It is a very good gym, good and nice employees, very good an new equipment, very good atmosphere overall, but the dip machine being removed is a shame, as well, the leg curl machine needs maintenance done on it because when you are going slowly on the negative, it locks up at the top and messes up the rep.

Decent sized gym with plenty of equipment. Pretty much have everything you could need with equipment well spaced out and wasn’t super crowded which was great.

However this place needs to be cleaned more regularly. the bathroom was filthy. Toilets and surrounding area were gross and smelled terrible. Also I clipped into the belt on the hip thruster machine with a white shirt on and was covered in filth, completely staining the front of my shirt brown from all the dirt/old sweat.

Really wish they had someone come in twice a day to clean at a minimum.

Best gym in the area hands down! The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. This spot has everything you’d need and they offer great training sessions with folks with clearly a lot of experience. I am in the military and have to move out of the area, and I’m sad to have to leave!

Wolf has become one of my favorites in Absecon and part of my daily routine. I needed help earlier this Fall and Tony (owner) put together a personal work out plan via their custom app. It's awesome! I've been a member since they opened in Absecon last year and it's exciting to see memberships increase but it's not packed so equipment is always open to use. Tony, thank you for your attention to detail and great facility!

Big difference from my last gym…. Primarily the cleanliness! Although this location is smaller, there are still many options to choose from that will meet your needs. Staff are friendly and professional. Owner Tony is awesome… he worked his magic and added 12lb dumb bells per request! Who does that!!?? W.O.L.F. did! (Can we get another set? Apparently others like them too cause they’re always being used. …. And perhaps 8lb too?? Plz)
Would love to see this location expand to have additional rooms for classes- someday? 😊
