Each staffs gave me different comments, manager said cannot guarantee to refund because of Corporate policy, the website customer center said they do not handle this kind of problem, talk to gym directly.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to warn people about UFC Fit in Wayne, NJ. This place is an absolute nightmare. First off, it’s FILTHY. I don’t even think they clean the equipment or the floors. There’s dust and grime everywhere, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms—they’re disgusting! The place looks like it hasn’t been maintained in ages.

On top of the unsanitary conditions, half of the treadmills are completely out of order, which is a joke. It’s almost impossible to get a decent workout in here because you’re constantly dealing with broken machines. And the ones that do work are often filthy and covered in sweat stains. I’ve seen gyms that take better care of their equipment than this place.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is a total scam!

This place has serious hygiene and cleaning issues. The men's bathroom looks like this every single day. Wish I could give negative stars.

- The manager (Lady not sure her name) is so rude. Shady practices as others have said.
- The bathrooms are a disgusting mess that have never been cleaned. Paper towels all over the floor, nothing restocked. Soap dispensers not working, toilets full of excrement.
- If you like hot water, this isn't the place for you. It never works.
- Majority of the equipment is broken
- The hot tub has been broken for so many months I lost count. Not that I would go in that thing, the pool area is beyond disgusting.
- The sauna and steam room never get cleaned. I left a piece of garbage in there just to see how long it would stay there. What a joke.
- The members have the worst gym etiquette, not their problem but new members need to know
- Its PACKED during peak hours. Also something new members should know.

There are plenty of other gyms in the area that are better. Honestly the bar is so low here that this has to be the worst gym in 20 miles. Its mind blowing how bad this place is.

I like the gym. No one racks their weights so I don’t end up doing half my work out because I don’t feel like getting hurt taking off someone else’s weights. I’ve been to many gyms and the gym etiquette is the worst I’ve seen. I’ve mentioned it to management and they said they knew it was a problem but no one has done anything yet. Maybe have someone walking around reminding people or send out a mass email something. Won’t be renewing my 1 year membership this spring if it’s not better by then.

I am so sad at how this place has turned out.

I signed up for this gym about 3 years ago, a few months after they opened. It was honestly such a great gym- clean, all equipment worked, not too crowded, and the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. Then, management switched and everything went downhill. The good employees got fed up with it and left and the new staff and management couldn’t care less about the gym etiquette or maintenance.

The equipment will stay broken for weeks on end without anyone even coming to check it out. They just put a sign on it that says under maintenance but nobody is actually fixing it. Additionally, there’s leaks everywhere around the gym and it’s been that way for years- in the locker room, weight area, and the boxing room. The way the workers speak to you is so rude. The old employees were AMAZING- so chill and cool and truly cared. Now, they think they’re better than you and are downright disrespectful. I’ve been going there THREE YEARS (longer than some employees have even worked there) and I had a lady yell at me for using the Bluetooth system when there was no class happening because it was for “staff only”. Meanwhile I’ve used it countless times in the past with no issue from staff or management. It was such a nasty way of communicating and put me off.

BUT HONESTLY the worst part about this gym is the cleanliness. Absolutely disgusting. I go to the gym before work and usually need to shower there, but the cleanliness of the locker rooms has turned me off so much. The showers always have hair and dirt all over and two of the six have broken doors. Worst of all- the last time I showered there i saw literal WORMS (little black worms) in the shower. It was disgusting. The bathroom is rarely cleaned and garbage sits for weeks. There’s never any paper and the bathroom smells horrible all the time.

