Joining this gym was hands-down one of the best calls I made this year! Since February, I’ve gotten stronger, leaner, and gained muscle. I’m honestly blown away by how much I’m improving every single week.
This place is the real deal—no fluff, just a solid spot to work out where everyone, from trainers to members, is all about fitness. The trainers are super professional and so friendly (big shoutout to Claudia and Brian, who I train with! ). What makes this gym special is the sense of community—it feels like a family where everyone’s got your back. Besides the personal training, and solo work outs, I’m obsessed with my Saturday group classes too—they totally kick my butt, and I feel amazing afterward.

VIP is the best gym experience I’ve ever had! I’ve attended personal training sessions and a couple of group workouts for the past 6 weeks so far. The owner Brian gives a free Inbody scan at the start and another scan at the 6 weeks mark - and I found out I lost 5lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle from 30-min of training twice a week! 💪 Plus better metabolic rate from 1267 to 1326.

The personal training workouts are not so difficult that it wrecks me for days but apparently it works! 🤩🎉 I didn’t really have a goal going in other than wanting to feel more energetic and feel better living daily life… but I’m beyond happy with how my trainer Alex listens to my needs to tailor the workout. (Unlike some other trainers I’ve had in the past who didn’t care about my previous injuries and made me get hurt again multiple times!!)

This week I joined a few classes at VIP. The classes were great, good for beginners to advances gym goers. The instructors start with a warm up to easy you into 45 minutes of non stop exercises that give you a total body workout. After the class, you can go upstairs and work off any remaining energy you have. You will not have much.
The gym has all the equipment you could possibly need. Everything is clean and they have towels and disinfecting spray for everyone to use. Highly recommend.

I was a member in VIP fitness in 2011 & 2012. It was a great experience and 12 years later it continues to be a positive experience. While more gym space would be great, the gym has all the equipment that you need. The personal trainers work with you on addressing strengths and weaknesses. The group classes are helpful and the group classes can serve as a primary form to exercise or a complimentary form of exercise. The gym is even open on Sunday and there are various times to do the group exercises. Overall, this is a very positive experience. Brian, the owner works with you to achieve success and the margin to a healthy lifestyle can be quite slim if one is dedicated with his or her diet, weight training , & cardiovascular training. I recommend anyone to VIP fitness if you have the discipline to exercise and maintain a generally healthy diet.

It’s been an incredible experience so far! I had never lifted weights before and had no knowledge about the gym, so I initially felt uncomfortable going. However, the owner and my group instructor, Brian, along with my personal trainer, Ziyad, have been extremely knowledgeable and supportive. They tailor each workout to help me reach my fitness goals while ensuring proper form and safety. Every session is challenging, and I've already noticed improvements in my strength and endurance. I don’t have good experience with this fitness center, the owner Brain and I had a conversation about my training schedule, but The first day that I had a training schedule in this fitness, I went to the V.I.P fitness center for my training, but nobody was taking care of me and I have waited for a long time for the training because the owner Brain said that he forgot to schedule me, and made me wait for an hour. It such of wastes my time and money. Also, the personal trainer Alex, didn’t take the clients seriously when I was there. Makes me feel that I don’t want to go again. I do not recommend it at all. Still, right now I’m trying to forgive them for my bad experience with V.I.P Fitness Center. Even though I am still thankful for the bad experience, it made me change to a better fitness and made me find a better personal trainer. I regret introducing my friends to go here. I am so glad I joined this community at VIP 1to1 Fitness. The owner, Brian and his staff here are warm and welcoming which was super helpful as I am easily intimidated when it comes to working out. I must add I never felt judged or uncomfortable here! My trainer Adel met me at my beginner level and continues to encourage me to push myself and achieve my goals. I have only been here 2 months but I am already stronger, and have more energy. It’s no surprise that this gym has been around for so many years. Highly recommend for beginners and advanced alike. They keep up with the newest trends in healthy living and weed out the nonsense for you. The best part is the owner that hand selects all of his equipment to have the most custom built gym I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to many. STAY AWAY! THE CONSULTATION IS A LIE! Guys, please do not be fooled what they say to get you to sign up. You get absolutely no results in the 30 min workouts and Brian will not help you get results in any way. He will talk really nice in the consultation just to get you to sign up. They don’t help with nutrition or anything and lie to you about results. Was working with the trainer for over a month and did not see any change. You will not get results by working with them trust me.

