This place made it easy for me being an overweight first timer. Scaling workout outs to fit but still push you. Class was not awkward like I expected to be in a class of only athletes. Everyday people. Coaches made class fun and really to help to motivate you while being kind. I'm proud to stay this is where I'm starting my journey.

This place is clean, has lot of room, and the coaches are amazing!!! The classes are so much fun and again the coaches are there to help you learn, grow, & encourage you to keep pushing!

Did a drop in while staying in Roswell for a couple days. Great facility and definitely a positive atmosphere. The workout of the day was programed well with a good mix of modalities.