I used to love this gym so much but it has been a great disappointment the last year. Don’t bother signing up here

ATTENTION MEMBERS AND GUESTS I wanted to let you guys know that you guys should be careful with your belongings at the Ufc. Do not leave stuff around, especially your valuable items. We now have employee named CELIO an employee who has been at the UFC for the longest. I was informed she was stealing expensive items from the lost and found for her personal usage. Crazy that this employee think they can go wild and steal anything they please from the lost and found especially in an establishment that has paying customers. Is anyone missing a AirPods Pro’s that was left behind at the ufc? that the Ufc is so disgusting. Members and employees don’t care about the facility. The bathroom is always dirty. The showers have worms coming out from the drain as I heard no one ever cleans it. A past employee informed me of this. Half the time the showers smells like pee. Weights are everywhere and people don’t clean up after themselves. Management isn’t serious about taking care of anything and all they care about is money. The sauna is gross it always smells bad. Management expects us to not wear shoes inside the sauna yet many of the employees neglect that policy. And when people break rules in the sauna there is no consequences. No body cares about there jobs and only care about money they don’t know how to treat people. In addition when the door closes they often don’t open in time for the morning rush. Don’t ever go to UFC I won’t recommend this gym to anyone. If I can give this gym zero stars I would.this gym is a joke.

It is a great gym I love everything in general, the place is always clean, I enjoy the Sauna, Steam Room, Pool and Jacuzzi, but most of all MY ZUMBA CLASSES, I will give 10 stars if possible to my dear “TEACHER- MARIA VÉLEZ”, she is the most caring, energetic and friendly person you can been in contact with, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The manager approach as to how much we like the place and if there are things to improve tells me that they care about the place and the attendees. Love it!!!

This gym is a SCAM. Read your contract before signing. Manny told us we’d get all the kickboxing classes and guest privileges for the money we paid upfront for 1.5 years of membership. Months into membership we were informed that we didn’t have any of this access and could only use the gym equipment. Management did nothing about it. The gym is also disgusting and dirty. Take your money elsewhere.

Been at the gym even before it was UFC but honestly, I love UFC the most. I feel like you have everything you could possibly need to do a great or chill workout. The staff are awesome and best of all I freaking love the classes especially Muscle Makeover. I want to give a big shoutout to Sally and her class because you’re challenged every single time and you never know what’s coming next. Not to mention, everyone in the class is so supportive and driven that it truly is an inspiration. The gym is super comfortable, but I've definitely been having very bad experiences with the hygiene of the bathrooms and showers for a while now. For months now, I haven't seen them clean the showers like the person who is no longer there initially did. Most of the time, there's never any toilet paper in the dispenser, there's always a very bad smell, and no matter how much I've tried to communicate this to the reception, there's no change. Today in particular, there was literally human feces in the showers, and it was 9 a.m. They should pay more attention to this because I'm sure no one wants to go to a gym with such poor hygiene.

Ive had memberships to 4 different gym before signing up for UFC Fit and this is by far the worst. The weight rack is ALWAYS a mess, the staff does not clean the place, paper towels are always out, and the list goes on. I have a love hate relationship with this gym. Pros: almost 24 hours and has a large variety of equipment, very spacious and there’s parking. Cons : sauna smells, nobody follows the directions in the pool area and there is a sign near the hot tub that ask clients “not to pee on the floor”. I visit this gym almost every other day and the locker room/ shower cleanliness is horrendous, almost the worst I’ve seen. Paper towels litter the floor, mold on the ceilings of shower stalls, virtually no hot water and things definitely do not get wiped down everyday because the same tissue on the floor will stay in the floor or sink counter for multiple consecutive days. As a client at this gym I do believe it is also the member’s responsibility to maintain a clean space but there seems to be nobody maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the locker rooms at all.

I have been a remember of this gym for a couple months and I am absolutely disgusted by this gym. The main turf area has contained the same trash and hairballs since I first signed up months ago. The sauna, steam room and locker rooms are also disgusting and have not been thoroughly cleaned in awhile. When I do see their employees "cleaning" the locker rooms, they are on their phones and are doing the bare minimum (changing paper towels, wiping down a sink or two).
I was also disappointed by the staff. When I first joined the staff was extremely friendly and would always greet me. As I attended the gym more, the staff became rude and would give attitude if I asked questions or purchased any items.
The only thing I would say is decent about this gym is the classes and coaches. Although it can be expensive, they are well worth it!

