100/10 gym. I started here about a year ago and Albert and Ady have not only taught me basic gym etiquette but also the importance of form and it doesn’t matter how heavy you go. It matters how solid you are. Starting here is probably the best decision I have made regarding my health. I haven’t lost a ton of weight, but I have definitely gotten stronger and more confident in myself highly recommend for any beginner or anybody who needs a fresh start. Amazing gym.

Best decision I make was joining TTS. My workouts were getting stale and repetitious. Push one day, pull the next, no legs, and my gains had plateaued. Tts helped me reach my goals. Gave me a lot of knowledge that I lacked or just didn't think was important. Working out here has given me more confidents, made me a better father, son brother, friend, co-worker, and has given me a space I feel comfortable, wanted, and fit in. The coaches are top-notch and genuinely care. They work hard at figuring out how they can make you better. They create new workouts for you and demonstrate how to do the exercises properly. They coach you in real time and help you do the exercises properly so you don't get hurt and they will even help you pick out the weights to use if you're not sure. I can't say enough good about TTS. It's elevated me in all aspects of my life. Love this place.

TTS is a special place. I have been a member of the gym for 4+ years. The coaches are there for the right reason, they have helped to guide me from my orientation in 2021 to helping me make improvements at my session this morning.

You need to put in the work, but the support to identify areas of improvement in the gym, in what you eat, and in how you prepare is always present.

I took a chance with TTS’ mentorship program and really recommend trying it out! I was pushed out of my comfort zone with their workout plan- trying new forms of exercises & using heavier weights. I, along with my mom, joined the TTS family for a 6-week mentorship program. We both had different goals surrounding flexibility, confidence, strength, exercise knowledge, and so on. Right off the bat, we were amazed at how fast we saw ourselves progressing towards our individuals goals when we started training with the coaches throughout the week. Their workout plans truly target the whole body and challenge you to move it in non-traditional ways. Aside from the physical aspect, we would meet with a coach weekly to discuss nutrition, progress, achievements, future plans, and more. We also really enjoyed the company of the other gym members! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I ended up joining this gym even after my 6 weeks were up because I loved coming here!!! I highly recommend checking these guys out!

TTS is exactly what I have been looking for in a gym. I am over the big box gyms and was really looking for something different. The atmosphere is high energy, with a balance of fun and focus. The coaches are genuine and supportive. The four day split routine is perfect for lasting results. The workouts are what you put in, with you being your toughest competition. Class times are well suited for early risers, after work, or after dinner gym goers. I am so happy I went out of my comfort zone and opted to try their six week challenge. That was two years ago and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Updated 7/1/2025 - In addition to the monthly routine of classes, TTS offers private coaching, smaller group classes, and so much more. With many of these programs, coaches supply daily check-ins and nutritional counseling to build lifelong healthy habits.

TTS is like no other gym in the area, particularly in that training is personalized to accommodate medical concerns. If you have knee problems, they find modifications. Shoulder issues, they find modifications, etc. The coaches encourage, teach proper form, and foster a fun and positive environment.

Joined 2 years ago this August and Ive never looked back. Even when things get tough, and I feel like my effort isnt as consistent as it could be, my support system at this gym including the coaches is what keeps me in check and gets me back on track. I have been coming to TTS for a little over a year now, and it has truly been a transformative experience. The environment is warm, the coaches professional and knowledgable, the classes challenging. I’ve been training at TTS for just about two years with the goal of Improving and maintaining overall fitness as I get older. I couldn’t be more happy with what TTS provides. Albert and Ady are tremendous trainers under the leadership of Chris the owner. Not only do they motivate folks in the class, but they work to ensure proper form and safety during the workouts. They keep the class on pace to ensure the workout routine is completed on time, ensuring a solid workout. Workout routines are changed every three weeks to keep the workouts interesting. If you stick to the routines as designed you will leave drained but feeling good. If you’re new to training, or just want structure while training, along side a group of like-minded individuals I highly recommend TTS.

I am so thrilled to be part of TTS Fitness. When joking TTS you’re not joining some random gym, you are joining a community. From the moment you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed with open arms. I have been with Tutela Training System since February 2020 literally about a month before the pandemic really hit. I was recovering from an emergency surgery and prepping for a Police Academy (which I could not have done without the TTS family). Originally I was only suppose to stay with TTS just to get through the police academy but loved the family and supportive environment so much that I am still here 5 years later. TTS has taught me a lot (form and technique over anything, how to spot someone to prevent injury amongst many other things) and having great coaches that have your back. Recently I felt stuck and I wanted to improve on several things but was never really comfortable speaking to anyone about what I wanted or my insecurities, but Coach Albert made me feel like it would be okay to open up. He made me feel like i was in a safe place with no judgement. He can relate in so many ways so he understood me. This wasn't just him making a living, he was going through it with me step by step and still is. We still have work to do and although it was a slow start, it's his patience and dedication to figure things out with me that we finally are starting to get some where. Thank you to Tutela Training Systems/Coaches for having the space to let me vent physically and a special thank you to Al for helping me try to figure things out especially the mental shift. Before joining the program, I was stuck. I was going to the gym regularly, eating what I thought was healthy, but the scale just wouldn't move. It was incredibly frustrating — I felt like I was doing all the right things, but nothing was changing.
Since working with Albert and getting proper guidance, things have shifted in a big way. The biggest realization for me was how important protein intake is. I went from around 40–50 grams a day to nearly 200 grams, and that alone made a huge difference in how I felt and performed. I also thought I was pushing myself in the gym before, but now I realize I’ve taken things to a whole new level.
What really made the difference though was the accountability and coaching. Having someone in my corner every week — someone to check in with, guide me, point out what I could improve, and recognize what I was doing right — that structure made all the difference. It kept me motivated and helped me push through the plateaus.
While the scale didn’t always drop, my body fat percentage went down, my muscle mass went up, and I just feel so much leaner and stronger. The InBody scans backed it up, but honestly, I could feel it in my energy, confidence, and the way my clothes fit.
Most importantly, I now have a roadmap. I know what to eat, how to train, how much to walk — and that clarity has made all the difference. I’m not guessing anymore. I feel better, more confident, and more in control of my progress than ever before.

I can't begin to describe how much my life has changed since I started this journey. Before, I struggled with finding the motivation to take care of myself. It felt impossible to prioritize my own health while juggling family, work, and all the other responsibilities that life throws at you. I didn’t have a plan, and honestly, I felt lost. I knew I needed to make a change, but fitting in workouts either early in the morning or late at night felt exhausting and unsustainable.

The staff is motivating and care about your progress. They change up the routine to keep workouts from getting stagnant.
If you go to the gym and spend hours just trying to figure out what to do next this might be the best option for you
This is the closest you can get to personal training without paying for personal training. Plus you get the added benefit of the other clients motivating you.

I’ve been a member of TTS for almost five years. When I started, it was to try something new. This was the first time I really had a proper trainer and have seen great results. The group classes motivate me to show up and train with my comrades… met some great people and friends here. Also, the trainers do a great job with form demonstrations, coaching and overall motivation throughout the sessions. Highly recommend this gym!
