Board30 Albuquerque is a high-intensity interval-style training community experience for all levels where 30-minute classes provide an effective full-body workout. Board30 uses a board, resistance bands, and a few other tools to help you strength train for a total transformation.
Influenced by Pilates, yoga, barre, HIIT, and TRX training, Board30 is a workout you’ve never experienced before. And the best news is that the strength you’ll gain from Board30 is functional fitness that will help you feel stronger in your everyday life.
Board30 ABQ has fitness classes 7 days a week, with early morning classes for our early risers and classes throughout the day and evening. Everyone is welcome, and we pride ourselves on our inclusive community.

I love this club, it was clean and nice people, the bounce clas was fun, challenging, and I could feel my muscles working.
Love the music in the class, and the bathroom/showers made me want to come work out just so I can use them.
And oh, they give you a cold washcloth with oils at the end of class, soooo refreshing.

I just completed my two week trial membership at Board 30 and I am highly impressed with this gym. The classes are challenging and can be geared to your level, the instructors and owner are friendly and welcoming, and I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities and the possibility to take a shower after a sweaty workout on the go (towels and toiletries are provided). A great place and highly recommended!

What a fun workout in such a nice space. It’s obvious the equipment and facilities are well cared for, and the welcoming nature of everyone there helps the intimidation factor of trying a new workout decrease significantly! The instructor shows great form and keeps an eye on everyone else’s to accommodate varying ability levels but still challenge each member where they’re at.

Today I went to my first class and it was amazing! I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The class itself was exactly what I was looking for in an exercise program. Nothing beats in-person workouts with good instructors. This is a terrific place for folks of all ages and shapes to get a FULL body workout and stretch minus competition (with anyone but ourselves) or pressure. The instruction is excellent -- lots of knowledge here, so the tips on technique and the encouragement are super helpful and motivating. Classes are challenging, fun, and fast. I've enjoyed a variety with different instructors, all awesome. My balance and strength have dramatically increased. I've been active my whole life but as I age was losing balance. Thanks to Board30, I have the stability and mobility I want and need to do the things I love in perpetuity. I'm also feeling muscles I didn't even know I had. It's amazing how even the smallest movements during these classes give big results. Added bonus: the different workouts, active stretching, and trainer approaches have reduced how much physical therapy I need for neck and knee injuries. The folks here are easy to be around -- if I want to come in, take a class, and leave that's cool. If I want to hang out before or after and visit, that's cool too. I intend to stay with BOARD30 ABQ long term. These five-star reviews are here for a reason and I agree with the details in them — this place and its owner and trainers are special!

This is a great place to workout. Everyone is very welcoming. The workout itself is a really fun and and engaging combination of cardio and strength training with resistance bands. It's easy to modify to your fitness level or how you're feeling that day. People of all fitness levels take class here, so it's not intimidating if you're trying to get back in shape, but also can be really challenging if you're very fit. I always feel great after I take these classes.

I'm very impressed with Board30. Workouts are different for every class and they never get boring. I haven't worked out in years and the way the equipment is set up you can tailor it to your level and how you are feeling in the moment. The studio is super clean. Deanna the owner really makes an effort to get to know you and always greets me with an enthusiastic hello. I have been a member of Board30 for almost two years, and I love it. I am thinner, stronger, and more fit than I’ve ever been. The classes are a full-body HIIT workout, with both strength and cardio. Each class is only 30 minutes long and there are many classes to choose from throughout the day. I don’t need to convince myself to go to Board30 (it’s only 30 minutes, after all); I look forward to going and feel wonderful afterwards. Class #76 this morning after about 3 months. I am really seeing an improvement in my core muscles, which has paid dividends skiing and cycling. I lost 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks and another 5 pounds thereafter, which makes everything in life easier. Unlike cross-fit, no injuries and limited opportunity for using bad form that leads injuries. You have complete control over the amount of resistance, so everyone is doing something slightly different. Between improving my balance with Jen, aerobic blast with Jenna, hard core work with Danika, humbling shoulder work with Alaina, and a good but wiped out exhaustion with Deanna, this has been the best thing for me after not doing enough during Covid. I look forward to the morning workout and find it easy to make the trek to Board30.

I really enjoy board30. It’s one of the only workout classes/gyms I’ve ever felt comfortable going to. All the instructors are very patient and helpful!

Albuquerque Board30 is amazing. It is so fun, a great workout and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I’ll admit I under estimated 30 minutes with bands, but wowza was I surprised. The time flys by too. I leave sweaty just like I had an hour workout with weights, but without the strenuous impact. It works amazing for connective tissue disorders and moves lymphatic fluid. All moves can be easily modified to meet your mobility and fitness levels. If your wondering if you should try it or if it’s worth the money IT IS!!

Board30 is a wonderful studio. Everyone is so friendly. I love how you can work out at your own pace. There is no pressure to do any workout harder than you feel necessary. It is truly a full body workout that keeps me motivated to do more each week. All of the instructions are wonderful. I usually hate working out, not anymore. I wake up excited to go workout at 5:30am!!! I can shower at the studio and get on with my day. Love this place!