I honestly cannot recommend UFC Fit in Wayne to anyone. The cleanliness of this gym is absolutely disgusting, and it's beyond frustrating. The bathrooms are a nightmare—there's often grime on the floors, soap scum all over the sinks, and dirty toilet paper just left around. The worst part is that it doesn't get cleaned regularly, so you’re stuck dealing with this filth day after day. I’ve even walked in to find the same trash sitting in the stalls or by the sinks for days in a row. It’s like they’ve completely given up on maintaining any level of hygiene in there.

The pool area is no better. I’ve seen the water looking murky and uninviting, and the surrounding floor is constantly wet and slippery with no signs of being mopped up. The sauna and steam room are both filthy too—there’s visible grime on the benches, and the floors are sticky. I don’t understand how a place that claims to care about health and fitness can let this kind of neglect slide for so long.

The weight room is equally bad. Dumbbells, mats, and equipment are often scattered around and never get wiped down. Sweat marks are left on the benches, and you can tell the staff barely even bother to clean the machines. I can only imagine the germs that are building up in there.

And don’t even get me started on the hot tub—it’s been broken for months with no updates or communication from management. I’ve asked multiple times when it will be fixed, and the response is always a vague "soon," but no real information. It’s been this way for way too long, and it’s clear that customer concerns aren’t being taken seriously.

Overall, if you're looking for a clean, well-maintained gym, this is *not* the place. The management clearly doesn't prioritize hygiene, and it’s honestly unacceptable. Save your money and find a gym that actually cares about cleanliness.

5/26 Review Update: going from 4 stars to 1:
initially when i signed up i was told annual fee would be $49 a year. & I paid 3 years in advance i just got charged $86.41 cents for annual fee. Rude front desk person tried to justify this by saying annual fee would be around $60+ the late fee.. late fee was caused by them not being able to charge the annual fee on my card 2 days ago and it did not go through. Very rude customer service, they don’t honor their managers deals, charge whatever fees they like without informing the customer.

Only 1 hot shower out of 8 of them works.

Beautiful facility and lots to utilize as in the building itself… BUT don’t need anything else from them. Make sure when you go to get a membership there you are 100% positive and committed because despite their own policy, even if you cancel your membership within the three day period, you will NOT receive your full refund ( or any at all) stated in the policy. This started back in January and it is now May with no updates, no word back, and of course no refund. I have called multiple times and spoke to multiple people for them to tell you the same excuses and no fund. No matter how many times you call or email they all go ignored. If you talk to other members there, they also have similar stories or some say they have kept charging people well after they cancelled their membership. It’s sucks that such a beautiful and nice place is ruined by greed and lack of care for their members who pay good money to go. It’s a shame.

I've been a member for a while, but it keeps worsening. Initially, they advertised to me that the locker rooms would be renovated with new showers, same for the pool and hot tub. But none of that was done; many things aren’t working. The biggest problem is the lack of hygiene, not enough janitor staff, almost no staff on the second floor where all the equipment is. Good enough for cardio, weight training, wide array of classes, boxing room, and more. However, I’ve taken notice of the decline in maintenance and broken treadmills that aren’t fixed going on for weeks now. I truly enjoy the atmosphere of this gym— friendly, comfortable, and easy to meet your fitness goals— just a few things that are more of an annoyance than anything. The cleanliness of this facility is appalling given that some members pay an excess of $100 per month! I’m amazed the health inspector has not shut down this club due to violations in the shared pool area, sauna, steam room and men’s locker room. What was once a club I would promote to all my friends, family and colleagues I simply now wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The most appealing area of the gym is going to get people SICK!! Flies in the men’s shower area; urine on the floor in the locker room; mold in the sauna and steam rooms. Members not following simple procedure to not wear sneakers in the areas are one of but not the only cause for some of these issues.

