The gym is exactly what I needed on my fitness journey. It has everything I need to push myself to the next level. Rosemarie is tough but necessary—her training style really keeps me motivated and challenges me in all the right ways. 💪🏼

Seeing the way they talk on a post and cussing they really deserve to go out of business, and if you support such behavior your part of the problem,
This right here was uncalled for and this business doesn't have and good customer service just seeing how this person brought
Up a political person to defend his/her self tells me everything I need to know .

I recommend that folks clear out from this establishment and let it fold we don't need this kinda behavior

Everyone let's show folks like this that alamogordo has zero tolerance for that behavior

I know to stay away from this company because they do not value their customers

But if you like them and support such behavior please let me know who you are so I know not to have and connection with you

A fantastic gym with a great trainer who listens and finds effective ways for you to build strength and cardiovascular no matter what ails you! With her help I have been able to work through past injuries and find new confidence in the strength that has been developed!

AlamoShape is a place where you can always feel welcome, there's never any judgement, and you can get in the best shape of your life if you get after it! All of the trainers and the owner will give you all of the support you could ever imagine, and they're all extremely knowledgeable. Don't get any injuries stop you, because Rosemarie can work around anything!
