Shane is one of the Best inspiring and passionate trainers that I have ever met! He will encourage you before, during and after your training session! He is not only a personal trainer but his character also embodies strength and conditioning coach, health and fitness coach, and a motivational coach! He will push you to your potential but he will also be patient with you, understanding and dedicated to your fitness goals! Lastly, he is extremely professional and he has a remarkable story behind his passion and purpose!! Signing up with his program is a great investment!!

As a dancer, West Point training has been a key staple in my fitness journey. Shane is an amazing trainer that leads by example. His remarkable journey is truly inspiring. What I love about Shane as a trainer/coach is that He will not tell you to do anything he wouldn’t do himself nor give you advise on doing anything that he already doesn’t do.

I need another row of stars for West Point Training, especially for the general Shane West! His knowledge and professionalism is always on point, and his energy creates a very welcoming space (and clean too). Shane is a first class motivator, his workouts are challenging but he makes you feel you are capable of doing anything he has for you. He doesn't accept quit and he inspires you not to accept it either. He is committed to stoking the fire that brings you in and his creative sessions do just that. His routines are not boring and they vary from day to day. You never know what awaits you!
I regularly attend the group sessions and his encouraging words bring out the best in us as individuals which then pushes us to bring out the best in each other. That is the atmosphere that he cultivates. I started with the thought of coming for just a few months but it's now been more than a year with no desire to stop. So, if you are considering leveling up physically and/or mentally, stop procrastinating and enlist, you'll be glad you did!

My experience with Shane as a trainer was highly impactful. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and never deters from professionalism. Yes, there are many trainers out there, however, I can guarantee you if you train with West Point USAFA or regularly attend classes, you will not be disappointed.

Its always a great time when you’re being trained by Shane a very respectful person also a motivational speaker a counselor family and friend and a trainer that will help you get to where you need to be if your ready WESTPOINT TRAINING is the way to go things you thought you could not do oh you will be doing it every day isn’t easy but he will get you through it you have to want it WESTPOINT 4LIFE I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!

I've attended west point training for over 3 months and it has been a real experience in my journey of becoming a better version of myself internationally and externally and I would like to thank SHANE for always positively pushing me since he was attending My orthodontist during his journey in creating his beautiful smile so I will say it's been the best experience thus far.