I went to this gym for a year, did my exercises, and went about my business until I left my items in the locked locker for reason beyond my control. I didn't believe it would matter because it was locked. But they broke my lock and threw away my workout bag, clothing, shoes, boxing gloves, and more without notice. They didn't know the conditions and ignored my emails. I like how they broke into the locker, but they don't maintain the gym. The membership is expensive, the gym is in bad shape, the jacuzzi is ruined, and some equipment are broken, therefore I won't return and do not recommend it.

I call two weeks a go trying to change the membership that I been have it for the past year. I had to do it from the phone because I’m not in the state. The people that help me that day they were super helpful. They just told me to wait and call back before the 30. I call today the 28th to make the change and I spoke to a guy his name was Gugin in the phone that laughed at my face while I was trying to explain the situation. He said he was the manger. 1. Started Brazilian JuJitsu classes at noon with Javier Chavez January 2025, love it! He’s an excellent instructor, patient, rolls right along with us & has a great sense of humor!! Because of Javier I have not missed any classes & I’m in my 3rd month of learning.
2. I paid for classes along with all be recovery amenities & unlimited guests, $899/year (special was I received another year as a bonus). But everyday I’ve got to explain to the front desk I paid for classes & can’t register for BJJ. It’s been 6 months & corporate still hasn’t fixed the glitch! I do enjoy all they offer😊

Easily the worst gym in NJ. They make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. I went in, paid to cancel in November, signed all the paperwork, yet kept getting calls until February claiming I “never canceled.” Now, they suddenly want me to pay for December plus a late fee just to finalize my cancellation. On top of the shady business practices, the gym equipment is broken and poorly maintained whilst being a filthy environment with the lack of cleaning. If you’re considering a membership here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Update - I provided my card information to pay the required fee to cancel my membership. They assured me that I would only be charged a one-time fee of $80. However, not only was I charged the $80, but they also billed me an additional $180 for the time in between the time they told me I was canceled and when I was actually canceled. Horrible shady business practices. Obviously going to dispute but I expected nothing less from this lousy gym.

Horrible place with horrible people working there in terms of management, initially signed up for a Low reasonable price with a failing career type of sales guy here, then all the sudden the price was double what we discussed initially, as a result of being lied too and general poor business practices, we canceled our membership, manager was extremely uniformed, unprofessional, and nasty about it and even refused to give us the paperwork after we paid the full month at double the price we originally agreed on. Either way, after this we thought we were done with these people and that was it. I was wrong. I continued to get charged and charged at random dates for different amounts, as high as 90$, a far cry from the 15 originally discussed. Never go here and never sit down at the table with these mutant salespeople.

I love the gym and how stocked it is for equipment. For someone who trains hybridly looking for strength training, combat sports, and other amenities such as sauna, ufc fit is a great gym. However the bathrooms are terrible, they always stink, tissue on the floors and never paper towels.

Absolutely Horrible Gym Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I’ve never been more disgusted with a gym in my life. From the moment I signed up, it’s been nothing but a series of disappointments and utter disrespect. First and foremost, the gym is absolutely filthy. The floors are sticky, terff really smells like feet and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms they’re like something out of a horror movie. It’s clear they don’t care about basic cleanliness or hygiene, which is absolutely unacceptable for any gym, let alone one I’m paying for.

But that’s just the beginning of the nightmare. I’ve experienced complete disrespect from the staff on multiple occasions. They treat their members like they’re invisible, and the customer service is beyond terrible. Susie the manager and Sasha what ever it is they also had the audacity to ban me for no reason without so much as a single explanation. Then, while i was at the gym she called the cops on me as i walked in the next day.They treated us like we weren’t human, never received any sort of communication as to why I was kicked out just so rude. All i got was another call from Sasha saying to never come back blatantly no respect people are miserable, did nothing to these people!

