I have been a patient of Gabe’s for almost 2 years now. I would walk my dog 2x a day on top of walking around a very busy Dental clinic. I had plantar fasciitis so bad I could barely walk around work and I would sometimes have to take my shoes off mid day And wear crocs which didn’t provide much relief. I was skeptical at first but I was desperate for relief with my plantar fasciitis. I booked and shared my story with him. I was 36 yrs old at the time I had been receiving steroid injections in the heels of my feet (my podiatrist told me I was too young but said he would administer them). I returned to my podiatrist and received custom made insoles for my shoes. I thought these two things should fix me. I was also buying all the recommended walking shoes (Brooks, Hokas), rubbing my foot on a tennis ball, soaking them in epsom salt, icing them. It seemed like there was no relief. So I turned to 3H fitness and visited Gabe. He let me know that it would take some time for my body to heal correct itself ect. He has also helped me with my vertigo. I wanted instant relief but I had faith in Gabe as he is very thorough in explaining his decompression techniques and how the body heals itself. (Vertigo relief seemed instant, plantar fasciitis took some time to heal). I am now wearing any style of shoes I desire, walking before and after work without pain. i don’t use the custom insoles in my shoes. I noticed relief within 4-6 months of being treated by Gabe. I remember being scared I needed surgery. I kept thinking if I feel like this at 36 how will I walk at 46? So now
Anytime I hear someone saying they are in pain I share my story and tell them don’t suffer go see Gabe. If you are reading reviews and hesitating scheduling please do yourself a huge favor and thank me later; Schedule that appointment you will not regret it.

Wonderful small gym (run by Elizabeth) & physical therapy shop (run by Gabe) owned by this classy husband / wife team. I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying both. I love Elizabeth’s classes and personal training, was originally introduced by her brother Seth who is a personal friend and have been going consistently I think 2 years now. Elizabeth is an extremely kind-hearted person and most importantly acutely knowledgeable in nutrition & exercise, leads by example as a former bodybuilder. Gabe is known as the miracle healer. I tease him that he is a voodoo doctor because it doesn’t feel like he does much adjustments, but whatever he does never fails to fix me! He is an enlightened healer. I also must add that I hired their employee Leandra to do personal training for my teenage daughter, who connected extremely well with her and RAVES about how much stronger Leandra has made her. I have met so many kind, down to earth and wonderful friends at this gym. If there is any downside to this gym I would have to admit that being right next-door to Trifecta Coffee makes it incredibly difficult for me to resist temptation of their homemade scones which I have nicknamed “Trifecta Evil Scones.” 😉

I was so much pain arms that I didn't know what to do anymore ! I thought I was going to be in pain until I die! But my mom was listening to her friend talk about Gabriel Valdez that helped with his back pain! So called him the next day to get an appointment with him. It is helping me a lot!

Great care from owner/ therapist, Gabe Valdez. Very clean with responsive staff. Easy access from I-25, with great parking at the door.
Before my latest visit, I was experiencing pain, stiffness and tingling on my left side and bowl troubles. His diagnosis: I was jammed up, especially my ribs and neck. Within 15 minutes, I was oh so much better! And Gabe's treatments last!!!

Gabe's Nerve Decompression Therapy has worked wonders for myself and my mother! It use to take me at least 2 hours to get moving in the morning; I was in so much pain. Now my daily routine is much smoother only takes me about 10 minutes to get moving! Huge difference. My Mom was getting back injections before coming to Gabe and they would only help her for about 2-3 weeks , if that, before the pain would return. After her 2nd treatment with Gabe, she confidently cancelled ALL her injections! 3H has significantly improved our daily lives! Thank you 3H! :)

Gabe is awesome after 2 yrs of trying to get my wife in to see him. She finally agreed, my wife has been suffering from severe back pain were she was getting nerves burned in her back. After Gabe worked on her the first time my wife was able to go for a walk which she loves and misses. I see a different person in just 2 appointments. I would recommend gabe to anyone after seeing my wife up living and able to .move around
