bad experience not recommended go somewhere else. Poor!

Daughter went from recreational classes to competition. Needed to cancel the yearly enrollment $900 due to family issue and was promised a refund but received absolutely nothing after multiple inquiries over the course of 6 months with USA twisters and Miss Aaron.

Place is deceiving and run marginally with the classes and way too much downtime of which you're paying a lot of money for.

after our experience I made a pact too highly unrecommend this business to anyone.

We attended a birthday party here this past Sunday and I have to say -it was absolutely wonderful. All of the coaches were incredible, so kind, so patient, so energetic and I would like to take an extra second to recognize Sophia D who went above and beyond to make my two sons feel included and welcome. She was extremely patient with them as they had a difficult time warming up and integrating with the group; she did not leave their side while also not putting on any pressure or guilt. She has a calming presence and truly knows how to communicate with and comfort children at any age and with any degree of social anxieties. Thank you Sophia and all the coaches/staff for making this such a warm and FUN experience for all of us. Cant wait to come back!

This is our second time hosting a birthday party here. It was a great experience!! The girls were kind, helpful and accommodating. Asked me questions about every detail to ensure the room was set up to my liking. Kids had a blast most importantly!! Thank you for another wonderful celebration and making childrens birthday so special.

We had our sons 5th birthday here and I highly recommend it. The staff did an absolutely amazing job at keeping everything organized. We brought waters, juice boxes and chips and they set everything up for us and it looked so nice. They even set up our party favors and tied balloons to each one. We ordered extra pizza and sandwiches for the adults and the staff also helped plate everything and we're walking around asking if anyone wanted food which was great. They cleaned everything up and even helped load the gifts and extra food into our car. The kids had so much fun doing the obstacle course, they asked what our son would like doing and did a great job at catering the activities to him. They did a variety of activities too so it kept all the kids engaged. There are two different spots outside the gym people can sit to see what the kids were doing, or the adults were able to go on the gym floor in socks. Overall great party!

Great facility with lots of space. Keep in mind a lot of the employees are young (which is great for them) but this comes with immaturity. The staff is overall friendly.

They have birthday parties - just make sure you are clear on what activities you’d like them to do.

Horrible experience. I had my daughter’s birthday party and it was the worst party I’ve ever booked. The “coaches” who are not older than 15 host the party and they aren’t trained on common sense things. Like getting a pitcher of water instead of telling all the the kids to go to the water fountain and fill up a cup. They don’t do juice boxes for the party package either. Instead they do pitchers of powered $1 fruit punch?!?!?!?!? Even though The owner upsells the entire menu from the place next door. $35 a pie just to make an additional profit! As my guests were arriving she proceeded to have conversations with her friend in a very loud manner and then go host a private lesson as my party was starting. They forgot to order pizza so they had kids waiting in the party room. Naturally, once it arrived it was boiling hot and they couldn’t even eat it right away. After that the tween coach decided to tell me in front of everyone that even though it’s their fault the pizza was late we needed to hurry up because there was another party happening soon. Again, the owner should’ve pulled me to the side and apologized for the food but that would mean she had courtesy.
For the games they insisted on playing games not involving the equipment “tag and musical chairs” by the entrance. What’s the point of a gymnastic party for $450 if they’re not going to be using the facility? I gave them one star because zero isn’t an option.

I've been attending gymnastics classes with my daughter at USA Twisterz for over two years now, and I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Coach LJ. In my opinion, she's one of the best, if not the best, in the industry. She embodies the true spirit of a gymnastics athlete. Her patience, passion, and skill level shine through in every session. I truly appreciate the confidence she instills in her students. Thank you, Coach LJ, for your dedication and excellence!

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday here this past weekend. It was fantastic! The staff were extremely cooperative, attentive, and enthusiastic. They kept 20 children entertained with fun interactive activities for all the various ages. The space is huge and parents kept asking me how I found this place because they were so impressed. Leading up to the event, Krystal was incredible in co-planning and confirming details. We opted for an extra half hour in the gym and it was so worth it. We also weren’t super rushed to leave as the staff were so helpful in clean up AND packing our car. I would highly recommend them as a birthday venue.

Absolutely recommend! My 6 year old started a year ago and it’s been a staple in her life. She’s gotten stronger, more confident, and loves telling her friends about it.

We’ve also been able to attend birthday parties, camps, and all sorts of events there that always leave the kids excited for more.

My son had his fifth birthday here, and everything went perfectly. The instructors were enthusiastic and flexible as our energetic group of boys had the entire space to themselves. We brought additional food from outside and opted for an additional half hour in the gym.

My son also enjoyed taking classes here as well. I’ve seen him try new things and show excitement with what he’s learned. Would highly recommend for both parties and classes!

Walked in here with my daughter with some questions about classes. The girls at the front were extremely vague, even so I wanted to sign my daughter up. They were dismissive and told me to “just do it online” which seemed silly since I was there. They didn’t provide any guidance on schedule, things needed, not even an offer to look around the facility. I gave it 2 stars because I didn’t even have an opportunity to test it out, nor do I think I would. Seems clean enough, from the lobby that is.

I wish I could give this place ZERO star if I hadcthe option. I have spent over $2k and my daughter didnt learn anything not because she didnt want to but because there is no constructive interactions pr guidance by the instructors. Instructors are busy talking to each other. They sont gove equal attention to all their students and hardly ask a child to focus on their practice but play. Plus Indomt see proper lesson plam its like one hour of hear and there. Waste of money and waste of time. I am eager to end my membership. I have already given my notice but because I was being charged until end of June, I am forced to take my daughter. Zero star

I would give this place ZERO stars if that were an option. My daughter spent years doing competitive gymnastics under the direction of Erin, the owner. She picks her favorites and shows blatant disregard for the other girls. She is supposed to be a mentor and leader to these young impressionable girls and ends up being so completely insensitive and hurtful by making it very clear and obvious who is her favorite or favorites. Every single family ended up leaving for other gymnastics locations. If your daughter has an interest in doing gymnastics at a competitive level, USA Twisterz will not be a favorable experience. It will leave your daughter feeling unworthy and she will take a blow to her self esteem should she not end up on Erin’s favorites list. Erin destroyed my daughter’s love of gymnastics and after we quit, she never wanted to do gymnastics again.

The location is pretty large, it’s clean, and a lot of variety in equipment. The instructors/coaches are very young and do not seem to have enough experience, hence, there’s some lack of organization. My daughter loves going to USA TWISTERZ, but I wish the instruction would be better organized and more professional.

We came here for a birthday party and it was very nice. The instructors know how to work with children and keep the festivities moving along. Just booked my daughter's birthday party for a few months from now. Very good price compared to a lot of other birthday party packages.
