I've been taking my preschooler grandson to g-force. He is the only boy in a class with 5 to 6 girls. He is learning body awareness and social skills and following orders. He seems more focused here than the Ti Quan Do he was enrolled in. Instructors rotate so there is not much bonding, but the classes are working.

Update: The last few times I've been to the gym everything has been much cleaner which I really appreciate. Thank you to the owner who took action right away to ensure the gym was cleaner on the weekends.

Teachers are nice and my daughter enjoys the classes. But the actual gym and bathrooms are so dirty. Looks like the floors haven't been mopped in months and could use better seating for parents. Extremely uncomfortable watching your children for an hour or two on dirty bleachers. Would love if they at least mopped the floors and wiped things down with some Clorox wipes occasionally.

We love G-force!
We started my daughter when she was 3 in the preschool room. By 4.5 she was getting bored with it. Don’t get me wrong- it’s GREAT for beginners/fundamentals but it is 3-5year olds. They are kids and need a lot of redirection. My girl was very eager to start learning skills and was always very focused and motivated in class. I brought this up to the front desk & (I can never remember her name, I suck) the amazing lady who works up there didn’t hesitate to get ahold of the Advanced 5s coach. She had done classes with Emily & knew exactly what I was talking about. We did her evaluation and failed getting her hips over the bar. She busted her butt for 3 weeks and on her re-evaluation made it!! She was so stinking proud of herself and to say she absolutely ADORES her new coach is an understatement.

We’re real people, with real lives, and some months our payments are a little late. They have NEVER made us feel bad about this, they have supported us anytime our family was hit by something (I went into emergency labor in another state and they didn’t hesitate to credit off the entire month) & they have ABSOLUTELY NEVER taken it out on my daughter. Despite some of the other reviews & us not being at competitive age yet; I do not feel like this gym is “money hungry”. They care about their athletes and are more than willing to see the true potential of every single person who walks into their gym.

Emily got a ribbon today for climbing the rope! She’s still smiling. This is the gym you want if you want to instill values, hard work, & most importantly pride & joy into your little creatures!

P.s.- we also did her 5th birthday party here and it was SUCH a memorable experience for everyone!! Nothing but smiling faces!!

This gym truly cares for their athletes and goes above and beyond to help them be successful! My daughter was struggling with a specific skill. The coaches gave tips and advise and she continued to struggle. One day a coach called her over and had her do a very specific strength drill. Within in one week of doing this specific drill, her 'troubled' skill had improved immensely! The coach was exclaiming "YES! YES! YES!" as she did the skill and the improvement was clearly visible. The coaches get just as excited and happy to see the athletes succeed as the athletes themselves. These coaches either researched or created a specific drill to correct a specific problem for one specific athlete. This is the level of commitment and dedication I see all levels in this gym!

My daughter switched gyms to G-Force about a year ago. The gym helped us find a path/classes for my daughter which best fit what she was looking for. We live in the far NE Heights, but the drive to the westside is worth it. So impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and positive environment of the gym and staff. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending G-Force Gymnastics for three years. At first she did Gem Stars and Level 2 classes, but switched to tumbling when she wanted to focus on cheer skills. She made her school cheer squad this year (thanks to skills taught at GForce) and continues to attend to improve her tumbling skills. Over the years, she has also enjoyed their Parents Night Out events and summer camps. We love GForce!

I went here for about a year and had a pretty great experience. The coaches were nice and helpful and the equipment was well kept. As far as classes go, they are on the priceyier but within reason, but competition is another story. At level 3 competition is required and was very expensive and ended up being the reason I had to quit.

Both of my children have attended GForce for around two years. I have one very cautious child and the impact the coaches have had on her confidence has been amazing to watch. We are thrilled to allow GForce to take part in our kids development as people and athletes.

They charge you but always closed and only sometimes offers make up classes. They give awards to only some class. No communication on progress my niece go to the same place but treated very differently. Limited make up class I requested a make up day for my daughter her class was Saturdays 1230-130 only offer was Monday or Wednesday AT 730-830? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! My personal opinion pitiful service and charged the same every month no matter what, they close whenever they feel like

I had an unpleasant experience trying to reschedule a make up class but the moment Lisa, the owner, found out about the issue, she called me and did everything in her power to make it right. She was extremely understanding and was able to explain why things happened the way they did. She’s a great example of a caring and passionate leader and I’m thankful that she took the time to listen to me and make it better.

Thank you G-Force Gymnastics for making such a safe and fun environment for my little one. Shame on this place for taking advantage of people during a pandemic. Charging $20 per person (including small children) for a competition. This is just sad to see people take advantage you already make plenty of money of parents for tuition. Never been a fan of this place but now I am disgusted.

My daughter has been attending G-Force Gymnastics Academy since she was 5 in the Tumbling Turtles class. She was such a klutz back then and could fall over just standing still. The transformation in her over the past 2 years has been incredible to witness! My kids are having a blast at G-Force Gymnastics! They keep small teacher to student ratios and make each skill level feel like they matter. There are a lot of special events that build a sense of community. The coaches seem to care about their students. I am impressed!

