are truly amazing and have created something great at TPS. Couldn't recommend it more!

I love to start my day with the adult class at the Pennington Studio. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 AM, it feels great to exercise early! We do barre exercises and then Pilates. I can feel my energy level is steady throughout the day afterwards. I highly recommend it! I also love the Adult Contemporary class on Sundays at 9:30 AM. All adult classes are “drop off” so you only pay for when you come, perfect for a busy schedule!

I couldn't have asked for a better ballet studio in our community, Miss Dawn is incredible with her students. My daughter's ballet skills have blossomed under her instruction and she has an absolute blast dancing with her friends. The studio's recitals make for lifelong memories (and include the cutest costumes!). Worth noting - the studio did a fabulous job during COVID, following all safety measures but still creating memorable moments for the kids.

Dawn (Director) and team pour themselves into the growth and development of their students. My daughter has been dancing at the Pennington Studio for three years and gains inspiration not only from these amazing teachers, but also from the mature and dedicated upper level CORE students. The studio impressively pivoted to virtual format last spring and even produced a virtual recital film, which compiled clips of the dancers performing in full costume outside of their homes. This year the studio is offering live hybrid instruction for all of their classes, which will combine limited-capacity socially distant in-person instruction coupled with live feed instruction for dancers who feel more comfortable participating from home. The professionalism and positivity of the studio is truly outstanding!

Beginning our fifth year at The Pennington Studio and cannot say enough good things about the experience my daughter is having here! Dawn (Director) and all of the instructors are top notch - professional, caring, and creative. Classes are small enough for each dancer to receive personal attention and instruction. Dancers are encouraged to realize their full potential in an environment that is also a lot of fun! We feel very fortunate to be a part of this creative, artistic community!

My daughter has been dancing at The Pennington Studio for three years so far and absolutely loves it. The classes are interesting, high energy and FUN. The teachers strive to reinforce correct technique and form, all in a very encouraging and positive way. The relationships my daughter has made with the dance instructors and fellow classmates are so strong because of the wonderfully inclusive environment TPS provides.
