I have been trying to cancel and/or suspend my membership for over a month now as I’ve moved. I’ve been a member for 4+ years and they just ignore my requests. My boyfriend lost a key fob and they didn’t offer a refund for the overcharge. I’m probably going to just have to dispute the charges on my credit card but I’m about ready to take them to small claims court over the issues since they seem to ignore my request purposely.

**FYI my account first off should not have been frozen as I did not agree to it or request it. Staff said I should look into freezing it, and I said I had to look at my schedule to see if it would be worth it. I also was never informed that the account was frozen by either voicemail/email or any other method. NOTHING was done until I complained to the 3rd party payment system that I would begin disputing any future charges as staff was ignoring my requests.

Also nothing in my mind was done to make it right. My boyfriend was never refunded the overcharge for the FOB key either. If your business is hurting that much financially, you can keep the 10 dollars but I would not call that making an effort to make things right. I would say its minimizing your errors and blaming the client rather than taking accountability for your staff and business failures.

I have been coming to this gym for five years now and have always been happy overall with the gym and equipment. I’ve always been especially impressed with the great work that Orlando Gutierrez puts in to keep the gym spotless and well when maintained every time I arrive at 3:30 or 4:00am. I’ve been to other gyms at the same time and have always found them to be messy and in disarray from the day before but Orlando keeps AF looking and running so well, he deserves 10 stars!

I expressed my disappointment with an issue that they had with their electric door and the general manager reached out directly and apologized and also fixed the issue right away. I’m very impressed with the customer service as well as the cleanliness and functionality of this gym.

Communication with management is terrible. I canceled, and all is good. They even said they were going to charge me again because of contract issues. Was fine with it. My card never got charged, and they sent it to a debt collector instead of calling like normal people. Because I moved, I never got wind of the debt, and it sbowballed into a 250.00 charge.

Wow noticed a big difference in a few days. The place was going to hell and many complained to management. Looks like the problem was rectified and a new manager is in place. Big difference in the cleanliness of the place and atmosphere. Orlando is definitely on top of it! Even the purple carpet looks clean. And you can see out of the windows!

This place is going down, down, down hill.
Facility is rarely cleaned and trash containers are ALWAYS over flowing with trash (same trash for days at a time). Little, to no cleaning supplies to wipe down one’s own equipment. Gymers also don't seem accustomed to wiping down their own equipment after use either. Much of the equipment appears distressed and needs to be repaired. Renovations appear to be taking place like painting, or patching up holes on walls or ceiling leaks; however, these projects have been in progress for several years now without resolve. Sadly, one can tell the owner does not care about their business.

Notable improvements in the last couple months. From increased cleaning supplies, to completing repairs to the building and having equipment repaired. Corporate has heard the concerns and is definitely invested in making this place top-notch for our community.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I signed up for a 3-month membership and when I called to discontinue my membership, as I was moving to another country, I was told I could cancel with physical proof of my move. So I mailed a signed copy of my new lease in the other country and received no confirmation. I have called and left multiple voicemails and emails with no response, and have been charged $80/month even though I moved LAST OCTOBER.

Good gym. The roof can get leaky when it rains. One time I found an odd fellow with a blanket sleeping on one of the machines. I was minding my own business working out and he told me to "get away from him" It was creepy. He started coughing super loud and hard. Sounded like he was really sick! He stayed all night and slept on one of the machines!

Clean facility, and an array of modern equipment! Management is on top of their game.
Would definitely give this location 5 stars, but I dock it 1 ⭐, because of the size. When it is busy, it feels so cramped.

Ventilation is atrocious in this tiny gym, smells so foul every time I walk in, sweat, mold, probably stemming from the constantly leaking roof whenever it rains or snows. Nice to see that members "facility dues" are going back into the facility. Right

The constant turnover rate of staff speaks volumes.

Needs improvement anytime it rains or snows you have dodge buckets that are catching water leaking from the ceiling. If they even put them. You pay dues twice a year only to fill the owners pockets cause he isn’t reinvesting back into his facility. Also owner expects you to be security if another member doesn’t swipe their key fob. Overall He needs to pay more attention to his gym.

Nice clean workout gym. Missing a few machines and would be nice to have a true bench rack. Sometimes can be busy. Vending machine only has energy drinks but, protein drinks are available upon request. The hours it is open make it worth it. UPDATE: They now have a bench rack and additional machines. Gym is hardly clean. Machines are broken often. Vending machine that is stocked by staff only has energy drink and not preworkout drinks. Only upside is the gym is open all the time. Don’t have a wide variety of machines but you can try to sub a lot of workouts with others.
Edit: Management is helpful with concerns about cleanliness and functionality of gym. Concerns addressed but hard to reach staff.

Been going since January and enjoy the atmosphere. Was hard at first dealing with wearing a mask, but learned to deal with it. Everything is clean and if someone happens to walk away from a machine without cleaning it, well then I make sure to clean it before and after like it says to. Staff is professional, friendly and never hesitate to answer questions you may have even in the middle of their workouts. Awesome place.

Mask not enforced, equipment not sanitized! We went for a tour and the guide straight up told us they don’t enforce the mask mandate because ‘it gets hot in here’ and ‘we give the benefit of the doubt. The cleaning stations were pointed out - they are all over which is nice- but then we watched 2 different people use a machine and walk away without cleaning. Unsafe, not to mention gross. Two stars only because the air filtration system is cool and the staff member that lead us around was informative and very friendly.
