I started going to Dirty Laundry last winter as another option for movement in the cold months when I am prone to seasonal blues. The classes are HOT but the instructors are amazing at positive reinforcement. They also have great soundtracks. There is a lot of variance in the workouts/flows which prevents me from getting bored (although they have 26&2 if that's your jam). A lot of the classes practice more functional movements which has helped my mountain biking and trail running. I have tried a few instructors and while their styles all vary they all bring a great energy that keeps me coming back! It is now a routine all year :) Many thanks to this studio 🙏

Ii tried a class at Dirty Laundry right when they opened and knew right away that I was hooked and that I would become a regular. I can’t express my gratitude to them enough. All of the staff and teachers are welcoming and teach excellent classes. There is something on the schedule for everyone. The community there is so welcoming no one is ever uncomfortable. My physical and mental health have transformed so much since becoming part of this studio. You have to try it to see for yourself.

There's something about Dirty Laundry that I just don't get at other studios. The variety of classes are well planned and the feel of the studio has a vibe that is unlike so many other studios that I have tried as an obsessive yogi. It truly is an oasis welcoming you into its relaxed and informal space.

The classes are challenging but accessible, and I always leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. Lauren and Lauren are amazing teachers, and I always try to make it to their classes. Truly the best of the best. In addition to a great facility the yoga instructors are truly amazing. True sense of community and culture is alive here. I look forward to each session and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Another amazing quality is the instructors willingness to help you if you are newer to Yoga. I hadn't been in over 20 years and the instructors here helped me learn and make adjustments as needed.

I started going to Dirty Laundry when I moved back to Santa Fe after having spent 4 years in Los Angeles, and it was one of the best things I have ever done. Lauren, the owner is SO welcoming and DEDICATED to creating a studio that prioritizes coaching students to grow in their practice, strength, and fitness as well as an ambitious, fun and family-like community. I started teaching here last year and I am so thrilled to have become a part of this family. Every teacher has their own style, but all have the same goal: to help students grow. Dirty Laundry is the best hot yoga and sculpt studio in Santa Fe. I’ve been in Santa Fe for 23 years and have been waiting for a professionally run, clean studio like this to open! The instructors are so talented and the classes are incredible and varied. It’s a fun and inclusive space that provides the best yoga I have encountered in Santa Fe. I'm so glad I found this place! Came to a hot vinyasa class and am hooked. I love the 45 min hot Pilates/Sculpt class too! It's the right amount of heat to push yourself and get a great detox. So. I came to this studio twice; my first class experience was good and so I brought my partner with me to my second class. He was called out by name a couple of times in the first few minutes of class and was receiving non-consensual adjustments by the instructor, so he decided to leave and wrote a 1-star review. I know it's common in yoga studios for adjustments and corrections, but usually consent for physical touch is asked for, and usually new students are offered at least some grace and patience as they adjust to new commands and cues. I also thought my partner would like this studio because my first 26&2 class at Dirty Laundry included instructions only - no physical touch or personal names used during class. After my partner left, I stayed the rest of the class and never wrote a review here; my experience had still been fine for me personally (even though I of course felt bad that my partner had a bad time). But after my partner wrote his Google review, he didn't receive any of the standard "we are sorry this yoga style isn't for you" reply; he received a personal text from the owner and a public reply in which both communications were shaming him for expressing his honest experience. He then wrote a second review and received personal communication from the owner by text that said both his account AND my account are now deactivated "because I (Lauren) should have informed him" that "Bikram is its own specific style of yoga - structured, disciplined, and taught with a standardized dialogue." I checked online and indeed my account with Dirty Laundry has been deactivated. I guess I will not be returning since I am not allowed to book any more classes.

Lauren and crew have created one of the best hot yoga studios around. I've taken several classes with different instructors and it's always awesome. The studio itself is a great space - dark, hot, humid, comfortable - and all of the instructors are top-notch. They take their practices seriously while creating a judgement-free and high-energy space for people to show up wherever they're at and further their practice. Dirty Laundry is by far the best yoga studio in Santa Fe and one of the best I’ve been to anywhere. It is incredibly welcoming, the teachers are excellent, and there is a great variety of well-crafted classes -- even the people taking classes are super nice and clearly enjoying the space. This was my first class and I really enjoyed it. The teacher, Teel, was very welcoming, and gave great cues and suggestions during the class. I also liked the vibe in the studio (dark walls, mural, interesting light covers). I'm leaving northern NM tomorrow but will definitely take classes here when I'm back next year.

Today was my first class at Dirty Laundry and I am so grateful that I found this studio! It has been years since I felt this excited about a studio and community. I had a home at a hot yoga studio in Dallas several years ago but have not been able to find my home at another studio after relocating to multiple large cities and now to Santa Fe. Lauren was a fantastic instructor, offering multiple options to suit every level and you can tell that she truly cares and takes her practice seriously so that everyone in the class has their boundaries pushed, but not outside their comfort level. The dark space, music, core workout, and cold scented towels at the end of the class make the practice even more unique and special. Can’t wait to try some more classes! First experience in December was good, just went back for a 2nd visit today, and they have made big improvements to the studio. Really dedicated owner and teachers, I wish I lived closer because the hot yoga classes are 🔥🔥🔥. I love the challenge, for someone who is “decently in shape” this is a humbling experience…not me nearly drowning in my own sweat!

Like most workouts in Santa Fe, if you’re not used to altitude, hydrate and take it easy; the instructors here are always happy for you to modify to your level or just drink the hell out of some water.

Amazing new yoga studio in Santa Fe. I've taken classes from 5 different instructors there, and each one was spectacular. If you like serious heat and to sweat it all out, this is the place. The room is dark with nice lights around the perimeter, the sound system is great, and in infrared heat feels great. Such a great community feeling as well.

It's a great yoga spot in Santa Fe! I went to the "Sweaty Santa" flow on Christmas Day and what a great way to start my morning! The staff & teachers are kind, welcoming, and intentional. A wonderful and open place to practice yoga from beginner to advanced. Several different approaches to yoga are offered as well as different temperatures of heat for each class. The guidance and instruction are clear and kind. I am personally a fan of the heat as it helps me to open my stiff body. At 60yrs young I enjoy exploring with this group of wonderful students and instructors.

I’ve gone 6 days in a row to Dirty Laundry and I am in love! I really appreciate that there’s a lot of variety in the types of classes, I’ve done the 26, the yin and some flows, all of them were wonderful in different ways. (I was warned, Carolina Grace’s class makes you cry, and it’s true, I had tears welling in my eyes, can’t wait to take more of her classes.) I also didn’t realize what a difference a black studio makes, the darkness allows me to get into a meditative space, it feels like being in a womb or space. The warmth and darkness really add to my yoga experience. I’m incredibly grateful Dirty Laundry exists in Santa Fe!

Such a great little studio! Modern vibe. Easy parking. If you love HOT yoga, this is the spot. Forced hot air and infrared heat keep the room ultra toasty. Great instructors and a variety of classes. Everyone is super friendly. If you forget your mat, no worries! You can rent one. Highly recommend.
