The mission at Uplift is to improve the health and well-being of my clients through proper nutrition and exercise. Clients receive personalized programs based on their current fitness levels and their goals. Nutrition consultation and planning are also offered to help accelerate client transformations.

I've been working with Lauren for a while now and I'm really happy with the progress I've made. She is always positive and supportive, which makes me feel motivated to keep going. I appreciate her knowledge of fitness and nutrition - she's always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful advice. I also like that she is flexible with scheduling and can accommodate my busy schedule. Overall, I feel like I'm in good hands with Lauren and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness and health.

I have been training with Lauren for over four years and still going strong! She continues to challenge me to meet my fitness goals in so many different ways, that the workouts always feel new and creative - never boring. Not only have I seen tremendous changes in my physical appearance, but I love the self-confidence I have gained by realizing just how strong my body is. Meeting Lauren at the gym at 5am isn't always easy, but I am never disappointed that I did. She's the best!

I have been seeing Lauren on and off for a few years. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she cares. Beyond personable and wants to see you succeed and obtain your own goals. It's important to have someone care more about the income. Lauren goes above and beyond and cares about the well-being. Can't recommend enough and I personally can't wait to start up my training again.

I’ve been training with Lauren for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly motivating in a purely positive way. She doesn’t aggressively push you past your limits, as I’ve heard about other trainers. She encourages you to do your best and reach your personal goals, whatever they may be. And I’m already reaching some of mine sooner than expected! I have two chronic syndromes/illnesses and Lauren has made the appropriate accommodations for my workouts and is knowledgeable and informed about my conditions.
