Went there for the first time the other day on a whim ,I didn't bring anything with me or anyone to feed the pitching machine,but a very helpful woman from behind the counter help me find a bat and put about 6 buckets of softballs in the machine for me ,can't wait to go there again. As a matter of fact I think I'll go there rite now ....

Then Phenom Factory is absolutely amazing!!.My kids play softball and baseball and we went to the facility to utilize the batting cages.The kids loved it and had a great time .The batting cages were in-expensive and really helped my kids with their batting practice. We noticed that they also held parties at the facility and we hosted my kids bday party there.We paid for the best package which rented out the whole facility. My family,friends and kids had the most amazing time..really the most amazing time!!.There were tons for them to do and they were tired out from running around and playing.The party room was spacious and clean and well maintained. I have to shout out ABBY!! She was sooooo helpful throughout the whole process from the training to the party setup.Abby helped decorate and even helped played with the children.She was absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough for all her help.There were also 2 other workers there who maintained different areas in the center and they were great as well.Thank you Phenom Factory for and unforgettable birthday party.

My son had a birthday party at the phenom factory. And had the best time ever. All his friends had a great time and are already talking about that's where they want to have their birthday parties. He also uses the facilities on a weekly basis. It has been very positive for him . The coaches are very patient and encouraging on all levels. It is a great atmosphere thank you everybody and Christine you are awesome.

We had a Bounce Party there for my boys and they loved it!! The staff was really nice and accomadating! I especially loved the convenience of the room for the guests to eat. Very big room with full size fridge. Very clean facility. Great place for parties that is local!

We love this facility! Clean, nice equipment and always friendly staff!
Personal coaches are great, as are the clinics. Our son has been a student of Gary Fisher and had great success! Excellent coach for hitting, pitching and catching! Reasonable prices for training and parties. Highly recommend!

The Phenom Factory is the absolute place to go in Cumberland County Hands Down!!!!! The owners are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to accomodate and customize the players practice. They offer private lessons and hold clinics too! The facility is super clean and prices are very reasonable! This is our new hot spot! Thank you Phenom Factory!!!
