I have loved my new exercise routine, my new body and my new outlook, thanks to the Wolfpack. Adolphus has been amazing. He really knows how to push me just enough, but not so much that I want to give up. When I started, I had debilitating back issues that I thought were preventing me from exercising. Now I feel so much better and I’m experiencing way less back pain than I used to, feeling stronger and more energetic. I wish I could give zero or even negative if I could. This review ONLY goes to their MANAGEMENT team. My husband went to the place last year in early Feb for a trial class and per their policy, he paid $1000 deposit and was told it was fully refundable if he decided not to book class. After the class, he thought it was too intense for his shoulder post surgery recovery therefore decided not to go. The gym said they would refund back to him in two days. But we didn’t receive any refund until now! We kept contacting the gym by sending emails, messages, calling, stopping by through last year. Finally Diego the manager picked up the call at the beginning of 2024 and after his “investigation”, he admitted that there was a mistake in their accounting team that they didnt refund! And he promised us that we should get the refund in 2days. However, we still didn’t get any refund back to our account and when I tried to call and text him several times, NO ANsWEr! I felt we got spammed and fooled and completely ignored! It is been almost a year but we still couldn’t get OUR MONEY back!!!!! So disappointed at this moment.

I have been working out at Wolfpack for 2 months so far. I was looking for motivation and guidance to help see progress in my workouts. I go 3 times a week and do strength training with Vanessa, Adolphus, and German, in a combination of private and semi-private traning sessions. They are all great, supportive, and fun to spend time with. They push me to work harder and I can already see the difference in my body and my strength. I used to walk past Wolfpack every single day coming home from work and thought it looked like the coolest place ever so when I was looking for a place that was fitness beginner friendly to help rebuild myself, it was a no brainer. I met with the owner Diego for my consultation and quickly realized he really does care about your goals and well being, which many people can’t say about their gym owners. Fast forward to one year later, wolfpack has helped me crush my goals month after month. I’m still here on a weekly basis and am loving every single session with my trainer Vanessa. I’m the type of person who needs motivation to get active so she does a great job of doing that as well as making it entertaining and fun! But she also does a great job making sure you are getting the absolute most out of your sessions. Definitely recommend it for all.

Really really recommend joining Wolfpack! I was pretty nervous to start bc I hadn’t been to the gym in a while, but they were incredibly welcoming, nice, encouraging. Carie, Earvin, Diego T, Diego P.. honestly all really wonderful. The owner is excellent, I’ve had great customer service. He’s passionate about a more wholistic approach, so not just working out but doing monthly check ins to give the client a better understanding of it all. They have a wide range of appointment times, the space is always perfectly clean, and there is a causal/friendly/happy vibe going. I have never paid for a personal trainer before but it is 100% worth every penny with Wolfpack imo.

Worked out with Leo in semi-private sessions until my the kids’ school summer break kicked in. He is genuine, responsive, flexible and a great trainer all around. When I injured my elbow he tailored the workouts to avoid certain movements to further exacerbate the area, but still pushed me hard to work out other parts of the body! Will definitely come back when the kids are back in school.
The gym and facility is never overcrowded, and the trainers there are thoughtful about their clients and pay attention to flow, rhythm and placements all the while following an individualized plan for each person working out.
So glad to have discovered this gym and their trainers!

I have been training with Leo and Hannah for the last 5 months, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. Not only do they have great personalities (which in itself is an incentive to go to the gym regularly), but their varied workouts are result oriented and quite fun. My fiance and I have been working out at Wolfpack for about 2.5 months now with the goal of getting in shape for our wedding. Leo is our primary trainer, and he is awesome. Each workout is tailored to my goals and fitness level, and each week the workouts get harder and progress as I get stronger. Even after 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference in my strength and muscle tone. Leo is always super friendly and excited to see us each morning, and his positive attitude and energy helps keep me motivated, even for the early 7am workouts. He is also extremely knowledgable and has taught me so much about proper form and different techniques. We've also trained with Hannah a few times and she is also great. I love how clean, and brand new this gym is. I had the privilege of working with one of the most prestige trainers on the east coast, Tim Farias. His workout routines are so effective, you get back into shape in literally 2-4 weeks. I have no complaints about this gym except for the parking situation in Hoboken, but that’s about it. Having come across Wolf Pack randomly I was intrigued to understand the concept and why it was different from any other gym in Hoboken. Immediately after my first session I felt great the trainers, the vibe and the professionalism of the place was incredible. Wolfpack is the ONLY place that will get me up for a 7am workout. I absolutely love all the trainers here - they are motivating and really make working out enjoyable. I typically train with Leo, but Hannah and Ray Jay are also fantastic! I attend the semi-private training sessions and still feel like I get a one-on-one customized workout that are personalized to my goals. Went to Wolfpack for a month to start getting back in shape after not consistently working out for 2-3 months. I worked with Leo who was awesome! The workouts are great and I noticed huge changes in my strength even after just a month. The facility in downtown Hoboken is nice and clean! The small group training is a good size ~5 people. It is very pricey, but worth it to get a good foundation built and learn new exercises.

