We offer training 7 days a week: from group classes to personal and online training.

Joining TWK was definitely not on my 2025 bingo card, but I am nothing except grateful that I did that. What I didn’t realize at the time was how serious I was going to take it.
Kris could tell I was really starting to slack in the beginning by doing a no show at my pt’s and not coming to any group sessions. Then Kris put me in her Summer Nutrition challenge and little did I know it was seriously going to change my life. My biggest commitment of the challenge was dropping alcohol. I went from ordering Bottles of Malibu at Premier to ordering buckets of Water in the section.
It’s been nothing but a journey watching myself lose weight and truly commit to my own health. Kris has been nothing but a positive reminder on my own mental health. She turned negativity into positivity and little does she know she transformed me into someone I didn’t know existed. I truly watched myself begin to feel happy and change my whole attitude. Everyday is a reminder that I don’t have to go to the gym, but I GET to go to the gym after work.
To Kris— thank you for being my rock in this journey, thank you for not letting my head get too big, and thank you for giving my a space where people are just as hungry as I am. You truly don’t know what monster you’ve created.
This community is so strong I don’t know how else to explain it. If you thought about starting, it should’ve been done yesterday.

Training with Kris has been a life-changing experience for me. Since the summer of 2022 TWK I lost over 45 lbs, gained muscle, and even competed in two bodybuilding shows under her expert guidance. Thanks to her training, I placed in the top 5 of my division at one of these shows, something I never thought possible when I first started. I love TWK. You get real results and you meet great people. Kris is very knowledgeable and she will motivate you. Her story is inspiring. She understands exactly where you at because she has been there. She has helped me tremendously. She has great energy and it’s a pleasure to train with her and fun. I remember the first time I stepped into the studio, there was an air of excellence. Kris, Adam, An'ne, Ras, 'Mel, and the other many unique trainers will do everything in their power to help you achieve your goals. I wouldn't be where I am today without their support. You will experience amazing changes and growth, but you must put in the hard work every time! Morning sessions are my favorite to attend because they provide a productive start to my day. The trainers are also flexible and knowledgable, and I'm honored to call this not only my gym, but my home away from home.

I’ve been training with Kris and the team off and on for a little over a year now. I love her program. When I first started going, I was so scared because I had no idea what I was doing. I felt AWFUL! But everyone welcomed me with open arms and encouraged me. Before I knew it I was doing box jumps like a pro! 😂 I highly recommend TWK to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey while also being part of a real community of amazing individuals.

I’ve started and stopped my fitness journey an insane amount of times. Everytime i restarted…i went back to Kris. From knowledge, to skill, to relatability and SUPPORT Kris and the TWK team has been phenomenal. There’s no such thing as can’t do it around them. Everything can be done and done in a way that’s challenging and not harmful. From form, to accountability and nutrition, i wouldn’t trust anyone else to walk with me on the fitness journey. 7 days a week, personal & group training. There’s really no way you can lose with TWK and I’m so grateful for Kris & the gang. Just look at the boxing coaches ass. Bounce a coin off that thang.
