Best Place Ever! Not only do they train you they treat you as family. I have my son(14) and my daughter (12) and they never want to leave the gym. I recommend this place!!!

I started boxing about a year ago and took about a 5 month break- only to hear that my old trainer Frankie had opened his own gym. I started with never being in a ring in my life to gaining the conditioning, skill, and confidence needed to fight. This is a gym where sparring is encouraged ( so you can actually learn to fight - by doing it). Not only does DC know what they're doing, but they are the friendliest group of people I've dealt with. When you train here - you become part of the family. 100% recommended for any level fighter.