And the worst part? They kept my money! I paid for a full membership and they had no intention of refunding me for the months I couldn’t use the gym. They took my money, banned me, and didn’t care to explain why. This kind of behavior is theft, plain and simple. It’s clear that they don’t care about their members or their reputation.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this gym at all costs. The lack of cleanliness, unprofessionalism, and outright theft makes this gym a complete scam. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Just stay away. The gym is not clean, the sauna smells like sweat ALL THE TIME, the locker rooms are filthy not to mention some of the employees are very dishonest (I get it cause they probably make commission off them being dishonest). The spray bottles that are used to disinfect the machines are diluted with water, so what germs are you really killing? Not to mention if your billing date is the 10th of each month you will be charged a “service fee” if you don’t have no money in your account before 12 pm even though THE BILLING DATE IS THE 10th. And the if you’re late you get a late fee charge too lmao

Now I truly understand when I read comments saying ‘if I could give it 0 stars then I would…’ this gym deserves nothing. Please, I implore you to do some research and find a better gym even if it’s a drive it will be worth it atleast you’ll have good health and money well spent AND DESERVING.

This place is full of crooks and thieves! WARNING! Never add a CC to auto pay! I moved out of state in October and canceled my membership in September so my last bill date would be October. I still received a charge in November when calling the manager they gave me some over-the-top excuse advising that the submission for the cancellation was submitted a day after I submitted it and it was an error on their end, but they corrected it

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved forward. It is now January 4 months later and now my credit card is billed twice in a total of $400. What’s your excuse now Ufc?

I moved to this gym a few months ago because they have the amenities that I need for my back recovery... but then the problems started. The jacuzzi stopped working several months ago, the sauna is on the same way, steaming room have a strong odor and usually cold water water on the shower...
I enrolled here because supposedly is on the best in the North area, but they alwas made extra charges, and now I'm looking for moving to another one.

Do not sign up for a membership here! The bathrooms and the locker room is never clean any time of the day. It’s definitely not sanitary to use. I joined for the jacuzzi and pool, was promised it would be opened and the jacuzzi has been closed since I joined in the beginning of October. They don’t have a very good h20 fit class. I love water aerobics. But I feel it’s hard to follow and not enough cardio like others I’ve taken. I’m going to try boxing to see if that inspires me.

Started off well when I joined in May of this year . But has seriously declined in the last 4 months between several workout machines being out of order for way too long. The biggest issue for me is THERE IS NO HOT WATER in the men’s showers FOR OVER THREE MONTHS . So expect to take ice cold showers when it’s 15° outside if you join the gym.

Been a member of this gym for 2 years and have to give a shout to Javier Chavez and Farrah Jelahej. There has been much turnover with class instructors but these two have been there since I have been going. I've taken Javier's HIIT, Boxing, and Kickboxing classes. In the beginning, Javier's HIIT classes were tough as I was new to classes but now I have strengthened my core, built muscle, increased my endurance, and improved my balance and flexibility. His careful instruction and positive vibes encourage one to try new exercises. He also adds variation within each HIIT station so a workout for the brain too. I've taken Farah's Boxing class. She is fun and inventive making it easier to learn the techniques . Her humor and high energy pumps up the class.

UFC has been a surprisingly great gym for us. Coaches like Javier Chavez and staff really helped us get next level. This past year stuck with it and put on 5-8 lbs of muscle, dropped 15 lbs of fat and even had fun-- in a work out kind of way, fun I mean.

The biggest issue with this place is the front desk will blast music throughout the entire gym from time to time at a deafening level. if you're wearing headphones, which 99% of gym patrons are, you cannot hear your own music. i've never had this issue at any other gym besides this one. i had to ask the front desk 2 times to lower the music after my first ask was ignored the other night. People want to workout at the gym; not listen to someone else's music.

I tried this gym because it's one of the few in North NJ offering a full range of amenities: a pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, recovery area, classes, and weight training. Initially, I noticed a few minor issues but brushed them off, assuming they were typical for most gyms. However, as I continued my trial, more concerning problems became evident.

