This is an update to my previous review.... I am still a customer at Track Your Fitness. I believe I've been here approximately 3.5 years now. It is the best personal training facility around. The trainers really care about your personal success. The facility is spotless. They are always making upgrades. The fresh towels smell incredible! The water filtration system for bottle refills is superb! They help me update my meal plan whenever I need a change. Stop in and see for yourself!!!!

I first came to TYF in search of a personal trainer for my 10 yo daughter who needed a challenging but manageable workout regiment. The intro session with Alexi sealed the deal - my daughter and I have been his clients for several months and couldn't have been happier with the results. Alexi's individualized approach, his meticulousness and attention to detail have helped create a very challenging yet super fun workout plan that has yielded superb results for both of us. Alexi is an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not recommend him enough.
The facility itself is very clean and well equipped, never too crowded. The trainers are professional and courtly. All-in-all, this has been a great experience so far and I look forward to every single workout because I know they work.

TYF has been such a wonderful experience and total game changer for my fitness. I train with Karli, whom I adore! We started working on strength from the ground up in hopes to improve my back pain. I’m 3 months in and experience less back pain thanks to my new glute, core, and full body strength.

If you’re thinking about checking out Track Your Fitness do it and ask for Alexi. He’s a boxing coach and trainer. No matter what you are going for Alexi is there for his clients. Weight loss, boxing , lifting weights, cardio, whatever it is Alexi will get you there with a positive attitude. He knows how to push you to be your best and knows when to hold back. I've been a client here for two years. This facility is always super clean with fresh bottled water and towels at every visit. The trainers are highly qualified, personable and they really care about their customers. The trainers not only provide you with custom workouts and experiences, but they even help you plan your meals and nutrition choices. I have been training for years at many gyms. While the trainers I have worked with were good, I have NEVER met anyone as vested in my whole body experience than Charlie. I could not be more pleased with my experience with TYF over the last year. The gym is clean and inviting, without the pretense of other places that can leave some feeling intimidated. Karli helped me set reasonable goals and then truly put the work in to help me attain them. While working out is always the main goal, TYF offers services than extend well past that. Nutrition, meal planning and overall mental and physical health play a large factor in what they do, and they understand the importance of how all of these things work together to affect overall well being. I went from hating working out, to looking forward to my weekly sessions with Karli! I could not recommend them more!

LOVE TYF. The gym is very clean and everyone who works there is professional. I love that it's only personal training, so everyone in there is working out with a trainer. You feel very comfortable at any level. Karli helped me get into peak physical shape for my wedding, and maintained ever since. She is the SWEETEST! I drive 40+ mins to the gym but it is totally worth it. Would not go anywhere else.

I absolutely love TYF! The facility itself is extremely clean and all the equipment is top of the line. All the trainers are friendly and encourage you even if you are not their client - makes for an upbeat environment! I walked into the gym on a whim after having my third baby, and met with Karli, who took the time to discuss my goals, limitations, prior physical history and invited me for a trial session. As someone who has never regularly exercised, I expected to be disappointed and discouraged with my lack of ability to do the exercised but Karli helped design a plan that was in line with my abilities. She also helped guide a diet that would sustain me on my journey, which was to get healthy through fitness while shedding the remining baby weight. Surprisingly i am now someone who worries about going too long without my gym session and look forward to my hour at the gym. Highly recommend TYF!

Track Your Fitness is the best fitness studio for one-on-one personal training along with macro based nutrition coaching.
Charlie is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Based on my initial stats like weight, body fat, and muscle mass, and my future goals, he created a nutrition based diet plan for me. He motivates me to stay on track throughout the process. Every two weeks, we do an Inbody assessment to check my weight, fat, and muscle to see my progress and discuss if any changes are needed in diet and/or workout. Certainly, I feel lot healthier, stronger, and more energetic by the day. I would highly recommend Charlie and Track Your Fitness for anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being. Charlie is the best trainer I’ve worked with. He helps you set goals and motivates you to stay on track. Based on my initial weight, body fat, and muscle mass assessment, he created a diet plan for me with specific macronutrient goals. He keeps me on track and reminds me to stick to my eating goals. So much love for Emily!!! She’s an absolutely fantastic trainer. We’ve been working together for a while now and she motivates me to reach my goals both inside the gym and out! Her workouts are fun but challenging so the hour goes by quickly. I came in with some prior injuries and Emily has always been sensitive about not overworking those areas. All while increasing my strength and endurance tenfold! She is a gem of a human being and I’m so grateful for everything she’s helped me accomplish!

