Great gym with with friendly staff/owners and members! Has all the equipment you need and isn't so crowded that you spend more time waiting than working out. Plus reasonably priced monthly membership that doesn't tie you into long contracts with hidden fees. Truly a top-notch gym!

Great atmosphere, love this place very professional all around glad I chose this as my gym. Looked at some of the reviews before trying it out and they were good so I tried it at was very pleased. Not sure what that other guy was talking about maybe he was on drugs and couldn’t grasp what was going on at this gym, oh well his loss keep up the great work here at BMF.

I wanted to give this gym a shot and love it! But first day the front desk person is not professional at all she talks about herself the whole time making me uncomfortable about the topics she's talking about like drugs while trying to workout out in a positive environment glad I didn't sign up for membership right away

Just signed up here and everyone was very welcoming. It is upbeat and fun with no crazy rules. If you are a body builder, this is definitely the gym for you. What’s cool about this gym is that it is a home gym and not a franchise! If I could rate more than just 5 stars I would. BMF all the way.

Been going here for 3 months and let me tell you I love this gym. My bf and i go daily for a few hours it has good equipment never busy family owned and operated and convenient location. The price is great and everyone is so friendly and nice it is overall a great environment to workout in. Finally a legit gym that isnt trying to keep up with the Jones! I highly suggest you try it out good rock music is always playing and body builders on the TVs are not only motivating but crazy to see how much Mr olympia has to eat 😂😂

Love this place I’m always able to work out with No interruptions. I left planet fitness and I love coming to body mass foundation. I highly recommended coming to this gym . Owners are very nice.

I love this gym! I've been going here since they opened. It is a comfortable environment, great equipment, wonderful people, and overall always a good experience. This gym is hands down the best gym I've been to. It is truly a judgement free zone. If your looking for a new gym, this is the place!