Several treadmills were out of order with signs posted on them. The steam room had an unpleasant odor, and the sauna smelled like wet dog socks. The hot tub area lacked supervision, with people jumping between the pool, hot tub, and steam room without apparent hygiene measures. Sanitation appeared to be a significant issue—there were no visible spray bottles or cleaning supplies for wiping down machines and weights.

While the gym has the equipment and space to be excellent, it’s falling short on basic maintenance, cleanliness, and overall standards. At the membership cost, I expected much better. I’m now searching for other gyms in North NJ, but unfortunately, many seem to have a similar mix of positives overshadowed by major negatives.

Every weekend there's an issue with no employee opening the doors. It's literally like playing Russian roulette, where the members just wait outside in hopes an employee arrives. After 30 or 40 minutes, we just leave and no one returns our emails. The next day the employees deny it was their day to open. This place is not managed well and I am highly disappointed. What a disaster.

Giving this gym a 3 just based off the experience that I left my AirPods here when I came to try out the gym 😂 and no one turned them in. Can’t join a club like that, I left my AirPod max’s at Powerhouse in Saddlebrook OVERNIGHT and they were at the exact same spot when I came back the next morning. I really wanted to hold off on this review but I have to say this is probably one of the worst run gyms I've ever seen. It's a shame because it has such potential. It has been literally months and months and the hot water doesn't work. How are you supposed to use the sauna or have a nice shower after a hard workout in freezing water unless you're a cold plunging lol.... which you shouldn't even do after anabolic workouts. There's trash constantly laying around in the men's room and I'm sure the women's room too. You call on the phone to ask about things and the people sound miserable like they don't want to be there. The main issue here is management. They don't have processes and systems in place which means the gym will go downhill no matter what. If that's not worse even the follow-up process for people who sign up for a day pass is awful. Steam room seems to always be closed as well. Somebody always has their shoes on in the sauna which stinks up the place. All these issues can be taken care of by having rules set and proper training protocol and hospitality focus. if someone does not follow the rules then they're kicked out after a warning or two. You've got to stick to your guns here and make sure you hire quality people and more importantly make sure you train those people, give them incentive and pay them well. There's no reason this place shouldn't potentially be close to five stars. What a waste!

So far it's been terrible. I signed a 2 year contract with the emphasis on water therapy n spa for after workout. In the 2 months I've been there,the hot tub has been out of commission every other week due to a heater core that doesn't work and the steam room has not worked for over a month now. I was told the parts were in and it would be fixed over a week ago with nothing still. The locker rooms were filled with trash and bottles on multiple occasions but at least that was tended to after being mentioned. On a good note, the workout area is clean and equipment is great as long as u get there early enough to use it,like 530am.Hopefully things change before I renig on the contract. I had a terrible experience at UFC FIT. The staff is unprofessional, and the customer service is awful. They only seem to care about signing you up but fail to explain important details about the membership. When I joined, they conveniently left out key information about fees and payment protocols, and the workers were rude and unhelpful when I tried to address these issues. They tell you you can cancel your membership anytime but when you cancel it they charge you the next month directly and explain to you that you should cancel 21 days before, that doesn’t make sense, cancel anytime should means ANYTIME!

I love this gym and the spa! They have a great pool with jets, cryotherapy, a sauna, and a steam room. The waterbed massage is perfect for relaxing after a workout, or if you’re like me, it's a great reason to pop in just to unwind with a cryo and massage.

Been going to this gym for a while now. Workers are nice but GYM IS NOT well maintained. Weights are never in the right place. Workers are rarely ever on the gym floor to clean up and maintain. Weights are never re-racked. Recently foul odor of sweat and must taking over the entire gym due to certain peoples body odor. This gym charges $59.99 a month to people so we expect a high quality gym but this place CANNOT take care of their gym. Absolutely not worth the price. Go to any other gym that costs 3x less than the price of this gym and you will 100x more pleased with their services and workers.

