Honestly, this UFC in is my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to MANY gyms in Nj over the years. The equipment is awesome, always clean, and everything feels super up-to-date. The staff is awesome — really friendly and welcoming — and the whole place just has great energy.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but this one stands out big time. The owner buys new equipment constantly; he literally loves it. I just bought walked in and he told me they have 140lb dumbbells….most gyms stop at 100 or so It’s clean, motivating, and has everything you could possibly need, whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or training MMA-style. I love it so much that I referred my cousin, signed up my girlfriend, and even got a few friends to join too.

If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and motivating gym in the Woodbridge area, it’s 100% worth checking out.

I’ve been working out for over 13 years, and I’ve trained in just about every type of gym—from big-name spots like Planet Fitness to hardcore garage-style bodybuilding gyms. So when I say this place is a hidden gem, that’s honestly an understatement.

I started coming here three months ago, and it quickly became one of my favorite gyms. The staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to see you walk through the door. In all my time here, I can’t recall a single piece of equipment being broken or out of order—everything is clean, functional, and ready to go.

One thing that really stands out is the gym community. Most people who come here are serious about bettering themselves. You’ll notice that everyone is respectful and aware of their surroundings, which creates a really comfortable and motivating environment. Sure, like anywhere, you might run into a few people who act like they’re the main character and treat others like background extras—but that’s rare here.

While the gym may not be the biggest in size, it more than makes up for it with positive energy, a supportive atmosphere, and a staff that truly cares about helping you reach your goals.

I’ve been a member at UFC Gym Woodbridge since June 5, 2025, and had been enjoying my experience—until today.

I brought my partner with me for the first time, as she was interested in joining due to the positive things I had shared about the gym. We arrived around 10:15 AM, but there was no front desk staff available to assist us. I scanned in as usual, and we waited briefly before heading to the yoga studio to warm up, with the full intention of purchasing a membership before leaving.

Shortly after, a staff member named Abdul entered the yoga studio and said, “One of you didn’t scan in,” in a flat, unwelcoming tone. Despite the misunderstanding, we immediately got up and followed him to the front. My partner politely explained that no one had been at the front desk when we arrived. Abdul dismissively replied, “So just wait,” in a rude and condescending manner.

As a Black woman and a masculine-presenting woman, we felt disrespected and targeted. It’s hard to imagine Abdul addressing a heterosexual man in the same way. The interaction left us both feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable in a space meant to support health and community.

We had no intention of avoiding payment—we were simply waiting to purchase the membership once someone was available. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was unacceptable, and if this is how members and potential members are treated, no one should spend their money at this establishment. After my experience, I will be canceling my membership. I also visited Woodbridge Community Center after this experience, and was wonderfully pleased at how welcoming the staff were. They also have much cheaper prices and a wider variety of activities there (ice skating, free classes including HIIT, boxing, pilates, zumba, etc.) If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming community, please do not buy a UFC Gym membership.

Beware of you want to use a guest pass here to try out the gym. I signed up for a free pass through their official website so I can try the gym and potentially join, and when I came in the girl at the front was rude/dismissive. I tell her my sister and I have a pass we signed up for on their website and she told us there was no pass. I was confused so I told her it was the free pass and she proceeds to say “there is no free pass” when it was clearly on the official website. I ended up just buying 2 day passes instead of going back and forth, but this was horrible service for a potential member. If the first step of their sales process is to lie to their customers then I don’t think this business will go far.

Woohoo! We're getting a second pec fly/rear delt machine. The one that's there now is one of the most in-demand & constantly used pieces of equipment, so another one to compliment it makes perfect sense. I suggested that it would be great to have a second one, and I'm guessing I wasn't alone. So what we have is an owner that listens and strives to fulfill the members' needs. This is uncommon and a great asset for any gym. I've worked out at lots of gyms during my 30+ years of working out, and can't tell you how valuable it is to have an owner that cares about his members. Looking forward to the delivery of that machine and not always needing to ask if I can work-in with that other member who inevitably gets there before me 😄

Everything still looks and functions great. The equipment is being well maintained and kept clean. Also notable is the fact that weight plates are returned to weight trees and not left loaded on machines or left on the ground. Keep up the great work UFC Gym Woodbridge!

This gym is brand spanking new and everything is perfect from my perspective as someone who has been working out for the last 30+ years and has been a member and sometimes a trainer at many gyms along the way.

