Definitely recommend for kids of all ages and adults. As a parent of two USA Karate and Fitness students, I like the number of classes for the kids, the ability to pay by month or year, the quality of the uniform and equipment, and the way the classes are run. My kids enjoy learning new skills and meeting new friends.

USA Karate has been phenomenal with contributing to our grandson’s confidence, his strength, his discipline as well as him developing skills in martial arts. I would highly recommend this program for a child’s youth development. Also the sensei “ Chad” has been a true blessing for our grandchild. He has shown great belief in him and encouragement in the teaching as well as the other USA karate staff who has been equally AWESOME!!

My son Brian has been attending this karate class for the past two years, and the improvement in him—both mentally and physically—has been remarkable. The flexible schedule with multiple weekly classes keeps the kids consistently engaged in physical activity while also helping them develop valuable self-defense skills.

The masters are incredibly talented, kind, and appropriately strict. They instill discipline while motivating the kids in a very positive way. It's clear they care deeply about each student's growth. The environment is beautiful and well-maintained, making it a great place for children to learn and thrive. Highly recommended.

I'm really very happy with USA Karate and Fitness. My son attends the Avenel location and I have to say his instructors have been phenomenal. They instill respect for others as well as self-respect. My son has an increased sense of self-esteem since he began attending 6 months ago. Even though when he was first enrolled getting him to go to the classes was a real struggle, he is now proud to belong to his class and is excited every time he gets a stripe on his belt or levels up to a new belt. I highly recommend USA Karate and Fitness.

The USA Karate & Fitness Center must engage with the kids fully. My son has enrolled here 2 weeks ago for PeeWee classes. I do not see that a good attention is given to every kid, so that kid can learn. They have good instructors, but perhaps require assistant instructors to teach the techniques properly. The sessions are small to teach properly. Instead of trying several things, repetition of 1 or 2 technique would be a good alternative. Kids will learn by following and proper instructions, etc.

My Daughter has been going to USA Karate & Fitness going on 4 years now. Since she was a toddler, she's had more energy than most her age. We wanted a safe, fun and athletic environment for her to channel her energy and challenge herself. This was the perfect place. Not only has the Master worked with her one on one when they felt it was needed, they learned her personality and made teaching accommodations so she succeeds. As she grew with the Team, she's gained more confidence and has thrived in ways we thought she couldn't. During Covid, they went above and beyond to keep the kids active by having Zoom sessions. They hold fun tournaments during the year so the kids can show what they've learned. She always looks forward to having fun in class and getting stronger each time. We are so happy with USA Karate Fitnesd and would recommend this facility for anyone!

. The owners and staff work with your child to achieve their best potential. Their belief is that the program at absent a child the child is not adapter program which is helped my child with autism spectrum as well as ADHD anxiety and other neurological issue
They have a positive behavior reward system in place as well as a therapy dog named Ninja. Do you taking the time to get training to work with children such as my son which is not always easy to find

My son has thrived working with masters Perez and Tucker. He is currently a red belt as well as an A student He is a member of national elementary honor society. Mr. Tucker any other staff make learning the martial arts fun

I myself also take the mixed martial arts classes as an adult and found them not only a great physical work out but a great way to shake off the cobwebs in my ADHD brain. As for the children Mr. Tucker encourages us to push beyond her ability but if we need to adapt the program then the program adapts to our abilities. Unlike other exercise classes where I felt less then because I could not keep up or was not as flexible as the other members of my class I feel strong and confident

I look forward to my weekly session and I feel so great afterwards

Ok. They are good people. Professional. My son attended the avenel location for a little over a year. My son is 8. Due to the pandemic he hasn't attended in a few months and I didnt feel the virtual training was as effective as in person. I wasnt really satisfied with the in person I felt like it was sort of medicore. After all I bought my son for self control and I didnt feel like they taught that. More of a place for him to run around and have fun. But due to the pandemic and school starting I have been debating for about 3-4 months whether or not to let him return. Finally I decided not to. I explained to Pia that I have been paying for months and he hasn't attended any classes and its time to cancel. I don't feel like its a good time to be in a closed off place with other children. this is the beginning of the month..she then tells me that we have to wait until I get billed again to cancel. I said I'm contacting you earlier so I can avoid the 100 dollars since I've been paying for months and he hasn't attended 1 class. Then she tells me she's not available until after the billing date...HORRIBLE..I say ok..no one else can let me sign the form to cancel?and its a pandemic ..can you email me the form? She says SHES THE ONLY person that can give me the for and she's conveniently gone until I get billed again. Refused to email me the form..had to drive there to sign and leave. Bad business practices..due to the poor handling of this i won't be returning.

The UFK Team is AMAZING! My daughter has been attending classes for the last two years! The instructors are amazing and extremely personable & so fantastic with the kids! I would highly recommend bringing your child here!

They offer great event nights for the kids so parents can drop them off and enjoy a few hours to themselves. The UKF Team has become another extension to our family! Can't wait to enroll our son next!

Was initially happy with the sales talk. Too many ways to get money off your wallet. Their competitions are total waste of money. when they want to sign you up they talk as if its their own company. Once you sign up every issue is becuase of some other external party, and they are just employed there. You then realize that you are stuck for the year. I wouldnt touch this place again and I am counting for the closure of the year now