Worst gym I have ever been to. Cancelled my membership and got billed again, and was on track to keep getting billed for the foreseeable future. Had to go back in person and they told me they were waiting on the "third party company" to cancel for them. It seems pretty dishonest and shady to not tell your members that when they are getting that cancellation email, it means absolutely nothing and UFC did nothing on their end besides tell another company to cancel your membership, which takes MONTHS. Your membership will still be active and you will get billed again. Not to mention that the person "cancelling" your membership knows all of this but will lie to your face that your membership is cancelled. Never got a refund as promised so had to dispute the charge with my bank and got a full refund, and tell them to block any UFC charge in the future. Reported them to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs with all the evidence because they are con artists and shouldn't get away with scamming people. Other than that, the bathrooms smell like someone took a hose and sprayed the walls with sewage water. Below average gym hiding behind a billion dollar company name. Wouldn't go back to this place for free.

Best Gym I have ever joined!! The facility is very clean. The front desk staff are professional and are always willing to help. Tony the Mgr. Is always there to help and very easy to talk to. At most Gyms the Mgr. Is hiding in their office. I love all the classes All the instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly, so many classes to choose from! Today I have had my second Biomechanical OA Session with Mitchell Schubiger. I still have to go for 2 more sessions. But I need to share this Now!
(So how it started.)
As I turned 40, I thought it’s the age factor that causing me to start getting knee pain and back pains, so 😢unfortunately, now I have to live with it 💭
But thanks to Anthony at UFC Fitness Wayne, NJ USA in a 10 minutes consultation, he was able to explain where the pain is coming from. He led me to Mitch and as I have had my first session, I felt 85% reduction in my knee pain and back pain.

Anthony and Mitchell are very professional, they absolutely have the knowledge of human anatomy. As my instructor Mitchell also recommended me daily exercises to help my body keep align. I can’t thank you enough both of them.
I truly recommend to visit UFC Fitness, Wayne, NJ anyone going through Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Torn meniscus and many more body pains.

people can't seem to put away equipment (including the swim equipment) which is concerning cause people could trip or fall.
I stopped training upstairs and just use the pool mostly cause there are always no paper towels in the machines and only one spray bottle that's always by the elevator.
This gym is nice put I don't think the training and exercise for your body is bad just how the staff and janitors take care of the place
If your going to use the pool please bring slippers for you and your kids even to shower or use the bathroom cause the floors are always dirty.
Also I was at the pool this week and a family with kids were in the pool and a staff member in a cast was putting cleaner powder in the pool. Does the manager not care about his employees in a cast!? What if that employee fell in the pool face down?
He didn't fell in but still why not have the janitor do it and why when people are in the pool?
I'm so disappointed that happened.

Signed up for the gym and recovery facility- cancelled the recovery facility after two months and forgot to check having a trust in them - big mistake. They charged 4 months for the facility without my consent even tho I cancelled it had the proof email. Showed them the email - they never refunded it and when I call this… - one of them management says: “Maaaan stop yelling at me I’m trying to be helpful…” no you’re not being helpful - could not stop and showed up at the gym all of a sudden all management disappeared 😏😏😏

The manager Tony arrived angrily and saw that I wanted to sign up with my insurance instead of making a contract and singled me out and used me as a example teaching lesson affront of all the other workers there and was very rude to me or let me talk and verbally pushed me out. Scammed me out of $127. Went for a week free trial, got charged for 2 months and a yearly fee even though they said they cancelled my account. Manager and Corporate won't refund the fraudulent charges even with proof of cancellation date from them. Sales team try's to hustle you as well.

I joined UFC Fit as part of my company’s wellness plan. I was pleased to see the facilities were clean and well maintained. The gym is busy, but not crowded. As part of the sign up, I was offered a free Personal Training session with Ben C., and while I knew it was part of a marketing campaign I took the session to learn more about the gym. I found Ben C, to be personable, knowledgeable and eager to help me reach my goals. He made me feel at ease and helped me understand that my fitness journey was my own. I signed up with a package that fit my budget and training schedule. Ben C. and the team at UFC have been great partners on my fitness journey.

