I can't get over how filthy this place is, I'm actually shocked. I saw decent reviews for open play and it was always being recommended on mom groups for something to do with your toddlers. When I pulled up from the outside it's a new building and looked nice but as soon as you walk in it's just filth and crumbs and garbage littered everywhere. I don't think anyone has picked up a vacuum ever in this place. Why is crushed food and candy all over the floor and mats where young kids are running around without shoes? There was empty bottles of gatorade and wrappers just thrown on the floor, a broken broom stick or something like that tossed under a seriously run down trampoline. I get that the open play is only 10 dollars, but there really is no excuse for how dirty and a mess this place was. I was hoping to find a place for future gymnastics classes for my child but this was a huge no for me.

I called in to get information, received a call back. I stated I wanted to ask specific questions because the website was a bit overwhelming. It was received with an awkward pause and then I was asked what do I mean it was overwhelming? I stated that there’s alot of information on the site and I didn’t see tuition info. The response was “well I think the website is pretty straightforward, what exactly are you interested in?” I stated that my daughter does gymnastics and possibly interested in cheer, but wanted to know more about the programs offered and I wasn’t sure of the specifics, regarding both and how the schedules work. Another awkward pause, then she proceeded to explain there’s half year cheer and gymnastics and full year cheer. The conversation lightened up and she seemed a bit more kind, but man, what an attitude. To tell a customer “well the site is pretty straightforward “ and questioning “what part is confusing?”. Extremely unprofessional. If they treat you that way by phone, when simply inquiring, I can only imagine if I sign up. I will take my business elsewhere, where staff/owners are more welcoming and kind.

This place is amazing! The host open gym for all ages and our kids have the most fun! It’s clean and safe and the staff is so nice and loving. They know us by name!

My girlfriend's daughter has a tumble class here and has joined a squad this year. She enjoys her time here. I enjoy the professional program the coaches have. I like "cheese it" (if that is really his name) the cat that lives inside the gym and is currently sitting next to me.

I had my girls do the summer camp at Titan for the first time this year and it was the highlight of their summer. The woman who runs the program, Samantha “ Ms. Sam”, packed the week with experience after experience. The girls have already made me promise to sign them up for more than one week next year. Communication was amazing and I felt so comfortable leaving my girls for the day. Amazing all the way around. Thank you so much Sam and Titan gym!!!

My daughter went there for 2 weeks of summer camp 2022. I also signed her up for a once a week class. We ended up having a conflict for the class but the owner was un willing to either refund or reschedule her to a different class even after my daughter attended 2 weeks at her camp. She was very unaccommodating with attitude.

Titan Elite is a fun program for anybody looking to improve their skills in gymnastics and cheer. Coach Nikki is hands on providing great feedback and always has the best interests of her athletes to do better and be better. My daughter has enjoyed being part of a fun team where her skills are improving to become a better athlete. This a great program for anyone who wants to be part of a winning fun team