My trainer is Brian and I have been training with him for about 5 months. Brian is the 4th trainer I have worked with and by far has been the only to help me get visible results in a short period of time. After two months of training I started to see better definition specifically my arms, back and butt. Brian definitely pushes me but is respectful of my limits and works around my weak knees. My overall recommendation is that I would only train with Brian but not the other trainers in the gym. He is definitely knowledgeable and passionate of his work.

My wife and I have been doing 1 on 1 personal training here since May and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I've been working out on and off for years but knew I needed that extra discipline and guidance to truly "be" in the shape I want to be and wife never had much strength training exp. and I wanted her to build more muscle strength. We talked to the owner, Brian, who's friendly and very helpful, for our initial assessment & goal-setting, and through the machine scan, he explained in detail the roadmap for each of us and how long it would take, and we began our journey of 2x/wk personal training.

We were soon paired with our wonderful trainer, Ajit, and we couldn't be happier with him - Ajit truly cares about your goals, pushes you when you need it, patiently explains and answers questions so that we increase our fitness/body knowledge, and is just a cool dude to work with. He's serious but easygoing and isn't one of those trainers who're too brash, talks your ear off, or too distant. In a month, we requested another body scan and I've made noticeable gains in muscle mass, so we were all pretty excited!

The place is a bit cramped, split into 2 rooms, but it's clean and well-maintained. They're going to expand to downstairs so hopefully there would be more space and bench presses(!). This isn't your standard gym but for 1 on 1, this is the place to be!

I joined V.I.P. Fitness Center after meeting with Brian (the owner and my current trainer), full body measurements, and setting personal goals for a body transformation. My personal training was great and pleased with my progress just a couple of months into my training until COVID outbreak upended life in the States. I restarted my training once restrictions were lifted and, not surprisingly, I was back to square one. The owner and staff took high measures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the members, and motivated me to achieve my fitness goals once again. My wife and son gave me my birthday gift/solution of working out one on one with a personal trainer at VIP fitness. VIP fitness is an incredible workout facility. I was amazed at the VIP Fitness facility, Brian gave me free consultation which includes assessing my body weight, fat, muscle, lifestyle, and goals. I have been since then with my trainer Joseph (Joe) for last six months and the difference I have noticed within my body and endurance is incredible, my energy level is up, my motivation level to work out has gone so high that I now work out 4 to 5 days a week, VIP fitness is becoming an addiction and I am loving my new self. Joe is an incredible trainer he understood my potential and pushed me to the direction which I never believed I could ever achieve. I was visiting my sister from out of town and I joined her at her gym , VIP fitness. I took one of Brian’s group classes , and I must say , it was one of the best workouts I’ve had. The class was interactive and fun, but def challenging in a good way. I have been training with Mario for approximately 5 months and I have nothing but great things to say. Mario is personable and very knowledgeable in health and exercise from his studies. He switches the workouts up so its different every time I go, incorporates his studies into the workouts, and gives me tips on what exercises I can do during the days I don't train with him as well. I get compliments from friends saying that I look more toned and slimmed down, my energy level is definitely up, and my clothes that were tight are looser which is a great feeling. I recently had a check up at the doctor and all my bad numbers have gone down significantly to pretty much normal. My unstable knee from a meniscus tear and messed up ankle are stable and I have no pain. I highly recommend Mario and VIP Fitness!

I was put on my first diet at 8 years old. I've been battling with my weight ever since. In June 2016 I was 35 lbs overweight. With the encouragement of my daughter I started an exercise program. I went into it full force, exercised daily and ate clean. I didn't start to see weight loss until the 2nd month, but then it started to come off quickly. A woman in my exercise class kept raving about the amazing personal trainers at VIP so I thought I would give it a try. After 6 months at one gym I decided to make a change. I made an appointment with Brian and he let me know I've lost the excess weight and now is time to sculpt my body by replacing fat with muscle. Brian is my Michaelangelo, he did what we set out to do. He sculpted my body into one that I still have a hard time recognizing . I have much more muscle definition now and my body has finally transformed from a chubby 8 year old to a toned 50 year old. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with what I am receiving at VIP 1to1 fitness center. To begin the gym is pristine and well organized. Don’t be fooled by the size, as it contains everything and more that is needed. You have a variety of cardio and weights and machines. The facility is easy to access, park and run inside quickly. It’s very safe and your even given your own key fob to access the gym. There’s no signing in or annoying large gym practices. It makes it SO easy. You can use the gym 7 days a week even when you don’t have sessions planned.