Coach Ben has been such a great help in my workout to train for the state trooper tests. He has pushed me to my limits and gave me insightful tips in improving my pushups and i am seeing results and confident that I will pass. Avoid this place at all costs. They have very shady business practices as my credit card was mistakenly charged multiple times. And when I was told I would get a refund, the operations manager told me that she could not do it.

The gym is great however the administrative staff not so great.

I joined UFC in Jan 2024 on my family members plan and I was informed during the 2 year sign up I would not have to pay a yearly membership fee. However I would be given the same plan as my other family members.

However it was put on the contract. When I tried to entered the gym I was told my account was on hold, not only was there a yearly membership fee but also a late fee.
I have tried calling and speaking to a few staff members and they don’t return calls. UFC have now locked my account where I cannot pay the membership fee on my app.

I have paid for a 2 year plan upfront and I can’t use the gym because they refuse to return calls to get this resolved.

I thought this was just a UFC related gym at 1st, but this a good all around gym. Used a free pass and learned how it was identical to a 24 hour fitness or LA Fitness inside. Good machines, dumbbells, and squat racks, with a large turf area as well. Joined 2 weeks ago and nothing but good things to say about this gym so far. PLUS, it has a good Sauna that’s hot and a steam room. Equipment is always available even at peak times and gym is kept clean. Rarely is a machine broken since my time as a member.

I love this place-this community. I just went in a couple of days ago with my nephew looking for a good place for us to workout and spend time together. THIS IS IT. Manny is the Man. My nephew is a shy guy and Manny connected with him and made him feel “included”-that’s literally what my nephew said. Community is everything to me. Manny shared a bit of his story and this let me know we were in the right place for what we are desiring. Guys. Come. The name sounds tough-it is 💪 and the community is warm and welcoming. All ages, all kinds-this is a great space to be you ♥️✨🙏

Best gym I’ve been to by far! The environment is super clean and consistently maintained. All the staff here are friendly and welcoming. The community at ufc is outstanding, the people here are friendly and always helping each other out. The best part is that they have loads of weights and WORKING equipment. They also have a recovery section that makes you feel like you never had a ache in your life! You gotta check this place out if you haven’t yet! Also, when you go in talk to Manny or Owais, 2 of the most friendly and kind individuals you’ll ever meet. They got me settled in and showed me everything there is to this gym.

I’ve been here for about 2 months for its gym, jiu jitsu, boxing, etc. Within my 2 months of being here it’s great! It’s staff, trainers, etc. it’s staff are respectful, and they make you as if your their family. The trainers are amazing here because it teaches respect, discipline, hard work, and ethics. The gym there is great. Every time I walk in there I feel welcomed, and its machines are great. I’d recommend this gym for everyone!

Management is absolutely horrible…. I canceled January of 2024 and got billed for February and March!!! I even have the receipt to prove in canceled in January. Visited them several times since to remind them to refund me but nothing happened. I had to go to the bank to dispute all charges coming from them going forward. And the craziest part, Is I’ve heard from several others that this happened to as well. If you are looking for a new gym, DO NOT come here, you will get ripped off and scammed. The gym atmosphere isn’t even great anyway. Very sketchy and poorly run. Will never be returning

Love this gym. Especially because it offers a variety of workouts. I love the muscle makeover class with Sally and Zumba with Dorothy is the best! I can't wait to try the boxing conditioning classes. I did start with the personal training sessions that I loved. I felt pains in muscles I didn't know I had. Overall I love the style of workouts offered here. No offense to the other gyms but this is a yes for me to continue my membership.

Great coaches for all morning Martial Arts classes, as of now they only have one BJJ class in the morning every week as oppose to other nearby UFC gyms that offer more morning BJJ. Besides that everything is great.
