We had our daughter’s 7th birthday at Tumblenasium! Laura was so hands on with all of the kids. They were all kept busy the entire time with all smiles. The kids were engaged, having so much fun, and happy! Laura was so incredibly accommodating before, during, and after the party as well. We can’t thank the staff enough for making our daughter’s birthday such a special day! We highly recommend reaching out to book your event here!!

My daughter is finishing up her second season with CAS and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. It brings me so much joy seeing my daughter grow in her confidence, skill and social interaction. I can't say enough kind words for Laura and her staff. We hosted our daughter's birthday here, and she had such a special day. The children had so much fun and everything was so well run. My daughter has been a part of the Tumblenasium and Cheernasium "family" since the Fall of 219 and there aren't enough positive things I can say about the program. Laura is a dedicated owner who sincerely cares about her athletes. My daughter has had supportive coaches throughout her years in this program and I'm so happy my she has such strong role models in her athletic experience. I would strongly recommend checking out Tumblenasium and Cheernasium to anyone who is interested in improving their tumbling skills and/or interested in the world of All-Star cheer.

My 10 year old daughter has attended The Nasium gym since they opened. She began tumbling as a 3 year old and is currently entering her seventh season as part of Cheernasium. She has grown so much as an athlete and loves being part of the CAS family.

This is my daughter's 2nd season at Cheernasium! We couldn't be happier! My daughter's skills have tremendously progressed in a short amount of time as did her confidence! My daughter has fostered strong friendships as well as bonds with her coaches. Laura and her amazing staff of coaches work hard to make everyone feel welcome. There are so many events going on for the girls to bond and so many different classes so even the little ones can get started early!! My 9 and 4 year old couldn't be happier and neither could we!! Came here for their Easter Egg Hunt, the facility was very spacious and the event was extremely well organized. My son had a blast, there were so many activities planned and the Easter bunny photos came out super cute!

Last month, we had my sons NERF birthday party- with approximately 25 1st grade boys who had a blast!! Everything was well organized, the staff was wonderful, and the kids had a wonderful time!

My daughter has been tumbling at The Nasium Gym for two years. She looks forward to tumbling weekly and has had her birthday party there. The owner and coaches are flexible, accommodating, personable, and experienced! I would most definitely recommend this gym to new and experienced tumblers and cheerleaders! I only hear great things about this gym and staff. Check it out!

My son attended several birthday parties at Cheernasium and everything was so well-organized. He had a great time and the staff was attentive and engaging with all of the children and there were plenty of activities for kids of all ages and stages. Would recommend this facility for parents of all ages and have heard nothing but great things around the cheer and tumble programs as well. If you're local to the area, check it out!

This was my daughter's first year at cheernasium all stars. It has been a great experience not only for my daughter but me! Laura Merino, the owner, is very considerate and cares tremendously, not just for the kids, but the parents who sacrifice a lot for our kids to participate in this sport. She always goes above and beyond. Any questions I had were always answered immediately.
The coaches there are all caring, creative, knowledgeable, and incredibly organized, which makes it a great experience for the whole family. My daughter absolutely loves it!  She has  learned so much, and I couldn't be more proud. She is starting her second season there.

I had my son's 1st birthday party there last August and it was a great experience! The space was very big and they had a lot for my son to do which was nice, especially with dealing with toddlers! I highly recommend this space for birthday parties.

I took my son to a birthday party at tumblenasiam this past weekend. Laura was wonderful when working with the children. She had everything set up beautifully and the kids had a great time! She was professional and accommodating. I will definitely be calling Laura to work with me on my child’s next birthday party!

What an unpleasant experience. My daughter was taking tumbling classes here 2x a week since Feb. She has no cheer experience &started classes to get her feet wet before try outs this May. I couldnt help but over hear all the negative things other parents had to say of the owner Laura. Laura uses a fake name on other gyms Band apps so that she can see which athletes from her gym are looking into other facilities. I assume thats how she found out my daughter &I were looking at Star Athletics. Were new to the cheer world &wanted to look at all our options. On Mothers Day Laura thought it was appropriate to text me on the Band app, questioning me about my child “not attending” classes anymore. They take attendance at class, &my daughter had been to all of them. I let her know that I had paid in full for the month already, my child had been to all her classes, &we had intentions of finishing out the month. The next day, I kindly emailed to ask if she would unenroll my daughter for classes in June. Right away the owner Laura inappropriately texts me on the Band app again. She was confrontational, &accusing my daughter of no longer trying out or continuing her tumbling there since I unenrolled her for June. At this point, Im annoyed because two days in a row Im being accused of things. Theres no reason for my daughter to take tumbling classes in June, after tryouts, once shes on a team, a tumbling class is included with cheer tuition &she would be practicing with her team. After telling Laura that, her whole attitude changed. She told me how lovely my child is &how she always watches her at practices. Which confused me because just the day prior she was questioning me why my child hadnt been at class? This was clearly Lauras way of finding out if we were leaving for another gym. Only making herself look unprofessional, &out of line. I decided after all this that Cheernasium was not going to be a good fit for my daughter. I cant imagine having to deal with the owner rage texting me everytime shes displeased. I told her we wouldnt be trying out or finishing May classes &I would like a refund for both(with the exception of the classes my child had already taken). She said she would have her admin reach out &figure out my refund. She then immediately deleted me off the Band app, cutting off communication before I could respond. I tried to message her on the gyms Instagram that I followed, only to see that she had also removed me on there as well. Resulting in me sending her an email about it. Most of my emails were ignored. The few responses I received, included outrageous reasoning for why she wont refund me. The policy that I had signed was not applicable to the classes my daughter took. The policy stated “Summer Payment Policy”, my childs classes were between Feb-May. I asked for her to provide me with an updated policy, that I had signed, she couldnt. She sent me a Venmo of $25 for the try out fee but refused to refund me for the classes &didnt offer me any other compensation for the services not received. Laura also stalked my personal social media, after she had already removed me, to see which gyms we were at. I guess she doesnt realize you can see what users view your stories. Being texted &accused of things that were inaccurate, &stalking social media to see if weve posted about our athletes at other gyms is so distasteful, disrespectful &made it beyond uncomfortable to return there. I wish I could say I was the only parent that this was happening to, but im not. The enrollment is dropping after last season due to the countless problems they encountered. Luckily, weve been extremely happy so far with the professionalism &expertise at Star Athletics. Im confident that my daughters cheer career is starting with such dedicated &talented staff who conduct themselves with the utmost respectability.