My daughter attended this Gymnastics Academy for years and we were always pleased with her coaches. The management team here is another story. They made unauthorized charges to my bank card twice. On one occasion I was told that they could not refund money directly back into my account and that I would have to come get a personal check from them. The second time was the last straw. My daughter was not wanting to continue so we pulled her out on May 13th. Since we had our account on auto draft we were told that because we did not call before the 10th, we would have to pay the regular tuition of $175.00 (even though it was not scheduled to draft until May 27th). I had no problem paying them the last month (even though my daughter was no longer attending). On the scheduled draft day they drafted $248.00 from my account and when I called to ask why, they said they had singed her up automatically for the summer program (why I am not sure as we had already canceled 14 days prior). They agreed to refund the $80.00 that was overcharged and said it could take 7-10 business days. Ten business days later the money was never returned. I called to ask why and was told that no one that handles that side was available. I left a message and asked to be called back. I never heard back and so I called again and was told again that no one was available, and they were not sure why the money wasn't returned. At this point I asked for the owner to call me, and to this day I have never once spoken to her. Last Friday I was told to bring my card into they gym so that the money could finally be returned, only to show up as asked and no one was there to process the refund. I left my card info and talked to a person at length about the issue and she advised that they would call me as soon as they were in at 1:00 pm last Friday June 21st (30 BUSINESS DAYS LATER) . I never received a call and the weekend arrived. Today I received a call from SUE (who was the same person that told me to come in with my card) and she said that my card info was shredded as "NO ONE KNEW WHAT IT WAS FOR", even though I had written my first and last name and all of the information they asked for on it (and I have a voicemail from her telling me to leave my card info). Sue told me that she was sorry and that mistakes happen. She would refund the $80.00 today 6/24/2019. WELL, I GOT A CALL FROM HER ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES AFTER OUR LAST CONVERSATION SAYING THAT SHE ACCIDENTALLY DRAFTED MORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. ANOTHER $86.30. I ASKED FOR THE OWNER AGAIN AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM HER. As a manager of a local business I would absolutely NEVER recommend you give any of the people here access to your bank account. No one seems to ever communicate here and no one ever seems to know what is going on here. Over a month has gone by and now they owe me $172.00. With the amount of money that I have paid this business over the last couple of years I would expect them to pay attention to detail and take care of my hard earned money. They lack professionalism and empathy and the owner obviously either does not care or she is unaware of how POORLY this business is run.

We attended G Force for about a year. At that point I was so frustrated with the poor management that we switched to Gold Cup and I’m so happy we did. At G force there was often no where to sit for the preschool viewing area. Regardless of how early we got there, I and many other moms/grandparents were left to sit on the floor. Myself and another mom we’re constantly sitting on the FILTHY floor with our newborn babies because there was no where to sit. This was due to the parents who children were not in preschool sitting in the preschool area. My husband addressed this with management and was told that area was for preschool only and they’d put up a sign. That never happened. My husband reached out again and was met with nothing but sarcasm and rudeness. Their parking lot is AWFUL. There are potholes everywhere, I wouldn’t even call it a parking lot it is so torn up and trashed. Gold Cup is a further drive for us but has been the best for our family!

This place has been an absolutely amazing place for my daughter! They are willing to work with each child and they have so many little events and birthday party packages it is just an all around perfect place to watch your children thrive I am huge on reviews and will only say nothing but wonderous things about this place! Today they had a meet with santa, make your own cookies and a great tasting breakfast with excellent coffee and some orange juice with the perfect setup and Organization. Really recommend this place for anyone!!!

Absolutely love this gym, they really care about the kiddos. Our daughter has been here for over a year and we wouldn’t change it. She’s tried two other gyms in the past and this place is phenomenal. Our daughter has autism and the staff is well trained in how to diffuse any difficult situations. 10/10 recommend here❤️

We love the positive environment they have created for the girls and we appreciate the time & energy each of the coaches put into the kids. GForce is our choice, and we think.....the best choice, to send our daughters for competitive gymnastics.

Coaches and staff have many combined years of coaching and athletic experience. Competitive tournament results, and the effort and discipline they are able bring out of each gymnast, also confirm the quality of this gym.

I also believe their motto about 'instilling confidence and self-worth' is a great model, and carries over into other aspects of life for each of the gymnasts they work with....from the toddlers up to the high school level. Overall, a great gym to be a member of.

My daughter absolutely loves this place. She is constantly wanting to be here. She loves her coaches and all her friends there. This is her 4th year at this gym. Yes, there are ups and downs but that everywhere you go. They do have construction going on at this time, but they are trying to make the gym a better place for all in the end.

Very poor communication and organization. Always changing class times with very little notice. Always changing instructors. Very pricey, but they still can't afford to fix the numerous roof leaks. They have a bunch of plastic buckets around, and they aren't for chalk, they need them all when it rains. It is very dangerous to have wet mats when kids are running, jumping, flipping around.

I am looking for a nice gymnastics class for my 5yr old. A lot of these other places do "tumbling" going thru little tunnels, that hardly is considered gymnastics. After asking around and looking at theyre promo video this gym seems perfect UNFORTUNATELY the communication is non existant! They finally emailed me back only to give me a phone number that was disconnected to schedule a free trial class. It seemed legit however it makes me uneasy about paying $100 for a company that doesnt even have a working number and is lacking in communication. I hope to be wrong but i've yet to recieve a reply.
