My son has been going to TTR for their small group classes for about a year. His experience has been amazing. His strength, speed, coordination and most importantly confidence have significantly improved. He always looks forward to attending his classes and is proud of his progress. We highly recommend them!

I wanted update this as it’s been some time and they’ve moved locations-
The trainers are amazing and even tho it’s a bit smaller it hasn’t lost any of the “punch” and what it has to offer. My child plays soccer, basketball and baseball year round (unfortunately lol). I can honestly say the thing he looks a forward to the most at any given time is this training each week. If you’re even giving this a thought, please do yourself a favor and check it out.
My son has been coming here for about two months. I cannot say enough great things about this place. He absolutely loves coming here. The results we’ve seen with him as an athlete and really just his agility, speed, and movement has been incredible. The trainers and staff are great and make it so that he wants to come here as much as possible!

I highly recommend this gym! Taylor and Nick are extremely kind and welcoming and this gym is a wonderful, unintimidating environment for people of all ages and experience levels. I look forward to my workouts at TTR and have felt so much healthier and stronger since starting here consistently. They take the time to assess your current ability levels and couple this with your specific goals to construct an individualized workout plan that is challenging and helpful to achieve your goals. Workouts are constantly evolving with regards to weight, reps, etc. and rotate on a regular basis so that you will never become complacent. The staff is always readily available to happily answer questions, provide modifications, and ensure that exercises are being done properly to get the most out of each rep and prevent injury. I could not recommend this gym enough to anybody with any type of fitness goal!

I’ve been working out at TTR performance (aka Velocity) since 2010. I love it there! Three specific things that keep me there and happy are the personalized workouts, the knowledgable and attentive trainers, and the super chill vibe. Nick customizes my workouts to help my tennis game and prevent potential overuse injuries. And if I am uncomfortable with a particular exercise, all the trainers are quick to come up with alternatives to work the same muscles in a less strenuous manner. Finally, the other people who workout at TTR are nice and great fun! TTR has something to offer clients at all levels!

My son suffered a knee injury that cut his Spring lacrosse season short. Throughout his rehab, TTR worked with us and his PT to gradually get him back to his pre-injury form and he was ready to return to play by the Fall season. Additionally, he learned proper technique, and pre & post competition strategies in order to avoid future injuries.
The staff is accommodating, professional and cares about their athletes' overall well-being.

Strength, motivation, and innovation— working with Nick and Taylor at TTR Performance has redefined what strength training means to me!
As a national board-certified functional health and wellness coach, I know how important physical training is to overall well-being and performance, and I thought I was personally doing pretty well in this area.
I was working out on my own most days but started to realize that I wasn’t really feeling or seeing any changes in my body. I started working with Nick and Taylor only 3 days a week, and in a few months, I began to notice a remarkable increase in overall strength, with significant improvements in core and hip strength!
Today, I see the results in the mirror, on the scale, in my confidence, and in my ability to move and lift in ways I could never have done before training in this way. I’ve been doing adult small group fitness classes at TTR for 1.5 years. The workouts are customized to each individual client, to help meet their individual goals, and you get new customized workouts frequently (after doing the workout 4 times). Nick adapts the workouts to each client’s fitness level and is easily able to accommodate any physical injuries or limitations. I’ve had a wonderful experience and find the environment to be welcoming and pleasant. Adults of any age or fitness level would benefit from training at TTR Fitness and Performance, which is why I continue to recommend it for many of my patients.

Having participated in the ‘Lift for Life’ program these past couple of months, I couldn’t be more pleased with the improvements in my strength, endurance, and flexibility. My son Carlos was 12 years old and didn’t play any sport. AND, because of bullies he wouldn’t even ride his bicycle. He was getting a bit obese so I took him to TTR for two years and they did such an amazing job that he grew 6 inches, lost the fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle and one of the trainers, Darin, thought him valuable life lessons like being on time, dealing with bullies and the drama of middle school.
It was worth every penny
So much that my son said that he wants to be a physical therapist to help kids the way TTR helped him ❤️

I stopped going to TTR after June and notified them of the same but they have continued to bill my credit card. Please be wary of giving them your CC and if you stop do check your statements otherwise they will continue to bill. The only way to stop getting billed is by cancelling your credit card.

The return 2 play program has been an amazing experience and has allowed me to not only build my strength and speed back but also my confidence as my upcoming season approaches. This is my second child to go through TTR’s program. The facility is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff is super encouraging. My youngest had Darren last week, and was immediately drawn to his exuberance and energy. He was a positive force pushing her at HER ability level. It was not a pre formatted plan one size fits all. He tailored his program exactly to suit her needs and skill level. We were only signing up for once a week, but after her initial trial with Darren, she asked me to sign her up for multiple times a week! Positive vibes all around. Highly recommend.

I just completed the 6 week challenge and the results were amazing. With the help and guidance of TTR’s fantastic trainers and their easy to use app, I dropped 13 pounds and feel lighter, fitter and faster! The daily check ins on the app held me accountable and gave me great ideas for keeping my diet clean and healthy. The trainers kept me motivated daily with their positivity and creativity. They challenged me on a daily basis with total body workouts that were tough and just flat out fun. Great experience!

My son has been coming here since May of 2019. The transformation has been amazing to say the least. He loves coming here and he can see the results.
