The layout of the gym rarely changes so you will definitely have a routine in a few days if you frequent. There are lockers, changing rooms, and plenty of bathrooms available for members to use.

All staff keeps the location clean, organized, and are willing to help with equipment related questions. And if a machine breaks? It's fixed quick. Less than a day if not sooner!

Stopped in for a day pass. Staff was very friendly and the equipment all looked brand new and very well maintained. They were also blasting Free Bird over the speakers.

My husband and I have been members of CIG since they opened and it's amazing! I love the new extra space that was recently added. There are new machines that we have been using and it's awesome! Chad, Tiffany, and the staff are great! Tiffany has helped me with my nutrition and it has been so beneficial to my health and fitness.

A big group of us were in town for a couple weeks. This gym gave us a great deal on a 2 week pass, well worth the money. This gym has the most unique equipment I've ever seen. The place is clean and has a great atmosphere. I wish I could make this my gym. I will return im ever in Gallup again.

The best gym in gallup,NM. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best gym in town. Folks that run it are great. They have all the important stuff for both powerlifting and body building. They have some treadmills and a stairmaster for those so inclined to do cardio and not lift heavy circles.

This gym is a true oasis in the desert! I was so impressed by the wide range of machines and the spacious, well-maintained facility. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Plus, having an option to purchase nutritional/supplement supplies on-site is a huge convenience. Highly recommend!

A bodybuilding paradise! The place is equipped with the best machines that target every muscle group. It was very clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We got Day passes and even though the staff weren’t there, the process to getting one was simple with the QR code at the front desk. After our workout, we were able to enjoy the protein shakes they sell in the front as well. The only thing i wish it had was a Deadlift platform and some metal plates. Other than that, was a 10/10 first time experience at this new beautiful gym. Would highly recommend!

I’ve tried a few gyms in town and this is the gym that made me feel welcomed and a part of a community. I met a lot of amazing people and the owners are wonderful! The staff is helpful and so friendly. The equipment i enjoy most is the max pump multi high row and hip adduction and of course the kettle and dumbbells☺️

Was on work detail for a day in Gallup. Needed a gym to go to. Saw the great ratings. So gave it a shot. Website was easy to use and happy they offered day passes which was perfect. Arrived and atmosphere was great. Great staff and even helped me with a calve machine I had trouble figuring out. Equipment is top tier. Be my go to gym if ever in Gallup for work again.

This gym is clean, organized, and only 2 minutes away from where I live. The 24 hr access is very appropriate for anyone who don't care for the after work rush. The owners definitely do care about everybody that comes thru the door. It's very affordable. My advice is, give Cowboy Iron Gym an opportunity to change your life, you will not be disappointed. This gym just opened, and although I love the other popular gym in town, I had stopped going and needed a new start. They have everything you need.The owner was super-welcoming without being overbearing. The bathroom is clean and cute. There is a 24-hour access option, and you can stay as late as you’d like as long as you’re in by closing.
