Burn Boot Camp in Albuquerque West, NM features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. It has been a great experience. The classes are challenging but I like that there are modifications for everyone. Coaches are great and everyone is so nice and encouraging. It’s a little far for me but definitely worth the drive.

When my gym closed I was pretty upset and felt a bit lost and defeated by the thought of having to find a new gym home. But my search ended with one visit to Burn Boot Camp. The trainers are some of the best I have experienced. They are motivating, they offer great challenges and helped me modify for some of my injuries. The studio is very clean and the childwatch is an absolute game changer. I get 45 minutes to do something I love and my kids have fun playing and cheering me on. If you are looking for a welcoming community, challenging workout and a safe place to be yourself I highly suggest trying them out.

I tore my meniscus two years ago and didn’t think I would be able to keep up with the workouts. After talking with many coaches and other members, I realized I was not alone. Burn Bootcamp is the best group workout class I’ve ever gone to. It is perfect for adults of all ages, in all levels of fitness. The workouts are challenging, but the instructors are very knowledgeable and they can help you modify every exercise if you need it. Everyone there is extremely uplifting and will help you reach your goals. The trainers even have focus meetings available so that you can come up with a plan to achieve your goals. Every single workout is different too, which makes it fun and exciting.
During my time at Burn, I was amazed at how much my fitness improved. I’ve always been athletic, but I tore my ACL and lost a lot of strength during the recovery. I went from barely being able to do a push up to being able to do several push ups easily.
I honestly cannot recommend Burn Bootcamp enough!

I joined Burn Boot Camp West about four weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the community, the training, and how great I’ve been feeling—stronger, more energized, and more confident in my own skin.

The 45-minute "Camps" are perfect for a busy lifestyle—they’re quick, efficient, and always challenging. The trainers do a great job offering modifications for all fitness levels, and their energy, encouragement, and genuine support are incredibly motivating.

Shoutout to some of the awesome trainers I’ve had the chance to train with so far—Carolotta, Kelley, Jess, Jay, Cathy, and Alfred. You each bring such great energy and guidance to camp. I think there are still one or two trainers I haven’t met yet due to my work schedule, but I’ve heard great things and look forward to getting to train with everyone as I keep showing up!

I’ve met so many friendly, welcoming people across different class times. Today, a drop-in from the east coast (a traveling medical professional who has visited several Burn locations) said this was the best one she’s been to in terms of overall energy, positivity, instruction, encouragement, and community. The support everyone gives one another truly speaks volumes—who knew how impactful multiple high fives could be?!

Also...I tried on a pair of workout shorts I hadn’t worn in years because they had become too tight and uncomfortable with the weight I had gained. Not anymore. Burn is already making a difference in just my first month. I also really appreciate how they promote all-around healthy habits—nutrition, protein, recovery, fun, and overall life BALANCE). I am so grateful!

So much to say about Burn. I only started 5 weeks ago, but wish I would have started so much sooner. I have two beautiful boys who are 5 and 3 and after I had them, went through a pretty traumatic event with the 5 year old. I had PPD after having both of them and have PTSD from the event in 2023 with my 5 year old. The last year and a half I have struggled big time mentally, physically, emotionally. I’ve done multiple 8 week workout challenges since having the boys and have gotten to a point where I felt great but I haven’t been disciplined enough to keep up with it. I have lacked that accountability and stability to keep going. That mixed with the mental health struggles, depression and anxiety, I had gotten to a point where I said enough is enough. I was scared to start Burn, to commit to something long term for fear of failure but when I started the 30 days commit to fit, I took 3 classes and knew I found what I needed. I want to set a good example for my boys, they are a huge part of my Why. I can’t care for them the way they deserve if I don’t care for myself. That’s what Burn has showed me. Every single class, you’re encouraged by everyone around you. The trainers and other Burn friends push you to do your best. And many moons ago I was an athlete and what I have learned since starting Burn, is that I missed that structure of having a coach/trainer to guide, teach and lead. Another amazing part of Burn is childwatch. As a busy mom, this has been the biggest pro, I love taking the boys and I love that there’s a window in the room so they can watch mama working her butt off. Seeing them wave to me during class is huge motivation in itself. If you’re still reading this novel and aren’t convinced, take a trial class. You won’t regret it. Take advantage of the promos when they have them. I was scared to start but I’m so glad I mustered up the courage and I can’t wait to see where I’m at this time next year. 5 weeks in, I already feel better and my clothes fit better. Getting back to a more confident and strong mama.

Burn Boot Camp provides incredible work-outs that are challenging yet fun. The work-outs are different every day so you get to train and strengthen your entire body. You can start to see your whole body transform within just a few weeks if you stay consistent. The environment is clean and friendly - everyone is welcome (even children)! I’ve been going here for a year and it has changed my life! Usually I stick with a workout or gym for a few months, but then life gets in the way. Burn becomes a part of your daily/weekly routine. There is always a friendly face there to motivate you, whether it’s another member or trainer, and the only competition is yourself. The workouts are challenging, but there are modifications to make it easier or harder. Plus free childcare! Can’t go wrong with that! The Oweners and team members are the best! I found Burn in August 2021 and did my first camp of full body strength and I loved it! The community of burn is so welcoming. The trainers and everyone there are so motivating and inspirational to one another. The workouts are different every time and let me tell you ITS NEVER BORING! Highly recommend joining or at least dropping in for a camp. It’s a little expensive but I look at it as an investment in my health. The 45 minute format and variety of times to choose from make it easy to fit into your daily routine. Trainers will correct on form, challenge you, and encourage you.
