My 5 yr old attended for a short time this year and also attended one of their summer camp weeks and we were not impressed compared to other facilities we’ve attended. With both experiences it seems like the facility is possibly good for older children. However, if your kids are younger, shy, or don’t compete, I wouldn’t suggest here. Along with other reviews, their idea of “safety” is questionable as the don’t allow parents down on the floor to pick up their child but they release them into the parking lot without even confirming pick up at both the classes and camp. The coaches are verbally tough on the littles, and they seemed to give my daughter a hard time on the last day of camp because she was upset. This was her first time away at a camp without her parents. After she had become upset one of the earlier days of camp, they made her pinky promise not to get upset on the last day. After she got upset again, they talked negatively towards my 5yr old daughter claiming she “broke her promise” and that she would just have to sit out and watch others have fun. I did speak to the owner about this. The owner was polite on the phone and explained steps they took to try to get my child back and involved. But, according to my child and her friends who were there, the instructors still acted like she was in trouble for being upset. I do not want them coddle a negative behavior, however, I don’t feel like a child being upset/crying warrants any adult to say negative things towards a 5 year old for having emotions. I could have easily been called again, regardless of how close it was to the camp ending. The owner didn’t return my later call for follow up and I didn’t push the subject any further as we aren’t attending anymore anyway, but just felt others should know our experience.
