Forever yoga has really turned out to be a second home for me! Julia and Lindsay are amazing instructors/people. The studio is reandally nice also. A hot yoga class at Forever Yoga is an experience unlike any other place that I have gone to. They change the music and lights according to the intensity of the moves during class. They also use essential oils throughout class which I LOVE! At the end of class the instructor sprays you with lavender oil and puts a cold wet towel on your head and it is the best thing everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I encourage everyone to try a class! They have many options (Yin yoga, Forever Flow, Free Flow, Holy yoga and a TRX class) I take all of my friends and family there because I know they'll love it! I love FOREVER YOGA :)

Love Forever Yoga! Julia and the other instructors are wonderful. At the age of 52 hot yoga at this studio has helped my flexibility and has jump started my 25 lb weight loss. The heat plus humidity in class makes my creaky joints feel 10 years younger. The essential oil mists during class and the cold washcloth on your forehead at the end set it apart from another studio I've been too.

Thank God we found this studio. Julia is an amazing instructor and is such a motivation. The studio is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. They offer so many class options and also do donation classes to help with community needs. Best studio in ABQ hands down.
