Good equipment, but it has only one shower and changing room -- both of which are inside a broom closet. So you have to knock on the door to use the changing room. Also the fountain water tastes like rusty pipes. Good, but overpriced for what you get.

I had a terrible experience at this gym. The facilities were dirty and poorly maintained, with equipment that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and I witnessed them being dismissive towards other members as well. The worst part was the lack of concern for safety. I saw several instances of equipment being used improperly, and when I raised my concerns with the owner, they simply shrugged and said that everyone signs a waiver, so it's not their problem if someone gets hurt. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment.

Awesome Gym to strength train or do functional fitness (aka crossfit). Definitely recommend, will be dropping in whenever I'm in town!

Lots of gear. Mostly CrossFit stuff, but still lots of things you can do in traditional lifting. $12 daily rate. I only went when I was on vacation, but I would definitely recommend this place if you’re doing the same. If you like CrossFit, this looks like a great place as it was constantly flowing wig people.