My trainer Oscar is incredible. I really enjoy all of our sessions. I’ve had personal trainers before at big box gyms and they pale in comparison to Oscar. Unlike big gyms that try to confuse you or make it super complicated unnecessarily, Oscar makes it fun and attainable. You’re going to be doing movements and exercises that work and ones you’ll be able to repeat by yourself. They aren’t trying to make it difficult here. I have been consistent and changed my diet so I’ve been seeing results very quickly. Oscar is professional, knowledgeable, on time, encouraging, funny, and sweet. He understands what it takes and will definitely help get you there if you’re committed. I can’t wait for our sessions. And it’s motivated me to do my own thing the days we don’t meet.

This is a lifestyle change. You have to put the work in and show up to ALL your sessions to see results but if you do there’s no doubt you will see improvements in your body and mind week to week. You will FEEL better mentally after just one session. You will feel better physically after about 2-4 weeks. It’s really that good. The physical and mental health benefits are infinite. If you’re even questioning whether or to begin, don’t. Get yourself in here and invest in your health.

Brian the owner is great too. He makes this attainable and wants you to succeed. You can see he also lives a healthy lifestyle and wants the same for his clients. If you need help with diet or nutrition hes there for you. I’m sure if you need pretty much anything, he’d help you. He’s always around and truly loves health and wellness. I feel this thread runs through the facility and thus it feels like a place you can be successful.

Other positive things happen when you join.
Your confidence will increase, your sleep is incredible, your anxiety melts away, you’re highly energetic and motivated, and life becomes increasingly easier to deal with. You will feel physically like a beast. You will be more nimble and have energy ALL day EVERYDAY. I could go ON a and ON about the benefits of this program. But you have to try it to understand! If you’re in a dump or slump sign up immediately to end it. I hope this review helps you. I would say if it doesn’t work for someone it’s because they don’t want to put in the work. This gym though...ugh THE BEST!! I've begun my fitness journey here 3 years ago; I started at 220 pounds wanting a radical transformation. Over the years of working out at this gym with my fantastic trainers (HUGE SHOUTOUT to Brian, Antonia, and Alex -- hands down the BEST/MOTIVATING trainers, y'all!), I lost 84 pounds (still maintaining if not, getting stronger and toner than ever). I did not think I would lose this much...I truly couldn't have done it without these trainers.

Even though Brian isn't necessarily a nutritionist, he is very knowledgeable and smart. Whatever the body type you have, he knows what you should/should not eat, and he will train you effectively until you reach your goal (but of course, your consistency need to follow through too LOL).

Also I cannot forget about Antonia; with all seriousness, she is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, down-to-earth trainer I know. She knows how to train you -- train smart, not hard. She will encourage and stay accountable with you EVERY step of your fitness journey, and will CELEBRATE with you when you reach your goal(s). She's very passionate about fitness and super compassionate with her clients.

Update 9/15/2021: recently reuped for another bundle of 20 sessions. Been going here for over 12 years. This place helped me keep strong once gyms opened up after COVID lock down. In fact they helped me to my goal of 3 plates on the bench.

As important as the training was, the nutritional advice was just as important. To hit my goals, I had to eat right. I'm generally not hungry so they guided me to make the most out of the meals I ate. I'm on a trimming phase now and they got me down about 10 lbs in 6 weeks without losing much strength. I was cutting back some calories by losing my sweets, but they emphasized I needed to maintain good carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice and oatmeal.

I'm typically training with Ryan for strength. He's a power lifter and body builder. He recently won his division in a power lifting competition so it's reassuring to know the trainers are practicing what they preach. I haven't used Ryan for body building techniques as I was focused on strength and I can attest that he got me strong. I'm trying a different trainer (Joe) now since my schedule at work changes with post COVID work guidelines. My new goal is to build leg strength. The first couple of sessions with Joe are refreshingly different than my usual leg work outs and are shocking my leg muscles. I'll give it a couple more sessions before I test my progress.

I was very excited to start my membership here, but soon realized how unreliable the staff is. My trainer, Antonia, had a tendency to reschedule our appointments at the last minute. On our third session, she said she slept through her alarm and asked to move our appointment even when I had already arrived to the gym! A different time she asked to push back our appointment because she was walking her dogs... seriously?? How unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. On top of that, she also forgot when a session of ours was scheduled for, so she texted me at 6:00 am one morning to ask ME when it was. Like, stay organized...

I only had three sessions with her, but she did all of this just in that short time. Needless to say, I told the manager and got a full refund. Crazy experience.

I also must say, the manager designs the meal plans, but he wasn’t able to create any plant-based meal plans for me after I told him I only wanted to eat meat a couple of times a week. A person who’s qualified to give out nutrition advice should be able to design high-protein plant-based meals. There are a bunch of vegetarian athletes, but he said he wouldn’t be able to recommend plant-based meals; he recommended eating meat daily. It’s pretty common knowledge that Americans shouldn’t eat meat daily bc the meat here isn’t as healthy as in other countries.

