This is review is not based on the facility, coaching or WODs. Total lack of any customer service. Filled out the online form and no response after 2 weeks. Sent a FB msg and no response after 2 weeks. It's been a month and still nothing. Was inquiring about doing a drop in while in town for 2 weeks. I found a great box that actually returned emails and messages, and is currently taking me in as a drop in.

Came to this gym to try CrossFit and to look for a good gym in Las Cruces. From the start, I was not welcomed one bit. I have been to other gyms in different cities and was welcomed there. I was expecting the same from this gym but it was the opposite. The coaches, the people and the atmosphere was nothing like my previous experiences in a CrossFit gym. All I can say, they should reevaluate their professionalism, and coaching styles because it is not how a CrossFit community should be.
