The Yoga Shift is a great place to practice! If you're new to yoga or advanced, the vibe is always welcoming and encouraging. The instructors are great and there is always something fun and new to look forward to on the calendar. I love this little studio...and my mom does too š

I started attending classes here three months ago and since then have made great strides in gaining more strength, flexibility, and focus. The owners and instructors are all very knowledgeable, supportive, and engaging in class. I highly recommend this studio. It is for beginner and experienced students alike.

The Yoga Shift is an amazing studio with a strong sense of community. We all feel part of the family when we are there. Tracy (the owner) ensures that everyone feels comfortable and makes it a point to get to know everyone who comes through the doors. Tracy also leads very fun classes as she always adds in some creative transitions while keeping to the traditional flow. All the teachers are knowledgeable and provide options throughout the class allowing for true all levels classes. So happy I found this studio!

I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years, and since attending classes at the Yoga Shift, I feel like I've been able to go even deeper into my practice. Their knowledge of yoga, the postures, and the breath is second to none. But what I really appreciate most is actually the heart and soul the instructors bring. They're totally present and create an engaging (and fun!) space to practice yoga. A great variety of classes is offered as well. Highly recommend trying a class or two here!

the yoga shift is just what i needed in my life. the staff is welcoming, helpful and non-judgmental (new-comers to yoga, like myself, feel right at home quickly). the benefits for me include improved flexibility, a sense of calm, toned muscles and a workout i look forward to. namaste!

In seeking to gain more strength and flexibility in my various workout routines, I would continually hear recommendations to include yoga into my standard exercise practices. I had some serious trepidation in taking a yoga class, as it was definitely outside my comfort zone. I suppose I held a lot of false preconceived notions about yoga. And then, I took a class at The Yoga Shift. This studio has shifted my perspective on what yoga is.
This place couldn't be more welcoming to individuals of all levels. The instructors put me to ease as they were warm, inviting, and friendly. I was thoroughly impressed with everything, including the location. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experiences!
If you're like me and have been wanting to give yoga a try, do yourself a favor and do a drop-in to The Yoga Shift. You can thank me later.
