very friendly, and welcoming , but strict at the same time, Drew, and Charles are great at discipline, and sports, such as, Muay Thai-Charles, BJJ- Drew and Charles, and boxing/kickboxing-Drew. LOVE this gym!!!! All the equipment you'll ever need!!

I've made incredible progress since joining this gym. Classes provide intensive all around work outs. Staff is both friendly and supportive. Great atmosphere and vibe.
