I went to this location for the first time over the weekend because the location I normally go to is temporarily closed due to renovations being done. I was not happy with it for a few reasons. First, they had music playing overhead which I did not like and was pretty loud because I could still hear it even though I had my earbuds playing the music I like at maximum volume. It was a really bad interference so I could not enjoy my own music. Second, I was not familiar with the machines in there which required a "sign in" to be able to set your own speed/pace. When I attempted to sign in as a "member", it asked for a password which I did not have. I decided to go ask the employee on duty about the sign in process and he said it wasn't required, even though I told him I was not able to change the speed. When I told him it wasn't working, all he said was that "they were working earlier" and just dismissed me. He never even bothered to offer to go take a look at the machine to see if there was an issue. He was very dismissive and somewhat rude. Not welcoming or friendly at all even after I told him it was my first time visiting that location and I was not familiar with those machines since they are different from the machines at the location I normally go to. Third, there were no free-standing fans for members to use as an option. The other location I normally go to offers those for members that want to use one. Needless to say, I was not at all pleased with this location.

I recently went in for a fitness consultation and left very disappointed. I was expecting someone to walk me through available programs, learn about my goals, and help develop a plan. Instead, I felt like I was pulling information out of the staff member.

The person I spoke with didn’t introduce himself or give me his name. The only thing he shared upfront was that the gym is open 24/7, even on holidays. When I asked about programs or personal training, he simply said there is no programs offered and would have to talk to a trainer for more information on once a week training schedules. This made me wonder what the point of the consultation even was.

If you are just looking for a gym that is open 24 hours, Anytime Fitness checks that box. But if you want real guidance, structured programs, or a staff that takes time to consult with you, this establishment isn't it.

This gym has been ridiculously hot. Multiple times I have gone in and just walked out because I know I can’t workout when it is 74-76 degrees. I have asked several times if they are gonna address this and haven’t seen a change. If you can workout in a hot environment, then go for it. I simply cannot.
Other than that, the gym is clean and has the small gym feel. Never feel like it is too crowded.

Love this gym. Always clean, the sanitizing stations are usually well-stocked, and I rarely have to wait to use equipment outside peak times. It's relatively small, but I like that. The free hair-ties in the bathroom have saved me when I've squeezed in a last-minute workout after work. :)

No judgement at this gym.I have come a long way in my fitness journey with this gym and have grown physically and mentally stronger. I have made friends that have the same like mindset with positive energy. The gym is clean and has wipes all around the facility to wipe equipment down before and after you use a machine.

This is such a convenient gym. I can go wherever I feel like it and they have all equipment you'd need.
However the staff is very friendly, I chose this gym because of Star, she is wholesome and knowledgeable about the equipment. Most gyms I feel like they don't care about you and there's no connection, but she cares about her community and is very welcoming. If I have any questions or need advice I don't feel embarrassed to ask her.
Everyone I've encountered at the gym is friendly and have had good vibes, I come here more often because of that.

if i could give a zero star review i would. don’t go to this gym unless you wanna be harassed by the “owner” who is a retired officer with power issues. he humiliated me in front of everyone by yelling at me that i didn’t scan in even though i do pay for a membership and very well scanned in. he proceeded to check and see that yeah i did scan in but still after that treated me as if i had been in the wrong. after that i go to try to cancel my membership because no one should feel like that in a gym, they told me they can’t help me unless i move or am disabled. in fear of sounding like a karen i put my membership on a hold and left. this place is a sorry excuse for a gym. it’s small, staff is rude and overpriced for what you get. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

super chill and cozy. the people there are respectful and the staff is great. i also like how no matter how busy the parking lot looks, it’s always kinda empty looking inside. very very beginner friendly. they also leave courtesy hair ties in the bathrooms, which i think is super cute! my only complaint is the lack of some machines/only 1-2 of each machine. that being said, it’s a small space & they worked well with it.

I go here often. It's clean and organized. They have sprays and disinfecting wipes to help keep equipment clean! There is a lot of people there sometimes but it's usually quiet.

I love this gym. Private and small, it's close to home, and it's 24/7. I use to hold a membership at planet fitness but on the nights I really wanted to go to the gym they were closed. I switched to Anytime and I've been very happy.
I also wanted to add that the staff is always so nice and helpful. I forgot my key fob once and the manager helped me out so that I didn't have to go back home to get it!

Was verbally abused by one of the owners & was discriminated against. Without justification the owner accused us of breaking and entering after following the gym policy by having integrity with signing & paying $5 as a guest. In addition to this, I even paid extra...I have video of paying. How could I say I forgot my “fab” when I have video of paying as a guest?

I went with someone who was a member but I noticed a couple of times how rude and unprofessional the old man/owner is to people! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS GYM! they watch you like hawks on the cameras 24/7! There is no need for all that rudeness.

I was with a friend who has a membership. When we walked in the owner didn’t say anything. We had walked right past him. Then the old brittle man (owner) kicked us out. I felt it was rude as well as uncalled for. If it was a problem why didn’t he say something when we first walked in? I would NEVER recommend coming to here.

I lost my ring there and few months later the girl who worked there got a hold of me and returned it!!!!
My ring was almost $300 and so i appreciate the phenomanal gesture and kindness she had to offer. I believe her family owns this site and they have a great worker on there hands!!!!

I love this location. Its hands down my favorite. The vibe, the energy, the cleanliness, the people, the equipment, ALL GREAT!!! Its always clean and organized. The bathrooms are super nice and clean. The gym is in great condition. I live in the south valley and i drive the 14 miles because i love this gym. The one by my house (unser and sage) is super dirty and needs and upgrade bad. On everything from the flooring to the equipment.

I've been to four gyms on the westside so far: Planet Fitness - nice and inexpensive, free haircuts but not enough heavy weights and VERY VERY disgusting bathrooms ALL THE TIME. Defined Fitness - Extremely crowded, humid and very old banged up equipment and pricy. Elite Physique - Awesome equipment and a gym with a lot of cross fit type athletes and professional bodybuilders. Anytime on McMahon is great. $199 for six months, precor equipment, free weights for deadlifting and bench pressing. Big positive about ATF is how clean it is. The cleanest bathroom's I've seen in a gym. Very nice staff there as well who always say hello. Glad I joined.

This is a great little gym. The owners are very engaged and really care about the place. Very nice people. It's a little on the small side and can get busy in the afternoon. But there is enough equipment and weights to get in a good workout. You might have to jump in on sets with another patron but overall a great little place.

Definitely make sure you're committed to going here, because if you stop paying attention to this place and your on file billing info changes, because your card expires, they will send their loan shark style bill collectors after you (which I ignored at first because they sound like a robo scam caller unless you listen all the way into the 2 minute voicemail). It's a great place to work out. It's new, spic and span clean, including latest technology equipment, and video and trainer instructed classes. The Pilates and Total Body Workout classes taught by Cindy are fun and engaging. She also challenges us by modifing the workouts monthly. I recommend it to all my friends.

Went for a Zumba class they "said" they offer drop ins....they have a safety issue I get that, but have someone at the door to help potential clients get in or talk to someone. Ie customer service. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Leandra always makes me laugh! I love this gym not only because it is 24/7, but the equipment is extremely well rounded and up-to-date for all types of training. I know the drive is a little farther than my neighborhood Planet Fitness, but its worth the extra mileage due to the fact that I just feel more comfortable in a smaller setting. This is a great gym that is always clean and the staff is always willing to help out. The head trainer Michael is very knowledgeable and helped me correct my form that was causing shoulder pain. Now I am back lifting without the shoulder pain I have been pushing through the past year. Highly recommend!
