I have been doing one on one Pilates with Elizabeth for many years.
I have done group pilates and there is no comparison to doing it privately with an instructor who is so knowledgeable about the body and tailors the exercises to your particular needs.
She is a truly gifted teacher and I love going to my sessions.
She deserves 10 stars ⭐️
If you’re planning on doing Pilates; do yourself and your body a favor and call Elizabeth.

Your Body Works, and the trainer behind it, made me stronger one session at a time.
I was doing Pilates for 7-8 years and was used to high pace and "Olympic" level difficulty at a Manhattan studio, which often ended with ice packs and ibuprofen. I thought being in pain was part of doing Pilates.
But when I moved to NJ during Covid, finding a new place was not easy. What I was looking for in a trainer was someone who could make me stronger but not aggravate my prior sports injuries.
After reading Elizabeth's bio, I felt that I could trust her. And I was right. I have been seeing Elizabeth weekly since then.
Elizabeth uses per PT-level knowledge of how "your body works" into individually crafted exercises for each session. She increases my individual best by connecting physical strength with mental agility.
If you are looking to invest into aging gracefully, being active and strong, this is the right place for you.

I have been working with Elizabeth for over 15 years and she has truly changed my life. Prior to working with her I was visiting a chiropractor regularly for back and neck pain, and I had terrible pain in my feet and hips. Through my work with Elizabeth, I have retrained my body to work much more efficiently and correctly. I am literally pain free now - haven’t had to visit the chiropractor in many years. I walk with my feet in the proper position naturally (not turned out, but in parallel). I feel confident and strong and no longer live in fear of another injury. She has truly been a lifesaver. I have recommended her to many of my friends and family members and they have experienced similar results. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have had severe shoulder pain daily, in both shoulders, for two years - due to small labrum tears as well as arthritis. I spoke with Liz and she told me what tape to buy and we set up an appointment time. Liz treated me via facetime three days ago. She instructed my husband showing him exactly how to tape each shoulder. She then showed me two shoulder exercises that she wanted me to do each day. I have been pain-free for three days - the quick end of pain has been astounding.
