What an encouraging space for young gymnasts! Granddaughter has attended Eagle Ridge for five years, and with her coach's guidance has competed out of state (top ten!) and won a state championship. There's fun times, too, like a Halloween show/treats - all cognizant of each child's age. If this wasn't challenging, rewarding, supportive and fun, kids wouldn't go 4-5 days a week for hours. Our gymnast loves it, works hard, and the special attention and care Debbie has for her athletes is really appreciated.

My daughter has been attending Eagle Ridge for years. The coaching is amazing, and she has learned so much while being there. Her coach goes out of her way to do things for the girls, which my wife and I really appreciate. This is a great gym where you are treated like family.

We are a family that has been loyal to Eagle Ridge Gymnastics for over 8 years and trust me when I say we've seen it all. My daughter started at the gym when she was just 3.5 years old and is still thriving today! We've experienced the journey from recreational gymnastics, to competitive, and now to the optional competitive team of the gym.
What many parents see from the sidelines isn't always the full picture. Scores matter, but the #1 priority here has always been the safety of the athletes. While every parent wants their child to win, the coaches here, especially Debbie and Brandy, make sure that safety and proper skill development always come first. That is what has kept us here all these years and why we trust them completely.
When Debbie moved and took over the girls' team, it was a huge awakening for me. I came into this world of gymnastics completely clueless, but she not only coached my daughter to up her skills and confidence beyond anything I could have imagined, but she also taught me as a parent what correct training looks like. I can honestly say I trust Debbie 100% and all the coaches in the gym. The progress is real, and you can see it in the skills, the scores, and the confidence these athletes build.
This culture of excellence is across the board. I've seen the boys' team achieve incredible things, going international this year, which doesn't happen by accident. It's proof of the dedication and knowledge behind this program.
Because of the positive experience with my daughter, I've now enrolled my other two kids in recreational classes, and they absolutely love it. Every week they can't stop talking about how much fun they had, what they learned, and what new skills they're excited to try again.
Debbie and Brandy's leadership, along with the other coaches, has transformed Eagle Ridge Gymnastics into a place where athletes grow not just in skill, but in confidence and character. If you're looking for a gym where your child can thrive, stay safe, and be surrounded by passionate coaches who care about both results and wellbeing, Eagle Ridge Gymnastics is the place to be.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 5 and she is now 9 years old at level 6. The coaching staff has helped her tremendously with her skills and confidence.
The fellow families that attend have become our close friends. Itβs a great environment and one we are proud to attend 4x a week.

My granddaughterβs been attending ERG for 4 years now and she has developed so much over the years. Coach Debbie is an excellent coach, motivator, and mentor to these young girls. They are also instrumental in developing many young coaches through their program. Brandy does a phenomenal job with the boys also. It is truly a family-oriented environment. Friendships are developed and maintained over the years.

Been a gymnast for 15 years. Never was able to win anything at nationals or make national team. Within two years at Eagle Ridge I won three events at nationals and placed second overall and went on to make national team and win a silver medal in Germany for team USA. The environment and coaches are incredible and have amazingly helped me throughout my career and enabled me to continue into college at Stanford with a full athletic scholarship. Truly an amazing gym!!!

A lot of parents are speaking for their kids but I feel as I can speak for myself in my experience. I was treated unfairly. The kids with money and parents willing to pay all of it get the best treatment. The coaches do not treat all of the girls the same they have there favorites. They give the favorites the most work on skills and sometimes take away payments for them. The gym constantly was always in some sort of drama that effected practices. I was told that they if i paid on time treatment would be different by one of the office people. They would make me go home and cry cause of how unfair it was and how badly i was treated. Once i quit people were shocked wich they shouldnt be cause they knew how there system works all for money! When I heard my old coach wanted to me to visit I was unsure at first than I thought it would be nice to see my friends. The moment I stepped into that building people imeadeatly gave me a cold shoulder. My coach wasn't that happy to see me and all of my teammates were giving me the silent treatment. I will never visit again and if you are looking for a gym don't go to this one it's horrible! I would recommend G-force it's a very good gym and I have lots of friends that go there and say it's amazing so take my word for it!

