I travel the Western United States Fly Fishing 11 months a year. Anytime Fitness Aztec New Mexico manager Jordan does an excellent job. Kaitlyn really keeps the place spotless. The showers are impeccable. Hats off one of the best Anytime Fitness I’ve visited in the last 10 months. If you’re gonna fish the San Juan definitely stop by if you remember if you’re not stop by see Jordan And sign up.

I have been a loyal member of this gym for a long time and have no complaints about how clean and great the environment is. The manager there Erin is fantastic! She and the other staff members always provides a clean environment and they keeps up with the maintenance on the machines! 👍

Wednesday August 14th 2024 the staff was very unprofessional, I had to ask another member, who actually worked there,? the staff member was working out alone with her ear plugs in, so I waited until she was finished, walked up to her finally with a hand signal to get her attention, then she asked me if she could help me, still with her ear plugs in, I had to repeat myself multiple times, before she took her plugs out, and stated she couldn't hear me, I asked to purchase one of the anytime fitness t-shirts so I could work out, even though she was just standing there she told me I would have to wait, long story short I had to go to work with a very smelly t-shirt, lol
The crazy part is I've been a member for 3 years, in Aztec and Durango, anytime fitness is by far one of my favorite gyms, always very clean, the staff members are becoming very unapproachable, even the other staff member that was in the office referred me back to the lady I already spoke to, so I just left, lol, I just wanted to purchase a t-shirt to work out in, lol

Fitness center manager is flexible and caring. I recently had a major spinal surgery and she went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend the fitness center as the equipment and the staff are high quality!

In the last year this gym has drastically gone down hill! The gym is too crowded due to too many machines, they took the nice machines that belonged to Aztec to the new Farmington gym and brought their older equipment to Aztec. Why? The equipment that breaks our has mechanical issues takes weeks to be addressed. Weights are NEVER re racked in the proper or correct area. I'm not sure if this has to do with the younger kids now allowed in the gym but I'm sure it is. I've been a member since 2015 and this is the worst it's ever been!

I travel all through Canada the United States, and I suppose I have visited 30 or 40 anytime fitness gyms at one time or another. This gym is the best one in terms of cleanliness, all the machines actually work, and there are a ton of extra options, classes, hikes, etc. it’s just the tone of the gym, respectful of all, and encouraging of all. The owner is always there and always working hard, just being a positive and highly competent person. I really appreciate the work that makes this gym helpful to all of us.

Terrible customer service. We walked in to sign up two people. The customer service person who did not introduce herself, focused on the male person of my group. Explaining nothing. 15 minutes after leaving I see my credit card was charged twice! $88 in two separate charges. A free shaker bottle is advertised as a free gift for new membership, never offered. Already a credit card and fee driven nightmare.

I love going to the gym here It is my home away from home. Erin is awesome and always has a smile on her face and ready to help anyone ! She’s been awesome. It’s always nice and clean as well!! I definitely wouldn’t be where I am in my fitness journey it weren’t for my home gym and Erin !!

Edit: Worst Gym ever! We moved months ago and called multiple time to cancel membership and yet are still being charged monthly!!! Called the customer service number and was told to send an email stating we are cancelling. A month later from sending the email (4 months later after we have moved) and we are STILL being charged!! What a fraud! AND they are saying they won’t give us our money back even though they are the ones unable to cancel the membership?? Go someone else!
Edit: One of the employees reached out to try to help me cancel my membership. They don’t know where my membership was transferred to but they’re trying. I just don’t want to continue paying for a service that I am not receiving. It’s been 6 months! Sign up with caution.

Great place to work out aside from being a little busy sometimes. The management is professional, the facility is clean, there is a great variety of equipment, and a selection of protein rich snacks and preworkout drinks are available for purchase 24 hours a day. If you're looking to pay for a membership this place is a fantastic option.