I have absolutely loved my experience with Board 30. I’ve always liked the energy of fitness classes and after allowing my workout plans to falter for the past two years, I starting searching. Board 30 popped up in my Facebook feed and I was intrigued and visited the website. I was pleasantly surprised that we had something so unique right here in Albuquerque. Although it looked fun and challenging, my first question was whether I was too old. I sent a message and the owner, Deanna, responded that I definitely was not too old and encouraged me to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. The atmosphere is welcoming and the workouts are adaptable to all fitness levels. The resistance bands are amazing. I feel that every major muscle group gets a good workout and I can tell that my core strength and my balance are improving. My plan was to attend twice a week, but instead I try to attend as many times a week as I can. The instructors are attentive and motivating. Overall, I highly recommend Board 30 to anyone seeking to improve their fitness and health in a non-judgmental and positive environment.

Board30 is a fantastic workout spot. I really appreciate the owner and her coaches. The classes are adaptable to the individual level, which is great. I do a lot of CrossFit and high intensity training, and this was still properly exhausting. It’s Pilates-esque, which is also great for balance and core strength. Board30 can be for anyone regardless of fitness level. I joined two weeks ago after a family member talked me into trying one class. I hadn’t exercised in over 8 months and was worried I couldn’t keep up. The class was challenging but manageable. I like it because it’s only 30 minutes of intense full body working out. After few classes I noticed my confidence improving. The place is extremely clean and the owner is very friendly and professional. The instructors are excellent as well. I’d highly recommend anyone who wants to improve their health and or fitness to try one class. It’s all resistance bands (looks easier than it actually is) and all exercises can me modified so anyone can participate. I’ve taken my 14 yr old son a couple times and he likes Board30 as well.

This is a great fitness studio and I recommend it to all people of all fitness levels. The workout is fun and challenging, and you can choose how challenging you want the movements to be. Kat was my instructor, and she offered our class a variety of ways to accomplish each set (easy mode, medium and hard). There were lots of different types of people, some who were brand new (maybe even getting back into fitness), and others who were regulars. The environment is welcoming to all (myself and another man were in there), and very positive and uplifting. The workout itself is a blast! I had fun jumping using the bands to assist (this helps with balance, you don't need to worry falling over because you are holding onto handles that are attached to bouncy bands). I also loved the lunge punch combo! It's so fun. There is a large variety of all sorts of movements you do, and it definitely is a fully body workout. You are working your triceps, biceps, back, lats, core, hamstrings, quads, you name it, it's getting worked! I also loved how the bands helped us with pushups. I was caching some air on some of my pushups! I LOVE this studio and class and can't WAIT to come back for more!!! Also the instructor Kat is a Doctor of Physical Therapy -- and has an outstanding sense of humor and positivity about her. Very motivating!!! I don't know where you will find a better value in ABQ than this - and have more fun in 45 minutes! I also love at the end how you get a nice cold towel with eucalyptus smell...So rejuvenating!!! 10/10

What a great way to get both cardio and strength training in one 30-40 minute session. I am always pleasantly out of breath (if that is a thing), somewhat dislike the instructor (but only because they got me to work harder than I ever intend), and I continue to come back. I love it.

I am thoroughly enjoying the mobility yoga class with Jenna! The relaxing deep stretching is helping me become more limber and is improving my balance. It is a great way to start off my weekend as it releases the tension my muscles have built up during the week. Thank you Jenna and Board30 ABQ!

This place has totally changed my perspective on working out. It was difficult getting back into a gym, working out in general, but Deanna and the team were so welcoming and encouraging that it boosted my confidence and made me feel comfortable coming every day. I did a 50 day in a row challenge before my wedding and I’ve seen significant changes in my body and overall health. I love this place, the fast workouts and the strength and endurance I’ve gained. The resistance bands are challenging at first but easy to use and definitely easy on the joints and body. The workouts in general push you enough for a good burn but you get through them just fine. I could go on forever, but do yourself a favor and at least do a class. You’ll fall in love!

I accidentally entered Board 30 attempting to go to Planet Fitness and I am so glad I did. I love that the classes are cardio geared but also limit strain and stress to the body by utilizing bands. Resistance bands & straps are attached to the board on the floor, the wall & overhead which allows for a variety of ways to work out & sculpt your muscles. I've been to lots of gyms in my life. This one is by far the most unique. What I like most is that I can get a full body workout in 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes. Each of the trainers have their own specialty areas and bring something new to every class. It's quick, fun, and effective. I can feel myself getting stronger every day. The gym is always immaculate. I love that I get to use my own board and personal space to do my workout without any equipment sharing whatsoever. I highly recommend Board 30.

This studio is amazing. I have been going to Board30 for about a month now and I have experienced several different positive results.
First, I am seeing results in my muscle tone and endurance.. this has especially helped me in my yoga practice to hold poses longer or try more advanced poses like a handstand.
Second, I go to the noon class and this has helped with the mid-afternoon slump I used to get, that is when I would start to snack or crave salty foods. I no longer get those cravings.
Third, the instructors all have various ways of challenging you and each one brings their personality. It defiantly makes the class go by quickly and I feel accomplished at the end.
Overall, give this place a try, once you do, you will be hooked too.

I’ve taken two classes one week night and one weekend class with 2 separate instructors.
The class it’s self is pretty self paced with lots of available modifications for comfort and skill level. There are about 5 or so exercises with 10 second breaks in between each exercise. This format not only makes the class go by quickly, but by the time the instructor says last exercise I was in disbelief. At the end of each class you’re given a cool down towel. It’s a pleasant refresher at the end of class and again, it doesn’t feel like a workout until the next day.