All the machines are new and all muscle groups are covered by the well-planned, strategic variety. Free weights are more than ample, with plentiful benches, weight plates, and dumbbells going up to 120lbs.
This is a real bodybuilder's gym. I'm sure the MMA classes are solid, but that's not my lane and I can't speak to that.

My hope at this point is that the staff will keep everything well lubricated and clean. I certainly do my part as hopefully all members will be encouraged to do, cleaning machines after use and racking all weight plates/bumbells when finished using them.

They're off to a great start and I'm happy to have joined.

I chose UFC because it was close to my house but here are some other reasons why I like this gym:
- Clean, well-kept
- Weights/dumbbells are always put back into place
- New machines
- the gym goers here have basic gym etiquette
- They have a turf area and a studio room for when you need to stretch or do a core workout

I received a walkthrough tour before signing up for a membership, but I do think it's a bit weird they don't offer a one-day free trial for those who prefer to test out a gym before committing to a membership. I believe they offer a $10 day pass though.

I signed up at UFC Gym a few months ago, and I’m very impressed with how well-kept the gym is. All the equipment is modern and always functional—you’ll never find anything broken for more than 24 hours. The staff is always on the gym floor, ensuring that weights are put back properly, which makes finding them much easier. Lastly, UFC Gym operates 24 hours a day, which is a huge plus. The only downside is that it’s a smaller gym and tends to attract a younger crowd that comes in groups of 3–5 people. There are tripods everywhere, and it can be difficult to get a good workout in because of the many personal belongings scattered across the gym floor.

Fantastic gym, highly recommend. Weights are clean, staff is polite, new equipment, and is twenty four hours. Mike, Gina, Anna, Abdul, and Kevin are wonderful! Just joined back in November and have no complaints.

I had a negative experience with the person at the front desk. They were difficult about giving the trial pass to see if I liked the gym and insisted I buy a membership immediately. I also received attitude when I asked questions.

The best atmosphere in the world. The facility is always super clean, machines are brand new and well kept, the staff is beyond friendly and comforting for those new to the experience. I started going to the gym due to a knee injury. My PT recommended that I need to get my muscles stronger as I get older. Moving forward there are many reasons why I joined UFC in Woodbridge.
-The place is clean
-New Machines
-Friendly staff
-Price is reasonable
-A lot of fitness programs
-etc.
If you are looking for any type of personal fitness goal this is the best place to be.

Gym is clean. Machines are well maintained. Staff is friendly. Only complaint that has me considering canceling my membership is the loud rap music constantly playing. Gym should play low key music in background so I can talk or hear my own headphones. Rap music being played by your teenage employees 24/7 is annoying. Try EDM or dance music if you are unwilling to mix it up a little.

This Gym is Excellent. It is one of the few gyms that is open 24 Hours. All the Equipment is here. I have not attended Martial arts classes, I only use the Gym area. But this is an Excellent gym with every equipment you will ever need. I would recommend this place. 💪💪

I was trying to sign up for this gym monthly basis but I saw they like to steal from people
1st month and last month? If it’s month to month what last month means or is for ?
Month to month means I can or can’t go to the next month no need for cancellation there is not contract ! Which part of if I pay for 1 month I just go for that one not for the 30 days cancellation? Are you crazy and yes a bad review for you to bring it to corporate attention

As someone who had been to many gym’s I feel UFC has not only been a great place to be but also very motivating. The atmosphere of the customers and workers alike are what give life to this gym. Everyone supports each other and pushes one on another to improve. Prices are very affordable for both regular gym attendees and for people who want to take classes. There is always an open machine as well which is great because you don’t have to wait long if ever to use them. Also a very aesthetic place for people who like to do content.

Was denied entry. Been a member for ten years and my membership includes entry to every location. I have a legacy membership and it is in writing. Something is up with your location. Been to locations from NY to Florida. You guys are new, I checked your prices you're also overcharging customers compared to what members pay in long island. Switched over from a different gym and it was one of the best decisions I made! The gym is 24 hours, so I never have to worry about being able to make it to the gym at night. When I also heard I could not only lift but take varieties of different martial arts such as Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, and more, it opened a new interest for me. The coaches and staff here want to actually see you succeed and help you master techniques correctly. Overall, I have seen better results from my well being, while even learning to be more street smart combat-wise. Definitely recommend if you really want to not only lift at a very clean, well-ran gym, but also to pick up learning combat sports