If I could give this gym a 0 I would! Most of the people are so rude here! The owner of the gym, Brandy, is the most rude and unprofessional person I have met. He harasses kids, threatens to kick them out, and loves to play favorites. He discourages kids and embarrasses them in front of their teammates. He continues to put these kids down time and time again, when he should be encouraging them! If you are looking for a gym to go to I DO NOT recommend this one! They will treat your kids like garbage and make them believe that they are not good enough. He never offers encouragement and tears them down constantly, which can impact a childβs self esteem at such a young age. Needless to say I WILL NOT be sending my child there anymore!

This gym is disgusting. These kids deserve a clean environment to work and learn in. Earlier this week I walked in and the whole place smelled like pee. The upstairs could us a deep cleaning. I normally would not complain but I really do feel like these kids deserve better.

My daughter attended your gymnastics for about 4 months. At first she absolutely loved it. She has made friends and was thoroughly enjoying the program. After a time, it was noticeable that her disability was getting in the way of her progressing as fast as the other children. She had trouble with absorbing the multiple steps and the coordination required. The staff seemed to have notice this as well. She started hearing the staff talking about her lack of progress and saying she shouldnβt be in gymnastics. From the beginning, I noticed that most of the staff was immature and behaved like older siblings rather than mentors. They were often gabbing with each other and sitting down rather than assisting the students. As such I had no reason to doubt her in this. While I couldnβt hear them from where I was sitting, I definitely noticed that the staff stopped providing her any one on one guidance anymore, almost as though they had given up on her. The only time I saw the staff give her any attention in the last two weeks of her attendance was to scold her. This was crushing to my 7 year old and even though she loved gymnastics she no longer felt like it was a safe place and an enjoyable activity. Now I see your program and the encouraged competition you promote. I see the kiddos moved from one class to another and fighting each other to do so. Even though we have to pay for an extra month due to your policy, which I find absolutely ludicrous due to the circumstances, my daughter will no longer be attending your program. I find it appalling that something that is supposed to be a safe and and enjoyable way to have fun after a long day of school is so poorly managed. As a local community leader, I will no longer be recommending your gymnastics to people who ask.

My daughter was a member all was ok while she attending. Trying to cancel and get our money back has been going on for over a month now. The owner himself referred me to his manager who conveniently is never in office and no one knows when Taylor the manager will be office.

Eagle Ridge Gymnastics has been such a wonderful place for our girls. My now 18 and 16 year old girls were there many years ago and did recreation classes as well as their fabulous summer camps. Now my 6 year old has been going there since we started the mommy and me class when she was 2. All the instructors are wonderful, but Coach Iliana has been our favorite go-to for amazing private lessons. She has a degree in early childhood education, she's an elementary teacher AND she coaches. She cares so much about all the kids and it shows in the relationships she builds with them. I always see the owner, Brandy, checking in on classes and team practices making sure everything is running smoothly. Many of the coaches were once gymnasts at ERG themselves, like our current coach Ashley. I remember watching her practice with my older daughters over 10 years ago. She advanced to the competitive team and is now an amazing coach herself. One of my daughtersβ favorite things to do is attend their monthly Parentsβ Night Out sessions where they do fun often holiday-related activities, pizza and snacks, and sometimes movie night. The kids never want to leave! My favorite thing about it is the friendships that I see my daughter making there. She always feels so welcome and loved whenever she walks in.

Always a positive experience. I have two kids enrolled in competition team gymnastics. They both love it. And they are pushed to progress in a respectful but understanding manner. The coaches are awesome. I can't believe the things my kids have been able to master. It's amazing. I would highly recommend this gym.

My daughter was treated differently than others in her class. Told to sit out while others got to try new things. When I asked the coach why my daughter was not getting to try everything, I was told - βsheβs not ready.β So I asked, βokay what are you doing TO GET her ready?β The coach then allowed my daughter to βtryβ and allowed my daughter to fall. And when I say fall, she hit hard! My daughter was 5 years-old and small. The coach, who Iβd seen catch others, did not catch my daughter. A Gymnastics coach is supposed to catch their students whenever possible. And it was MORE than possible for her to have caught my daughter. I was a young mom at the time. If I had known then, what I know now, I would have sued eagle ridge gymnastics. Or at least moved to have that coach fired. We changed gyms the next day to GForce gymnastics. So much more professional! My daughter thrived at GForce!