Lastly, my trainer would talk about junk food often, so it was demotivating. Some of the trainers don’t seem to live a healthy lifestyle, so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to trust them to guide me on my health journey. I’m better off figuring it out on my own. Don’t recommend this place.

I have been trying for many years to train on my own and with apps and dvd programs and I never got the results I was aiming for . Took an ideal body picture with me on my first appointment with Brian , he told me realistically how long will take me to get there and less then 2 months later my body shape has changed completely . This is really a great gym. It doesn't have the "pack 'em in and let 'em loose" vibe of a lot of commercial gyms - there are plenty of machines for the number of people, all of the equipment is in good shape, you will find everything you need and you won't need to stand around waiting on it. They also have a lot of great trainers on staff to help newbies like me, and the owner, Brian, is always around and accessible. They offer a lot of classes - I haven't tried them, but my wife goes all the time and she really loves them. The people that I've met here have been really nice, knowledgeable and motivating, and the atmosphere of the gym itself is very clean, open, and just a great space for getting the work done. I can't think of anything I'd look to improve - for me, this has really been the ideal gym.

Best 1on1 PT ever in NJ/NY! Brian has awesome management skills with the trainers. Oscar is one of the best! Might think the price is little bit high but trust me, it WORTH every penny! A few of my friends have been coming here and convinced me to take a class one Saturday, and I have been addicted ever since. Brian and his staff are beyond knowledgable, can motivate anyone and will get you back on track to reach your goals. I was not so sure about the whole group fitness thing, would I be able to keep up? or would I just get hurt in the process trying to keep up. I joined this gym since the beginning of July. After 7 weeks, I lost 7 lbs (according to Brian’s calculation that I actually lost 11 lbs of fat and gained 4 lbs of lean muscle, WOW!!!). I felt so good after each workout (well, in the first 2 weeks, it was tough!! But once your body gets used to it, then you get addicted to it). And I can finally fit in some of my jeans and clothes that I haven’t been able to since 2 years ago (girls, you know this feeling, right?!!!!!). But, this is just the beginning, I still have another extra 15 lbs to work on. All the trainers in this gym are excellent and very friendly. They will be able to work with you individually based on your goal (lose weight, build lean muscle, maintain current good shape, etc.). I have never written any review comment to any gym (with personal trainers) before, and this is my 1st one. I was not that much over-weighted to begin, and I have been kept telling people “if I can do it, you can”. I am so happy that I joined this gym. And I will continue to work on my next goal to lose another 7 lbs. :)

Needed to get healthy and found this gem local in town. Met with Brian whom devised a workout and diet plan based on my current condition and health requirements. Brian genuinely cares about getting me into shape and wasn't into pushing you into something that would eventually lead me to quit.

He even text me to make sure I was feeling alright after my first two weeks. Flexibility with scheduling is also key due to my job and not always being able to leave on time. VIP is also able to work with me on that to keep me from missing any sessions. The gym has everything necessary and the staff always greet you with a smile.

Environment is clean and no sweaty odor at all. Been about 4 weeks and already noticed a huge difference in health and muscle gains. Highly recommend.

Brian and his team at VIP are a god-send!! Anyone looking to get fit, healthy and in amazing shape absolutely MUST check this place out!! I have always hated working out and big gyms with their so-called "personal trainers." But VIP redefines what personal training is all about- not only is everyone so knowledgeable, motivational and friendly, but I felt like I was getting the tailored attention I needed to help me reach my goals. I started working out at VIP fitness about 7 months ago. I turned 50 this year and really thought I was finished with having a good body. When my daughter said to me "Daddy, you have man boobs", I realized it was time to get back into the gym. I have worked out with trainers in the past, but I never lasted more than a few weeks because I always got injured. So I was very skeptical at first. Brian sized me up perfectly and i have been going twice a week since i started. When I complain that my back or shoulder hurts, we always seem to be able to work through the stiffness. I now know, it is only stiffness, and not injuries. I can say that I am in as good as physical shape as I was when I was 20. My arms and chest are ripped. Personal Trainers deliver results - Really top quality facilities and trainers I've always struggled with my weight but I have made massive progress since joining VIP fitness, the staff and trainers always give me the best advice and create weekly work out plans to keep me motivated.
The trainers have also worked close with me on my diet cutting out the bad food and replacing it with easy to make recipes, I now feel 100% better and I feel like my weight is under control I would recommend anyone to use VIP fitness if they want to get serious about their fitness.