Renata and Ray Jay have been very attentive and professional, they prescribe optimal programs! After fist class completed I felt this is the best place to strengthen my (awakening my sleeping during the pandemic) muscle. My incredible trainer Renata is always pushing me past my own mental barriers and helping me understand how to really get my body where it needs to be. I've also had the opportunity to train with Tim, who is also another amazing trainer, and he really helps me understand why the workouts will help me get my body to where I want it. The studio is also always very clean and has such an encouraging environment. Everyone wants to see you become the best version of yourself. Wolfpack Hoboken is simply the best - the best bang for your buck, the best people, the best workouts. I got lucky with Hannah as my trainer. We had an instant connection, were aligned on goals and I knew ten minutes into the conversation that I wanted to work with her. She pushes me hard every week, but I've already seen so much improvement. I'm lifting heavier than I ever have before and feeling like a total bada** in the process. The absolute BEST! I joined around November because I wanted to get back into a gym, but was worried about COVID, and Wolfpack has exceeded literally every expectation I had. The class size for semi-private sessions maxes out at 5, but in general it's usually no more than 2-3 other people. This was suuuuper reassuring in terms of COVID cautiousness (not a ton of people, and a large, extremely clean, beautifully decorated space), but all of the other members I've met are so awesome that I've honestly found myself hoping for full classes! Every trainer I've met and worked with here have been so welcoming, motivating, and supportive (and FUN!!!), especially Hannah and Ray Jay. When you initially sign up you'll probably be speaking a lot with Tim, who is the kind of person that'll jump out the door just to say "hi" if he sees you walk past the front window - they have the absolute BEST people here. Each trainer has a different style, so it's really easy to find someone you click with that matches your overall vibe, but I have 10000% faith that any of them can get you to meet your fitness goals in whatever timeline you may have. I actively recommend Wolfpack Hoboken to pretty much everyone I meet, and can't speak highly enough of my experience here.

Incredibly welcoming, very friendly, puts on great music, not judgmental at all (even if you’re as out of shape as I am) and she takes the time to plan out custom workouts for her clients. I got to know about Wolfpack through a groupon in August 2020 and started with a twice-a-week plan with Tim. Within a few weeks, I started working out with Renata. My experience with working with both of them has been very pleasant. Renata takes the time to write out a detailed work out plan each day that comprises of a warm-up, 3 rounds of HIIT/resistance, and a burn out. The trainers are also very open to changing up the routine depending upon the needs of the clients. The trainer : client ratio, the flexible payment plans, and the chance to make up for lost sessions are all added bonuses. How much more convincing do you need? Join the pack already :)

This place is life changing not only for the physical aspect but also the spirit ! From the moment I signed up with Tim who was very enthusiastic and positive to the very last breath I take after an amazing workout , everything and everyone is superb! It is such a great environment. The trainers are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Hannah has been so encouraging and has put my body to work in ways I thought I would never, she is always pushing me to reach the best of my physical abilities. Morning workouts with Renata have also been extremely amazing! She pushes me harder every time but also makes sure I feel confident and comfortable. And her playlist is bomb! Great place to train and reach your goals. My trainer (Tim) is amazing and good at what he does. All sessions are tailored to each individual's plan whether its daily, weekly, or monthly; they got you covered. Started seeing improvements towards the end of the second week, two plus month later, completely different from the start- upgrading Dad bod to HOT Dad bod. They are worth the physical investment. The meal plans are also great, all towards your goal!!

I'm so excited that I found a gym that is as motivating as Wolfpack. For a long time I didn't reach my physical goals because the idea of going to a gym where I would be completely lost would discourage me. This couldn't be farther from the reality at Wolfpack. Doing semi-private training sessions with my trainer Tim has been extremely encouraging. Tim does a great job of training everyone individually for their own goals, while keeping the atmosphere of a "pack workout".
Highly recommend training at Wolfpack and asking for Tim as your trainer!

What an amazing gym!
It was tough to get into routines because a lot of times you can’t come up with new exercises to keep working out fresh, but I have to say that my trainer Tim is always keeping things fresh and me on my toes! Every week we’re doing something new and it really shows on the progress I’ve achieved in just 7 weeks.
Definitely recommend it if you’re also someone who just needs that push to get back on the grind!

I love this place! The location is perfect and the look of the studio matches my vibe! If you're looking for somewhere fresh and you're sick of regular old gyms, this is your place! My personal trainer Renata is so great, all I have to do is show up and my entire workout is planned out detail by detail.
