My 4 year old started the karate class here about 4 months ago. He's learned so much already he ranked up two belts. I'm also in the kickboxing class. I joined to lose weight and get in shape. Bonus was learning self defense as well. Before I knew it my strength and endurance had increased dramatically. The instructors are great! They keep me focused and encourage me to keep going. Consistency and determination is key. No regrets starting here for me and my little one.

I came to karate in search of an activity to help our daughter build esteem, confidence, respect, focus, discipline and active listening. I can honestly say that this is hands down the best thing I have ever invested in for my daughter Laila. She is more confident, happier and doing better in school. Was a student for 8 years from the age of 7 to 15. I actually liked this location more than the Bayonne one. Although it’s not as big and has a lot less people, I felt that it made it much more special allowing me to get close to other trainees there. It’s great for kids but also gets progressively harder as you get older. Cant say much else apart from definitely worth the money.
