I’ve been going to yoga here for most of my pregnancy. I highly recommend it! Sarah is excellent. Mich and Carson are great. Sub and drop in teachers, like Victoria, are awesome. Desert Lotus studio is nice and most of the time I can get a good parking spot. Fairly safe part of town. Reasonably priced classes with a $5-$25 sliding scale of your choice. The website is not super straightforward, but worth figuring it out. I will be sad when I have my baby and no longer see these instructors or classmates. In order to create connections with the fellow yogis in class, you have to speak up and make friends. Otherwise your classmates will have their babies and disappear which can also feel a bit sad but is nice if you just wanna move around then dip out.

Sarah is so knowledgeable about the information she presents in the spinning baby class. She takes her time to demonstrate each position that she is training on and makes sure that you are comfortable and helps figure out ways to make positions work for your body. The spinning babies class gave me a better understanding on what I should expect from my labor and what positions and moves I can do to help my labor progress smoothly. I would highly recommend Sarah for all your prenatal and postpartum needs!

I attended prenatal yoga classes with Sarah during my second and third trimesters, and had a wonderful experience. Sarah is a kind, intuitive, and talented yoga instructor. These reasons - along with the amazing sense of community she fosters in her classes - are what kept me coming back week after week. I would recommend Silver Moon to anyone who is expecting, and will definitely be checking out Baby & Me yoga, too!

Sarah is very patient and helps you along with the poses. She always asks if there is something you want to work on particular and all the stretches are great to get you prepared for birth. I'm going to continue to practice yoga with her for as long as i can.

I started prenatal yoga with Sarah at 16 weeks - I'm 28 now - and it was the best decision ever. It's the first time I've done yoga regularly and Sarah made me love it! Her classes are the best, I never get bored and I'm constantly challenged. But at the same time I feel very safe with her instructions - she's really really knowledgeable, she's paying attention all the time and corrects the smallest details about our position. Her studio is very welcoming and clean, with all the equipment we need for class, and her voice is so calm and peaceful. Sarah is great, she even offers organic fruits at the end of the class - we pregnant ladies appreciate it! It's a joy to go to her prenatal yoga, I highly recommend it!
