I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. A progressively challenging approach in working together will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.​

In 2002, I made a career as well as mindset change to do something that made a difference in people’s lives. It was my lifelong love for working out that materialized into a passion for helping others transform not only their physiques but their own personal beliefs and limitations.

15 years ago I was in my post college years and needed to get into shape in order to join the Navy. Sean helped me lose 60 pounds, which helped me not only look good, but feel good. I was a 22 year old athlete in my prime ready to take on the world thanks to his training.

Throughout these past 15 years I’ve had multiple personal trainers across the country as well as through the military. Nothing could quite compete with Sean and I’ll tell you why.

I returned home after years in the military with a more broken body and didn’t think I could get strong again. Sean remembered me, remembered my movements, and knew how to make me feel strong again. His workouts push you if you want to be pushed, but he knows the perfect adjustments to help you if you’re struggling.

Sean is a professional personal trainer who takes the time to know YOU. Not only does he take the time to learn how to make you stronger, but he’s a true motivator. I drive an hour each way to be trained by him, so if you’re on the fence - get down from it and get into his gym.

Thanks Sean for all you’ve done, you’re a one of a kind and incredible trainer/person.

Sean is my go to for my personal training sessions. I hire Sean when I start to get a bit bored working out on my own. Yes, we all need a push even those in the fitness world!

We spent years in the business together and I have seen first hand the integrity and commitment that Sean has for each client and their goals. Fitness is a lifestyle and commitment to ourselves and Sean is the best there is at keeping his clients focused and engaged. I’ve been working with Sean for several months, and “The Transformation Coach” is the perfect tagline to describe him. When I first started training with Sean I was a 62+ soon-to-be
grandmother of twins, and I was feeling my years. I was concerned not only about my waning strength but also about my balance, which was increasingly tenuous. Sean’s ability to patiently encourage me while simultaneously pushing just the right amount helped me to quickly progress. With each passing week I felt stronger, more flexible, and so much more confident. It wasn’t until the babies were born, however, that I realized working with Sean was much more than a “choice” to become more fit - it was a necessity. I am sure that I could not be the “grammy” my daughter needs me to be - bending, lifting, schlepping babies and equipment in both arms up and down flights of stairs, and even sitting on the floor playing - if it weren’t for Sean. Before each session he “checks in” with me to see how I’m feeling before beginning our workout. And his workouts are so thoughtful; he always makes sure to mix things up both to keep it interesting and to target every major muscle group. Somehow most of the exercises Sean designs for me manage to incorporate the core balance and strength that have been key to my personal transformation. Beyond his considerable experience and know-how, Sean is a deeply caring guy who, I know, is as committed to my success as I am. I’m grateful for Sean’s presence in my life, and it goes without saying that my transformation would not have been possible without the Transformation Coach!

Sean is an extremely encouraging trainer that is willing to work with all ability levels and adapt to different needs. He was able to work with me after a recent accident that left me with an injured arm. I wanted to make sure we were able to keep up with workouts, and he was so helpful in accommodating my limitations. He has also worked with my long work hours, and meets at 5:30am to ensure we can get in a full session before I head to the office. Couldn’t recommend more.

Sean Michael Kehoe is a great guy and an awesome Personal Trainer. I never lifted weights before and felt intimated going into the weight room at my fitness club. I also wanted a professional to instruct me on how to lift with proper form so as to not injure myself. His knowledge is vast and he taught and showed me a lot. He did keep me on target for my weight loss goal and is who I relied on for accountability.

Sean is sincere and respectable. His workouts are never boring, they are challenging but fun. I intend to use Tranformations By Sean Michael again!