I wanted to get my daughter out of the house after being cooped up for 2020. With their covid safe practices and amazing instruction I've never felt so confident my daughter is learning, participating and remaining safe at Eagle Ridge Gymnastics! The staff, especially Alicia, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Eagle Ridge!

They don't return phone calls or emails when you need to make a payment, then they charge you the late fee. They also tried to continue to charge me after I sent them a cancellation letter. Poor business practices.

I loved this place when my daughter first started gymnastics here about 4 years ago. In the last year I have stopped receiving billing statements altogether and every time I call no one answers the phone. The voicemail recording still refers to gym closures from Christmas and New Years.. itβs now March. Last Saturday I was dropping my daughter off for her class and realized that they canceled all classes for an in house competition without notifying any of the parents. Additionally, the last two performance evaluations that my child received had no information whatsoever about what she needed to focus on in order to improve her skills. This facility has become a huge disappointment.

Apparently the owner of this gym was the head male coach at Gold Cup Gymnastics before he decided to go out on his own. I heard that he trained Joey Hagarty, a member of the 2008 US Olympic Team that won a bronze medal. I got the feeling that this gym seemed to be more invested in the boys program than the girls. All-in-all a good gym.

My daughter has been attending for half the year or so. I've had only one issue with an instructor, and when I addressed it to the Management they were very warm and helpful in the matter. Taylor, the Gym Director is a fabulous communicator and so pleasant to work with. My daughter loves this place and all it has to offer. As big as it is, they take great care in each child.

My daughter takes the preschool class every week and loves it! She has gained so much confidence and strength. The instructors are all patient and fun with the kids. I also had a birthday party this weekend and it was a BLAST! all the kids had so much fun learning and playing on all the equipment. They cleaned up for us so double bonus!:)

Both my kids have been coming here a couple years now. My daughter is 8 and my son is 6... they both have a great time. From what I have seen, the coaches have all been very good and experienced. They are all great at managing the kids in their age groups, and developing their skills in proportion to their strength, flexibility, balance, etc. The owners are very responsive and care a lot about all their kids. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Eagle Ridge Gymnastics. Before they even opened, as part of the local Special Olympics team we approached the owners to see if we could use the gym for our Rhythmic Gymnastics program. They welcomed us with open arms. They even helped us start a traditional gymnastics program. My sons and several friends children have taken classes here and we have all been very happy with the way the instructors have taught our children. Brandy and Darleen have always been open to feed back on classes, instuctors, and the gym. Rio Rancho is lucky to have the Woods as community advocates.

This is a nice facility, but that's because they charge alot of money and have way too many kids in the gym at one time. They are more concerned about money and appearances than they are about safely educating children in the sport of gymnastics. This is a also a boy specific gym! Boys coaches have gymnastics experience, the girls coaches do not, and there is alot of turnover among coaches. Girls competative team frequently gets kicked off the floor by the boys competative team. There is extremely poor communication among coaches, and parents, not to mention unprofessionalism by the owners. Do yourself a favor and find another gym that cares about the kids, communicates with parents, and treats everyone (boys and girls) with the same respect!

Great Coaching, wonderful staff!
I currently have 2 children attending Eagle Ridge Gymnastics. I have one child on the girl's competitive gymnastics team (and has been for the past 3 years) as well as a little one in the kindergym class. From day one, I have been nothing but pleased with the coaching both my daughters have received at Eagle Ridge. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly care about the gymnasts they coach. On the competitive team, the gymnasts are more than just a score to the the coaches and the entire coaching staff takes interest in the gymnasts. My little one recently started kinder gym and has greatly benefited from the training. Overall, the coaching is excellent and enhanced by the caring nature of the coaching staff and the owners.