January 2021 update:
This isn't a review so much as it is a thank you. I got miles & pounds to go, but I am on my way, with Charlie's leadership and help.
Thank you for helping me get my life on track. Thank you for the consistent life & nutritional consulting, the training expertise & the proven process designed to improve my health.
In addition to improved cardio health and solid weight loss, Charlie and team have helped me w neck, shoulder and hip issues, almost accidentally as we do a variety of exercises.
The facility is top notch, but it is outdone by the trainers. Have trained with Karli and Wes at times, and every single session has been great.
In this quarantine life, I don't know where I would be, physically & emotionally, without TYF. Again, thank you to TYF.
July 2020: Literally in the first inning of my rehab project, but this place is great, Charlie is a good guy and knows his business. Can't wait for success to happen.

My experience at TYF has been phenomenal over the past 6 months. It’s an extremely clean facility with all-new and some very unique equipment which I’ve never seen at any of my other gyms. I have been training with Emily and she is simply amazing! She takes time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored to me and my goals and continually pushes me harder to achieve those goals. She spends time not only helping me through the exercises but also educating me on the importance of nutrition and work-life balance. Once COVID hit, my activity level took a major toll and I found myself in desperate need of motivation. I found Track Your Fitness and fell in love with the state-of-the-art gym and my awesome trainer, Karli!! She always customizes my workouts according to my fitness goals and consistently shows me new exercises to keep every session different and challenging. She has an awesome personality that makes working out super fun, which is definitely needed at 6AM! Karli is also very flexible and never has an issue rescheduling or moving our sessions around. I started training with Charlie a few years ago. I moved to NYC for three years (and had to stop), but the minute I returned to NJ I started training again. When I first started training a few years back, Charlie worked diligently with me and I lost nearly 16 pounds in 2.5 months by following his instruction with exercise and diet. I have maintained a lower weight over my years in NYC with his insight even though I was unable to physically train with him. Now, returning to TYF, we are again working together to continue the healthy lifestyle of which he originally converted me to.

Just started training this past year and I am so happy! The equipment is still brand new, clean, and just in great shape. Compared to the other gyms I’ve been to around Bergen county, this studio has a private and high end feel to it. I feel comfortable and welcomed by all the trainers and have become great friends with all the other clients. I can not recommend this enough especially to those who might not know their way around gyms and using the equipment. You’ll get the direction you need to feel comfortable working out!!

I’ve had a few personal trainers in the past and by far the trainers here are absolutely amazing! I joined the gym to not only get in shape but to lose weight and tone up. Super super addicting!!!! Having had trainers in the past, I wasn’t satisfied. Always searching for someone who can get me into shape. Hmmm, working next door to “ track your fitness” I’d give it a try. Well, I’m totally impressed. When Charles did my first consultation and showed me my numbers I was totally bummed. I’ve gained over 17 pounds in two years. I signed up with Charles , who taught me so much about nutrition and I’m now eating more food and losing the weight in a healthy way. It’s been 5 months and I’ve lost 16 pounds and gained lean muscle. He’s professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable!!!! I have been working out on my own for many years. I decided to come to Track Your Fitness to change my fitness routine and learn new exercises. I recently trained with Charlie who is very experienced and very knowledgeable of fitness and nutrition. My first day there, we did a body assessment and talked about my fitness goals and what I wanted to improve on and learn. I also told him about my hip and back pain I experienced while working out. My first training session was an awesome experience. Charlie challenged me and taught me new techniques and workouts to target different muscles and areas of my body. Charlie was focused on strengthening specific parts of my body to help improve the way I walk and to lessen the pain I have in my hips and back. He improved my technique, form, and taught me different skills and exercises that I did not know! Charlie is enthusiastic, motivating, and pushed me to my fullest potential. My workout was fun, challenging, and definitely fulfilling mentally and physically.
I was also super impressed with the newly renovated facility. Track Your Fitness has brand new, up to date equipment. The cable machine had new hand grips that I have never seen in all the years of working out I have done. The place is very clean and modern. There is a bathroom with a shower that is available for all clients to use. It is honestly a very impressive space! It is bright, welcoming and a very fun place to be!
I highly recommend Track Your Fitness to anyone who is looking to either change their fitness routine, learn new exercises, get motivated physically and mentally, lose weight, or to improve their overall health. This is a place for people of all ages. High school athletes can go to improve agility and strength for sports. Even older adults can go to lose weight, improve flexibility, keep moving and improve diet and nutrition. I recommend Track Your Fitness for anyone with any level of physical fitness. I am someone who has worked out for many years, but I experienced new and challenging exercises with Charlie. I am really looking forward to going back and continuing to improve my fitness goals.

If you're looking for a very personal fitness experience look no more. I have belonged to several gyms and boot camps. This is a personal trainer with nutrition in your own upgraded gym. Charlie is great, he keeps me motivated. I used to dread my workouts now I look forward to going. He constantly changes things up and genuinely cares about my progress. Huge bonus a personal bathroom (yup all to yourself) with a shower. Now I workout and go straight to work. Best decision I ever made.
