First time in a regular class. Trainer helped me out as we went. I really enjoyed this and look forward to going back.

$179mo for two classes a week plus a $150 enrollment fee? Yall are insane. There is no workout or class worth that! That’s to go TWO times a week. TWO. You can’t even get results with that. It’s $32 a class. Or almost $250 a month to go whenever you want. Absolutely insane.

Always feel good after a great workout. If you haven't tried Pilates, I highly recommend it.

I honestly can't overstate how much Club Pilates has changed my life. It’s not just about working out; it’s about rediscovering myself. Before I walked through those doors, I was struggling, both physically and mentally. I felt sluggish, uncomfortable in my own skin, and frankly, I didn't have much confidence. I had tried other forms of exercise before, but nothing ever stuck. Then I saw an ad for Club Pilates and, intrigued by the free intro class, I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, that 30-minute intro class was truly free, with zero pressure to sign up. It was a great way to experience the studio and the method without any obligation. If you're even considering trying Pilates or are on the fence, the intro class is the perfect, no-risk way to see what it's all about – there's absolutely no reason to hesitate!

From that first class, I was hooked. The instructors were so welcoming and kind, immediately making me feel comfortable. What impressed me most was their ability to provide modifications for every exercise. I’m not the most coordinated person, and I definitely wasn’t in the best shape when I started, but they always had a way to adjust the movements to fit my abilities. It felt genuinely inclusive, like everyone was welcome, no matter their fitness level.

Fast forward to today. I've been going full-time for six months and I've lost over 70 pounds! It’s not just about the weight loss, though. I’ve discovered muscles I never even knew I had! I feel stronger, more energized, and more confident than I have in years. I can do things now that I never thought possible. I’m more active in my daily life, I sleep better, and I just feel… happier. It’s truly transformative.

The instructors at my studio are absolute gems. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to go the extra mile. They create a supportive and motivating environment that makes me actually look forward to working out. They pay attention to each person's form, ensuring we’re doing the exercises correctly and safely. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients’ well-being.

Club Pilates isn't just a workout; it's a lifestyle change. It's about building strength, both physically and mentally. It's about finding a community that supports and encourages you. It's about discovering what your body is truly capable of. And just think, it all starts with an intro class!

It’s been a year since they opened and one year since I started attending classes. There has been several instructors all of them really nice. Kimberly is the best at giving me modifications due to my health restrictions. She doesn’t seem bothered at all. She does this without interruption of the rest of the class.

I've been doing reformer Pilates for years.. this is the first time I've been at a studio that made you wear specific pilates socks.. like checked the socks.. crazy prices.. no rollover classes which is nuts considered they are all full. Not enough classes for demand. Also I have to get instructor permission to take higher level courses ?? What ??? Meaning I need to waste a class taking a lower level class just to get permission.

Before I found pilates I had trouble getting into a work out routine. Now I'm obsessed! I go at least 5-6 days a week and feel amazing! The unlimited membership is worth it and I almost always get in to class when I'm on the waitlist. The instructors are knowledgable about proper form and are incredibly nice and welcoming. I've also met some new friends. I love this studio!

Do not sign up for a membership! Go online and Google "Club Pilates complaints". There are hundreds of complaints from people who they charge unfairly and won't let them out of their membership. The corporate office doesn't answer the phone and every mailbox is full. You can't get any customer service. They deducted $215 from my bank account this week 1/26. I asked why I didn't have access to schedule workouts. I was told I had to pay an additional two months to bring my account current. They charged me $215 in November, and $215 in January and want an additional $430 to bring the account current to submit a 30-day cancellation. This is a total of $860 to not even step foot in the Pilates studio. After I went for the initial 90-day membership I got a text on 11/8 from the manager, Charlotte, who let me know that my payment on 10/26 didn't go through. I told her via text I couldn't pay for it and that I was really sick and she texted back and said I hope you feel better. I wasn't told I needed to cancel. The contract is confusing because it says after 90 days you go month to month. I thought non-payment and letting her know I was unable to go was sufficient. She texted me on 11/25 and said we miss you and that she was touching base. I told her I didn't have the money for the membership and that I had been really sick and was just starting to feel better. She said she understood and that she would reach out again. SHE DID NOT TELL ME THAT I WAS ACCRUING MONTHLY FEES THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY. Another text 12/27 stated that she needed my consent to stop the membership. I called and left a message and she didn't call me back. On 1/30 another text from the studio saying that there was nothing they could do and that even though I told them I was sick I didn't ask to freeze the account so it was my fault. I left a message on 1/30, 1/31, and today, and no return phone call. I just got a text saying that they have been reaching out to me to try and work with me???!!! Work with me? This is shameful.

I've been there since they opened and have absolutely loved it. Staff is great, and classes give you a great workout. Jade, Cecy, Sophia, and Mandy are great instructors, although I can only do evenings. I have only had trouble getting into two classes. Front desk staff are great.

Evening Classes fill up quickly (weeks in advance). There is not enough classes for the demand and you will find yourself wait listed. I was told before joining that it would easy to get off of the wait list. There are only 10 reformers and most times you can’t get off of the waitlist. I have tried. If you sign up for 8 or unlimited classes it will be a challenge for you to get into a class especially in the evening.

While the staff have been overall pleasant, I want to highlight a key problem. Club pilates is aware that promotions on the 8/unlimited will increase demand YET there has not been a steady increase in the classes to keep up with the demand . There are no classes after 12 on Fridays. This leaves members like myself and others who posted below frustrated and unable to use the credits. While I was happy that management was flexible with the expiration of my credits the first month I joined , I was told all my unused credits will expire this month even with me on the wait list .

It hard to book a class they fill up fast. I have been there 3 months and only was able to sign up for 9 classes. Also o called to cancel and they told me they need a 30 day notice. So they will have to charge me for another month that I cannot use! They will try to up sell you and tell you if you pay for the unlimited package you will be able to sign I for a class after. Waste of my money!

Disappointed with my experience at Club Pilates. Instructor read off of a clipboard for my class, and classes are incredibly expensive. If you’re looking for a good core workout and strengthening class, save your money and find another studio.
