Colleen is a true master & educator when it comes to Pilates & all movement. Working with her has become an essential in my weekly routine to stay feeling healthy & resilient. I have been an avid mover & exerciser most of my life. The constant strain resulted in different aches & pains & eventually injuries throughout my body. Colleen has helped me work through my injuries, not only in Pilates, but also in my everyday life & athletics.
I have been practicing Pilates for many years, but every session I still learn something new about my body & how itβs moving. Which not only applies to our Pilates work, but how I move on a daily basis. She tailors every session to what you need in that moment/day & whatever your goals may be.
It is truly personalized from her cues she gives to the different variations of the Pilates work.

Colleen is incredible at what she does. I started my pilates journey 7 weeks postpartum from a c-section. She's so well-versed when it comes to instruction, muscle, and form correction, being mindful of post-op recovery, and adapting to different learning styles. Sessions are patient and calming, but challenging. Colleen remains entirely engaged, giving tips throughout your movements. I've loved every class & would definitely recommend to anyone with a listening ear.

I have worked with Colleen for 1 year now and my entire life has changed for the better-in a big way! Pilates was recommended by my surgeon, Dr Franco, as a way to avoid a difficult hip replacement. After working with Colleen, my pain level has gone from a 9(very high) to a 1-2(low) after 3 months and I have avoided having 2 hip replacements. I am a 62 year old woman and my body has never been in such good shape, inside & out. Anyone can do Pilates and itβs the only exercise I have found that works my whole body in everything I do. I will continue to do Pilates with Colleen Cummins for the rest of my life & love every minute of it!
