I’m really disappointed with my experience at this studio. The communication has been poor from the start, but what really upset me was the parking garage situation. I was told to park in the garage for free, but I ended up getting a ticket. When I brought it up, they told me there was a specific section I should have parked in — but assured me they would take care of the ticket.

Fast forward to today, I received a notice in the mail saying my payment is late and that my car could be towed if I don’t pay. I’m now stuck paying a ticket I was told would be handled, and I’m frustrated to be getting collection warnings over something that should have been resolved. This whole experience has been such a letdown. I’ll definitely be avoiding Club Pilates studios moving forward.

UPDATE: Manager is working on getting the ticket cleared

A kind and respectful atmosphere, fun and challenging classes plentiful, free parking all over the area. Highly recommend.

I was in that class with Greg. Not only was he whining about the equipment being too small, he made it clear he was frustrated by clanging the springs and pulleys. Had he taken a moment, he would have realized he didn't need full extension for the shoulder and arm muscles we were working on. These exercises are literally about form and control. He clearly has none. His behavior was sophomoric and embarrassing to watch. As far as the the fecal issue in the garage, that's just nonsense. Yes, it's gross but not the fault of Club Pilates.

Onto to the good stuff. I bought an unlimited membership that I feel is worth the price tag. I have been consistently going 4x a week for about 6 weeks now. My posture is straighter, I am gaining muscle and I love the friendliness of the staff. Kayla is a joy to talk to and has been very accommodating to not only myself, but everyone who walks through the door.

As a brand new space, there were a couple hiccups but were ultimately sorted out. The space is small, but very clean. Unlimited members are able to take classes at all locations. This is a good perk, as I work across town. I highly suggest taking an intro class and meeting the staff. They make you feel welcome. Don't forget your grippy socks!

I am Loving Club Pilates- Nob hill
It’s a great workout, great atmosphere, front desk staff always very welcoming. I love having this as a weekly routine twice a week. A little pricey but, worth it.
Totally recommend for an overall feel good vibe.

I moved into the Nob Hill area Of Albuquerque in June 2025. Shortly after the move, I decided to start taking better care of myself. I am 73 and just turned 74 and I’m overweight and out of shape. I had never tried Pilates before and was excited to see the new studio opening up in my neighborhood. I was hooked after the introductory class which was provided at no charge. I was signed up for regular sessions and have completed about 12. I’m going to go twice a week. I’m already noticing significant improvement in many aspects of my basic health. My posture, my gait, and chronic low back pain are all better. All of the teachers are enthusiastic, well trained, organized. They run right on time and have specific tasks to take all of us through. They have been very helpful for me at times when I can’t quite reach the loops on the equipment, or help me modify an exercise to accommodate my physical limitations. The place is always clean, has nice light and a truly good vibe

This place is a total disaster. The studio is so small it feels like they shoved reformers into a broom closet. Equipment is crammed in the aisles and if there was a fire, good luck getting out. Nothing about this setup feels safe. The parking garage is disgusting. It is dark, sketchy, and flat-out unsafe. People are loitering around the cars, and the last time I went, I had the pleasure of stepping out of my car and seeing a giant turd sitting in the middle of the road. Yes, actual fecal matter. That is the welcome you get before your overpriced “wellness” class. The classes are just as bad. Instructors are inexperienced, low-energy, and only capable of teaching boring beginner routines. There is no challenge, no spark, and when the music inevitably cuts out, one of them even thought it was cute to joke about playing showtunes next time. I am not paying $250 a month to listen to the air conditioner buzzing. And the manager? Completely unprofessional. She locks the doors during classes and hops on a reformer herself. The phone rings, people are waiting outside, and she ignores it all so she can get her workout in. That is not leadership, that is selfishness. Club Pilates Nob Hill is filthy, unsafe, and overpriced. It is run like a hobby instead of a business. Go to an actual pilates class that actually gives a damn about their clients

This studio is extremely small. So small, equipment is placed in the isle way and you could not get out if there was a fire. Also, the parking garage is unsafe. Homeless people sleep in the garage and walk around checking out the cars, and defecating. This studio also has new instructors that give more beginner type workouts. Not much of a challenge. They bring no energy in the studio and the music goes out frequently leaving you to "relax" with the humming of the air conditioner. I spoke with Kayla, who is the manager, about the situation. She has absolutely no customer service skills. She also keeps the front doors locked and works out in classes with paying customers. This isnt a problem until the phone rings or someone wants in the front door. Kayla will continue to work out and ignore the needs of the clients. Junk studio for 250.00 a month membership fee. Do better Jessica!

I went to Club Pilates Nob Hill the other afternoon for an intro class and decided to sign up for an unlimited membership. While I liked the kinds of exercises we did in the intro class, I felt it was not particularly taxing, and I went back later for a regular class.

I was disappointed to find that I was too tall to use the equipment for some exercises. I was even more disappointed by the Club Pilates staff’s reaction to the problem. Rather than adjusting the equipment, they told me it didn't actually matter that I could not perform the exercise through the whole range of motion. Then they suggested I buy a private session so we could workshop a way to get the whole range of motion without adjusting the machine. [Edit: I should add, I'm 6' tall, so, not short, but hardly a giant either. If you are over 5'9 you should exercise extra caution dealing with this club.]

I would have been happy to help them come up with a solution for free, but at $243/month, they should be prepared to make their equipment work for their clients. That is not the case.

The bizarre thing is that the equipment is built with cam cleats to secure the rope. Cam cleats are a piece of hardware commonly used in sailing to quickly release, adjust, and resecure lines. The adjustment would have likely taken about thirty seconds.

Now they are refusing to issue a full refund for the membership.
